  • Loved this little stay-away! Me and my girlfriend felt very cosy and comfortable during our stay here in Aldbrough. Close to lots of lovely seaside towns and viewpoints, perfect for walks along the beach or boardgames in pubs! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

  • We loved our visit to Martin and Beryl's place, so many thoughtful touches I'd have never expected and such lovely hosts. it was a delight staying there, even the dog didn't want to leave this beautiful apartment! Thank you for having us.

    Lauren2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • The flat is very comfortable, well equipped and especially clean; visitors can access the charming garden and have somewhere to sit weather permitting, we were not so blessed to have chance to sit out though! pub and shop close by, directions for little walks from the property thoughtfully provided, no access to local beach though as coastal erosion has taken the road and path, you have to travel bit further up the coast; booking information, arrival instructions all well planned and easy to follow; we really enjoyed the stay at Annies Retreat

  • Lovely little flat. Comfy bed and thoughtful touches. Host was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

    Theresa2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely perfect! I’m from the area originally, so I was only looking for a good value base to visit family and friends from, but I found much more than that. Martin and Beryl are lovely hosts and have clearly put a lot of time and effort into Annie’s Retreat. They’re both clearly active in the local community as well, which is really nice to see. I’ll definitely be back, if they’ll have me!

  • We had a lovely stay at Terri’s accommodation. Her place was very comfortable and equipped for a long-term stay. The new oven and stovetop were great and super quick. The street was quite and an easy few minutes walk to the bus stop, a post office and few local shops. We walked easily to Tesco, Aldi and Lidl supermarkets, which were 1-1.5km away. Terri was a very welcoming host who was prompt at all times and she was always very friendly, before and during our stay. We will be staying again!

A beautiful apartment with excellent service. Don't take our word for it: read our reviews and book this stylish apartment in the heart of Hull's vibrant old town. -Secure parking -WiFi -Netflix -Bathrobe & slippers -Toiletries -Pillow menu -Fruit -Bottled water -Nespresso coffee
The apartment includes: Entrance Hall with umbrellas Bathroom with walk-in shower, washstand, separate toilet and underfloor heating. Towels and toiletries are provided. Living Room with 42" television (free Netflix) and a large dining table that doubles as an ideal work desk having a table lamp and four electrical sockets a standard cord length away. There are two sofas, one of which opens out into a pretty decent double bed. Kitchen area open to the Living Room with oven, induction hob, extraction hood, washing machine, fridge, filter kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. Tea, coffee and bottled still and sparkling water are provided throughout your stay. We believe that the most important thing we can offer is a good night's sleep. So we've put the biggest bed we can in the bedroom. There is a European king sized bed (10cm wider than a standard king size), a choice of pillows, large wardrobe, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, Ruark bluetooth radio and alarm clock, 32" television, electric fan, bathrobe and slippers.
The apartment is perfectly situated in the oldest part of Hull between the shops, pubs and restaurants of the Old Town on one side and the lively marina and Fruit Market district on the other. Mere yards away is the 17th century grammar school. Now a museum, it was attended by Andrew Marvell, metaphysical poet, and William Wilberforce, slavery abolitionist. The grammar school looks out onto Holy Trinity, said to be the largest parish church in England and is a fine example of 15th century ecclesiastical architecture. It is also the venue for many interesting events from music recitals and concerts to the annual beer festival. The immediate area abounds with bars and restaurants and the market is just across Trinity Square.
  • Wonderful apartment in central location, yet amazingly quiet! Lots of thoughtful touches and a beautifully comfortable bed and nice linen which is very important. It felt Tony had put lots of thought in to this apartment. We had a lovely relaxing stay and enjoyed being in the middle of the old town with lovely restaurants and bars. Secure parking was bonus. Fast responses to communications with Tony. We would definitely like to stay again as this is one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

  • Tony is a great host and his place is a fantastic place to stay. Very well located for the old town with secure parking very close by. The flat itself is very comfortable and great value for money. Tony really made the stay by helping us with our bags and listening to what sort of night out we wanted then making local recommendations for restaurants and bars. Would stay here again no hesitation.

