  • We ventured into Hamilton to see Cirque dusoleil and dine out. We had a very comfortable stay at Airhome. We especially enjoyed being walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Accommodation suited our needs perfectly and was very clean. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, we weren’t able to access the private car park, the fob didn’t work, but there was plenty of spaces in the public area. Would stay again :)

    We have a great one bedroom space with ensuite downstairs in our home. Breakfast of cereal, toast and jam, tea and coffee provided. Your breakfast can be eaten inside or outside in the garden. Microwave, portable hot plates, toaster and kettle also provided. Private entrance through a lovely garden and easy ground access. We are located central to airport and city - very close to shops, markets, restaurants and all modes of transport available. We are a non smoking property.
    A stunning private bedroom with bathroom (shower) and sitting room. Small fridge, TV and kettle provided.
    Ascot has a great reputation as a wealthy suburb, located close to the Brisbane River between the airport and the city. The home is located close to a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants offering a diverse options of food and dining styles. It is close to the Gallopers Sports Club and Doomben and Eagle Farm Race courses. Racecourse Road is a vibrant precinct with over 150 businesses and is only a two minute walk from our home. There are 3 supermarkets close by. Doctors, pharmacy and banks around the corner. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance with multiple choices. Eat Street Markets, Portside shopping precinct, Dendy Cinemas, P & O Shipping terminal and Hamilton Hotel are also just a walk away.
  • Cute little place, perfect for a couple looking to visit Brisbane, or just wanting to get away for a bit. The breakfast set-up was cute and the table on the front porch/ garden area seemed like the perfect place to eat (we unfortunately never got the chance). Hosts were AMAZING responded immediately, were super helpful, but also really gave us our privacy, which was much appreciated after several days on the road with not so great sleep (the bed was super comfy too).

    One bedroom apartment surrounded by leafy gardens located on the corner of Cowper Street and Apollo Road. Entrance to the apartment is via the side gate fronting 4 Cowper Street where you can park off street . Within a minutes walk to public transport, it is easy to get around and to take a magical cruise to the city via water. Short stroll to Oxford street where there is plenty of restaurants, shops, park and the cinema to keep you entertained. Apartment sleeps two In a comfy double bed.
    This spacious one bedroom ground floor apartment is self contained, adjoining a family home amongst a leafy garden. Newly renovated, your private entrance opens into the lounge room, complete with a television and small romantic courtyard to the right. The kitchen and dining room has everything you could possibly need and is perfect for guests who want to do some cooking during their stay. We have ensured the bed will give you the best night sleep possible and the bedroom has a large wardrobe for your personal items. Each of the three rooms are equipped with ceiling fans which provide excellent cooling airflow during the summer months. Whilst winter months are quite mild, a free standing fan heater is provided to comfortably warm the apartment .
    Bulimba is a very beautiful, relaxing place with plenty of things going on with cinemas, restaurants, bars and cafes minutes away from the apartment. If you want to venture out towards New Farm, Riverside, Southbank, West end and the city all is accessible via public transport and we recommend taking a magical ride along the Brisbane river via the city cat (water taxi). Some popular attractions near us include "Eat Street " markets- Northshore Hamilton Wharf (one ferry stop across the river ) Friday and Saturday nights. Features some 80 shipping containers peddling delicious street food , fresh produce, cocktails, art, clothes, craft beer and music. Also Brisbane Newfarm Powerhouse. - is a home for arts, culture and creativity and hosts events including theatre, music, comedy, dance, film, visual arts, and festivals. Bars, dining and cafes. We also have put a locals guidebook together for you with everything you need to know about Bulimba and Brisbane making sure you get the best experience out of your stay.

The thoughtful touches like a fridge full with things for breakfast, gluten-free shampoo, and even a go cards to get around, made their place more than just a rental it, but a home. We highly recommend staying here. Also it's in a great location just a 3 mins walk from Ferry stop. Great place.

Alternatively pop across the road to Portside Warf, Eat St Markets or Racecourse Rd.
    New bathroom, carpets, paint, kitchenware, TV and furniture means your stay will be not only relaxing but comfortable. The sofa pulls out and doubles as a comfortable sized double bed for extra guests. We have supplied all the essentials like tea, coffee, shampoo and soaps is all provided. Racecourse rd is a couple minutes walk away or there is a Caltex mini mart next door. Portside warf has some of the best restaurants in Brisbane like Sono Japanese or Biblos middle Eastern to name a few. The cruise ships that coming in every week are a sight and create a real buzz in that area. I strongly recommend you visit the Famous Eat St markets with a great social vibe, food and entertainment. Had a minor issue with the tropical downpour that happened while we were there and Omar was very helpful. Would stay there again if needing a place in Hamilton in future.

