Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

Tucked in a quiet street between Paddington, Milton and Rosalie, this is both a central fabulous location and quiet retreat. Walking distance to Suncorp Stadium, cafes and shops on Given Terrace, Latrobe Terrace, Rosalie village and Park Rd Milton. Public transport galore: bus stops only 4 minutes walk away, 10 min walk to Milton Train Station, 15 mins walk to the river, Milton Ferry Wharf and bike/walk path to city. My place is good for solo adventurers, couples, and business travellers.