  • A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! What a feast for the eyes and the soul. We loved our stay. Amanda is so welcoming. The place was great with everything you’d need and it was lovely and warm (we stayed during storm Jorge). The highlight is definitely the birds and animals. Sitting feeding ducks while drinking coffee in the morning, what a treat. Loads of places to walk too. Local amenities were all close by too. Definitely recommend staying here. We didn’t want to leave.

    Lisa2020-03-01T00:00:00Z

We charge 25.00 per night and 30.00 for Friday and Saturday My place is close to The University of Hull. Our street is a hidden gem within the city as it is in a conservation area and is extremely quiet whilst being 5 minutes from major bus routes into the city and beyond. There is also a vibrant cafe/bar/dining culture within a 10 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of It's bright and airy feel. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double bed. Continental breakfast included.
Double bed. Desk and chair. En-suite with bath, shower, toilet and sink. Super fast fibre optic internet. Tea and cofffee in the room.
We are situated in a conservation area which is an oasis of calm, we are surrounded by trees giving the feeling of being in the countryside, yet we are only a five minute walk to the main road bus routes. 5 to 10 minutes walk from Hull University.
  • Honestly, it's a hidden gem, the price is far too low for what the room is worth. Will definitely look at staying here again.

  • Gail can not do enough for you its like home from home great quiet clean home very warm and welcoming I would 100% go back! I spent 3 weeks here and needed work clothes washing in between weeks, Gail provided washing facilites at no extra cost! which was a blessing being away from home, if you need somewhere to stay I would say try Gilbert lodge.

    James2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • We needed a place to stay last minute. Gail was very welcoming and offered us full use of the kitchen, comfy living room bathroom/shower. As I was staying with my young daughter who was tired from the travelling she was happy to watch the tv provided in the room. The house is spotlessly clean. The room good size, everything we needed. Comfy bed. Would have been happy staying longer. My daughter keeps asking if we can stay again next time we visit the area. She also made a friends with the dog, who is really cute!

On a main bus route to the city centre and the university.
A large atmosperic and characterful attic bed sitting roo m. The room is furnished with a bed, sofa, dining table, work table and chair, two sets of drawers and wardrobe. The room is adjacent to a spacious bathroom with shower and bath. Unlimited Wi-Fi
The apartment is situated in the cosmpolitean and multi-cultural Spring Bank area with its diverse shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of the city centre, Hull Royal Infirmary and the nightlife of Princes and Newland Ave. Regular buses to the University quarter. Unrestricted on street parking.
  • A cosy warm attic room, with a lounge area, this feels like being a student again in a share house. It's a multicultural area, very close to the city centre, so ideal for getting to the transport interchange or getting food in the evening. Andrew offers his kitchen too, so if you were staying a few days, you could self cater without feeling you were imposing. He is very sociable and makes you feel at home. One thing to note is the wooden floors mean sound does travel upstairs to the attic, so you can hear doors closing etc so if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs. Exceptionally good value for money, this is what AirBnB should be.... an invitation into a welcoming home, with a kind, friendly, easy going host.

    Cara2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Andrew is a very cordial host and helped me with luggage to the attic room which I found to be a most pleasant gesture. The room is clean, dry and warm with a nice comfortable bed in which I had a sound night's sleep. Would recommend Andrew's place to any traveller to the Hull area. Many thanks Andrew.

  • Andrew’s place is close to local amenities, easy to find, with ample free parking in the street. The room is lovely and big with a big sofa and storage. Andrew was a pleasant host and had provided thoughtful touches like books, drinking water in the room and local info. His home was really nice with art on the walls. A lovely value for money stay in a great area.