  • We had a great stay at Omar's place on the weekend. It was a great location within walking distance to food, Dan Murphys, service station, supermarket and an awesome kids playground! The place was clean and fit our family of 6 comfortably. Great off street parking but the road is busy so had to be careful with our little kiddies. That said, you can't hear the traffic at all. Air con was a bonus and beds were comfy. Would stay again :)

If racing is more your scene, two of Brisbane's best race tracks, Doomben & Eagle Farm Raceway are only a short 7 minute drive.
  • Located very well amongst the precinct of Hamilton. Lots of restaurants and shops, and the Cruise liners come into port. The accommodation has wonderful views, with modern furnishings, we found it comfortable, clean and the air con was wonderful.

It is exclusive for two. It has a double bed with wardrobe from Organised Interior, Italian LEM and Continuum bar stools, Tolix black bar table. It is open so no separating bedroom walls. For tableware, we have Alessi Trinity fruit bowl, Alessi milk holder, Alessi ship butter dish, Alessi egg cups, Alessi toothpick holder, Alessi rocket salt shaker, George Jensen sugar bowl, Nespresso Pixie cups. We have flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, 6kw freestanding air-conditioning and table lamp. Complimentary starter package of coffee, tea, sugar, milk.     Our self-contained Guest House is seperate from the main house, with its own entrance and off street parking space. Albion has become quite a vibrant hub with a brand new micro brewery opening just 150 meters down the street. There are also coffee shops and a variety of restaurants all within an easy walk. At only 15 minutes from the airport and 13 minutes from the CBD you will be well placed to explore all that Brisbane has to offer.
    This Guest House is seperate from the main house with its own entrance and off street parking space. We are pleased to offer a breakfast bar consisting of bread, a variety of spreads, fresh fruit and muesli. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, honey and milk (Cow or Almond) are available for your convenience. We also provide staples such as rice, pasta and a small selection of herbs and spices in our pantry. We are aiming to be zero waste and as such we have purchased all our supplies through bulk whole foods. We also supply 100% natural Shampoo, conditioner and body wash should you choose to use it. All our bedding is Vegan friendly and wherever possible natural and sustainable sourced. The Guest House has been freshly painted with low VOC paint approved by the asthma foundation. Should you require anything else such as gluten free bread or pasta please let us know so we can accomodate your needs.
    We are across the road from a public sporting field Vic Walsh Oval. We are only 150 meters from Fonzie Abbott Coffee house and micro brewery and 200 meters from popular coffee house Collingwood Black Espresso and Bar. This establishment holds the "Black Market" on Friday nights with food trucks and entertainment. At the end of our street (300 meters) there is Albion McDonalds. In the centre of Albion 700 meters walk you will find a variety of restaurants, a pharmacy, Liquor store and bakery.

Before we had even arrived, Lee provided useful and friendly suggestions for eating and entertainment nearby as well as pointing out how close the nearest ferry was for a trip up river. On arrival, we were greeted with a lovely apartment fully equipped for our stay with local guides set out for events and locales worth a look. The bed is large and cool. The shower is hot and high pressure. The fridge/freezer is spacious and the apartment is located a few footsteps away from some of the best restaurants in Hamilton and the cinema and shops. Lee was readily available and friendly in his replies to us. We can't recommend this stay higher than five stars so we have had to settle for that. Thanks Lee, for a lovely stay.

The location was superb, it’s a very short distance to Bretts Wharf, Woolworths Metro, IGA, cafes, restaurants and the Cinema. For anyone keen to join a gym, Jetts at Portside is a 5 minute walk and they offer reasonable short-term memberships. The apartment is very well equipped and located in a quiet surrounding. Our host, Glenis, was very thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. We have recommended this apartment to friends and family and would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The location is convenient for travelling towards the city but suburban enough that you won’t get have to deal with the street noise of the CBD. Catch the 300 or 305 bus down the street to get to Fortitude Valley or the CBD. A great private room of a smaller size, convenient for solo travellers who don’t mind sharing a communal kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Cereal for breakfast and hot beverages are provided but there is plenty of kitchenware to cook your own meals and fridge space to store them. Conveniently located within walking distance to public transport, cafes, restaurants, the local park and grocery stores. You will love the ambience and location. Unlimited Free WiFi.
    The bedroom and ensuite have everything you would expect in 5 star luxury. Quality hair care products and soft fluffy towels. For a comfortable rest: Quality pillows, linen and mattress are all part of creating a relaxing and comfortable stay and is spotlessly clean. The bedroom has an outlook to the street, trees and faces North. Close to Brisbane Airport (takes about 10-15 mins), about 10 mins to Brisbane City, close to local restaurants, parks, private and state schools and Hospitals.
    There are cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 min walk depending on where you would like to go. Plenty of people enjoy the local cafes and James Street in the Valley is about a 10 minute drive which is a thriving place to stroll and enjoy.

