“Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is awesome for hiking, biking and bird watching. The 4,053 acre refuge is conveniently accessible from US 278 between the Mainland and Hilton Head Island. It supports a diversity of bird and plant life. Wildlife commonly observed on Pinckney Island include waterfowl, shorebirds, wading birds, raptors, neo-tropical migrants, white-tailed deer and American alligators, with large concentrations of white ibis, herons, and egrets.”

“The parks and playgrounds on Hilton Head Island are world-class! Jarvis Creek Park on the north end of Hilton Head (just off the cross-island) with two playgrounds, a mile-long walking trail and pavilions that you can rent for birthday parties or family cook-outs. Free parking and plenty of space to pay Frisbee or soccer with your little ones. There is a pier at Jarvis with views of turtles and gators! ”

Music Venue
“If you have kids from 2-13, this is a must do. It's entertaining for both adults and kids. Enjoy a beverage & while your children sit right up front on the stage. The kids are as equally entertaining as Greg Russell himself. This will become a family tradition! Go early!”

“Tower Beach is a private beach and pavilion for the exclusive use of Sea Pines residents and their guests. So don't try to park there. However, it is an easy bike ride on the beach (preferably at low tide). Insider Tip - this is one of the few places you will find a restroom near the beach!”
