Cozy Lake Cottage at Lake Sommen

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Directly by Lake Sommen is our newly renovated little house with bedroom, living room and a little kitchen. Patio under roof, jetty and beach directly outside. Summer water which means hot and cold water from the lake in the kitchen faucet and in the toilet house. New “Toahus” with shower cabin, sink and electrically powered incineration toilet. Fresh water is easily collected from the host. Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning is not included. All guests clean up after themselves, all equipment is provided in the cabin.

Here you live in a lovely rural village environment. The farmhouse has a newly renovated kitchen and a sauna with relax room. You have access to a large fenced garden and a large terrace with wooden floors. A few minutes walk away is a child-friendly swimming area with jetty. Vi välkomnar er att semestra i detta underbara landskap i gränslandet mellan Småland och Östergötland. Det är 40km till Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby och 50km till Västervik. Vi bjuder på fantastisk natur med öppna landskap, stora skogar, och mysiga hagmarker. Det finns många sjöar som lämpar sig för bad och fiske. Hycklinge är ett smultronställe! Under högsäsong v26-34 önskar vi gärna hyra ut våra stugor veckovis med byte på lördagar, men undantag kan göras. Varmt välkomna med era förfrågningar!

Välkommen till vår lilla stuga som vi kallar Undantaget! Boendet ligger i vackra småländska byn Älö, 15 min från Vimmerby, ALV. I närheten finns fina badplatser. Undantaget ligger i utkanten av vår tomt, ena sidan åt en liten trädgård med uteplats och andra sidan åt en idyllisk småländsk kohage. Stugan är från sekelskiftet och varsamt renoverad. Gamla fönster, dörrar och golv är bevarade. Vi som hyr ut Undantaget heter Elsa & Andreas, här bor även våra två barn och några linderödsgrisar.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

The pond cabin is located on beautiful Asby udde. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Covered hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch.