  • Jacqueline was so wonderful and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a lovely weekend at her apartment which is in a great location! She also had some gifts for us as I had told her it was my birthday which was a lovely gesture. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay close to Brisbane.

  • Jacqueline's place is FANTASTIC. My Gps said 9 minutes from airport (14 minutes at 9am) The place was very clean and exceeded my expectations, she was incredibly accommodating about check in time, Reasonably priced and she was thoughtful enough to have a few goodies in the fridge and cupboards which made a long day of travel so much easier. I had the best sleep in weeks and it was so central and close to everything. This will be definitely added to my favorites!! Thank you Jacqueline!!

It is super easy to access anywhere in Brisbane from here (by car , bus, train ) and excellent drop in food places and parks very near. Great for out of town parents of local boarding school students.** NOT SUITABLE for 'romantic getaways' as the Studio is attached to our family home & noise travels... This EXTRA large studio flat has a super comfortable king size bed - great for tall people - it is a private, self contained flat ( washing machine/dryer) with a beautiful courtyard.
    Ike's Studio is a large open plan, studio apartment which is privately located on the ground level of our family home & has its own separate entry. ** This listing is NOT SUITABLE for 'romantic getaways' due to its attachment to our home. The Studio has a full kitchen, including dishwasher, bathroom with shower, toilet & laundry - you are booking the entire studio for your private use. There is a lovely courtyard which has a large table & chairs (see photos). The bed is a King. There is also a television & internet access. This booking is for 2 people only.
    One of Brisbane's best suburbs both aesthetically & logistically. We are close to Racecourse road which hosts many restaurants and bars. The new Racecourse Village with a Woolworths supermarket is an 11 minute walk or 3min drive - also located at this centre are doctor, dentist, hairdresser, barber, chemist, bottle shop & restaurants. Both Doomben & Eagle Farm racecourses are within 7-11mins walking distance. Also close by is Portside Wharf where you can find many restaurants, shops, bars & cinema. A short distance down from Portside is Eat Street Markets which are open on Friday & Saturday evenings.
  • Second time staying at Ike’s Studio and I cannot fault this place! Emma is a great host, the facilities are spotless and perfect for what we need, the bed is divine, lots of privacy, close to everything; this air bnb is our home away from home! Will definitely be back.

  • Emma was so accomodating. The place was absolutely beautiful and extremely private. Although I was coming in and out at weird hours, Emma and her family were happy for me to do so. The bed was extra comfy and the kitchen was nothing but amazing to cook in. Emma even made sure there was stuff in the kitchen and made sure I let her know if I needed anything. It’s a great little home away from home.

  • WOW. Emma's place was wonderful. Very roomy...best kitchen ever.....really spotless and quiet and private. It is an ideal location with the best Woolies supermarket we have been in close by. The bed was very comfy, as was the lounge chairs. Best kitchen set up we have seen with absolutely everything you could ever need. Great shower too. We have at last found our Brisbane stopover for all our trips to the airport and beyond. Thank you so much Emma, its a great start to all our trips.

  • Had a lovely stay at Emmas! It was more of a stop-over for us but still managed to go for a walk around the surrounding area. Very nice, large beautiful houses and trees chock full of (sadly unripe) mangoes!! Stumbled across the Thai restaurant that Emma recommends & a few little shops/bottlo very nearby. The accom is lovely, as per the photos. The bed is huge & very comfortable. Kitchen lovely with a coffee machine and pods at the ready. Thanks Emma for a lovely stay :) Tenille

  • What an amazing find, this is an Airbnb gem in the heart of Hendra. We booked the elderly parents in as doing home renovations in Clayfield and needed accommodation with wheelchair access and everything about this ground level studio was delightful. They had a private courtyard, immaculate and stylish studio with an excellent kitchen. It was the little touches that make this stay special with fresh blueberries and yoghurt in the fridge and a coffee machine with pods at the ready for the morning coffee. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be booking again!

  • This place was exactly what we needed- a clean, quiet place close to the airport. The place had an awesome private patio and was quite spacious for a studio. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare a meal, however, there was an amazing Thai restaurant around the corner where we had a delicious dinner. We were able to get an Uber to the airport at 4.30 am in under 5 minutes and the airport was 12 mins away.
