Centrally located 1 bedroom apartment within stones throw of the Newcastle interchange. Jump on the new light rail to get to the beach, shops or local cafes. Take advantage of my onsite parking space. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the balcony of this west facing light filled apartment. Make yourself at home with kitchen facilities or sample some of the great local eateries. Netflix and chill with smart TV. Merewether relaxation

A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 min(15min walk) from Merewether beach, ocean baths and known walking trails. Note: 2026 there is a building development close by and you may experience some noise disturbance.

Hi, welcome to my beautifully renovated coastal style unit. Enjoy an easy stroll to Merewether Beach for a coffee at Blue Door, or a cocktail at the renowned Surfhouse. Lingard Hospital is within walking distance, as is a laundromat, post office, bottle shop and numerous cafes and bars. The unit sleeps 2 adults, and has the availability of a portacot. There is a small outdoor area and a parking space, so you can leave your car and walk to all that Merewether and Newcastle has to offer.

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.
