Spacious & newly renovated apartment in lower part of villa, close to beaches and the Copenhagen tourist attractions. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with TV, sleeping up to 4 guests (a 5th childbed on mattress can be provided), and small kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, coffemachine, electric kettle, plates, glasses etc). Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

Perfect for a couple. Newly refurbished 3 room flat in quiet street with great access to public transportation and only a 12 min bike ride to the city. Pay parking using ‘Easy Park’ app available in my street and nearby streets. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks and the Metro station. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in my street and in 1 min walk range. City bikes for rent in my street. Table tennis, jazz events and fleemarkets take place regularly on the square opposite the flat.

Lejligheden har en stor stue og spisestue med pejs og balkon mod haven. To soveværelser. Meget fint køkken med alle behov, opvaskemaskine, Miele vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Nyt badeværelse med brusebad. Adgang til meget hyggelig have. Oplev inden for gåafstand: Hellerup strand, shopping, restauranter, design og supermarked.

Cozy Hellerup bohemian apartment

Our home is 3 minutes walk from the beach and Hellerup Yacht Club. Located just next to Strandvejen with it's cozy cafés, good restaurants and exclusive shops. 10 min. walk to Hellerup train station. Here it's possible to rent bicycles. 2 min. walk to the bus to Copenhagen City. The apartment is quiet located and the sea is at the end of the street. Enjoy a nice cup of morning coffee on our little terrace in the sun after a swim in the ocean. Good for couples and business travelers.

Centrally located in Charlottenlund, this one-bedroom apartment of 42 sqm with an unobstructed view to the east, over Ordrup Park. 5 min to the two main shopping streets in Charll, 10 min to the station and another 15 min, then you are in the center of Cph. Close to forest and beach, Charll forest, Dyrehaven etc. PS: The bed is 140x200 cm, with a large double duvet. PPS: And of course, no smoking in my apartment. Not sure where else to write it :)