    Ayo2019-05-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great clean room: big enough for two with an en-suite, television and extra seat in the room. Wardrobe provided. Kettle provided with tea, sugar and mugs. Breakfast provided via those small cereal boxes you can get along with some cutlery and dishes/bowls - must provide your own milk but there are shops nearby. The bed was giant (although my girlfriend and I are hobbit sized). Only issue was that we couldn’t figure out how control the radiator in our room, but that might be our fault rather than the hosts. Great location: in the middle of Princes Avenue with easy access to the bars and restaurants down there, or a 10/15 minute walk to Newland Avenue. Overall, awesome value for money, great location and a nice, spacious and, clean room. A+

20mins to City Centre (via public transport) easy access to public transport (10min walk to the end of the street is a direct bus to city centre) 15min walk to KC Stadium. 10 min walk to cosmopolitan area, coffee shops etc 10min walk to the university. Access to communal areas, kitchen, washer (please note the washer is not available for stays of 2 nights or less) Easy going household. On road free parking I also have a double room available for up to 2 people and a SuperKing room for 2 people.
Cozy, single room in my 4 bedroom House. My house is clean and tidy but not a 5 star hotel. A small single room (suitable for 1person) with large single (4ft) bed (standard single beds are 3ft6"), designed to give you maximum facilities and comfort in a small space. There is a wardrobe, a TV and chest of drawers. Hangers in wardrobe, mirror, hair dryer. Please note this room is a SMALL, cozy room but great value for money.
The neighbourhood is a lovely, sub-urban area of Hull. It's a professional area and not far from great night life of Newland Ave. Please note we are in the city not the country so there is traffic and pedestrian noise as you would expect in a built up area. Ideally located for Hull City Centre. 30-40 min walk or a short bus ride. KC Stadium is only a 10-15min walk from the house for any football or rugby fans. There is also a newsagent 6 doors up the street open 6am- 10pm, 7 days a week. They sell pretty much everything you need. The end of our street is one of the cosmopolitan areas of Hull, Newland Aveune where you will find a plethora of coffee shops, bars and restaurants along with some unique Independant clothes shops. Princes Avenue is only a 15min walk away. Fairly centrally located for access to most of Hull, free on road parking if you have a hire car.
  • Clean, warm and quiet location with a convenience store seconds away, a drama free visit.

  • I've stayed at Gill's many times for work - this was the first time I think in more than a year, mainly because she gets booked up very quickly, and I imagine with repeat bookers. Lovely clean room in a quiet household, car parking on the road outside (it's 10 mins from the city centre but only a few minutes walk to bus stops on a main route). Nice touches with tea and coffee left for guests, room in the fridge too in a lovely big kitchen and lovely soft towels and flannel. The place is spotless - the reason I've put down as expected is because I knew what to expect! When staying over in Hull, it's always my first choice for value, cleanliness, comfort and location.

    Chris2020-01-23T00:00:00Z

  • My husband and I stayed in the Elliot Suite for a very rare night away from the kids. The property was simply breathtaking will beautiful decor and little touches throughout. It was really lovely to have all the breakfast items in the fridge, including milk & juice for the morning. The hot tub was fantastic, it’s in its own gazebo type housing and a nice & private space to relax with Alexa in the hot tub house being a great treat to listen to music whilst we were relaxing. The hosts were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I will definitely be back here as it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed. Thank you Lucy & Stuart!

    Debbie2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • The Elliott suite was exactly what we wanted: fantastically chilled and comfortable - and there was a hot tub! We literally stayed for one very spontaneous night after a trip abroad got cut short, so the fact that Lucy met us with wine, and had stocked the fridge with breakfast was much appreciated and especially thoughtful. Thank you providing such a relaxing end to a hectic few days :)

A short walk will take you to Pearson Park which was given to the city by a local Victorian philanthropist call Zacharia Pearson. Known as the peoples park this is a pleasant green space soon to be transformed by a 3.5 million pound lottery grant. The Avenues have many properties of historic interest and a number of beautiful mermaid fountains. It will take just over half an hour to walk into town.

Set directly opposite Pearson Park in the tree lined avenues which form the heart of Hull's restaurant area, Number Seven offers comfort, flexibility, a sprinkling of design flair and an incredibly quiet nights rest being hidden away from the madding crowd with access via a private road. Covid-19 - Please follow the Government advice. If you have essential travel then we have moved to a strict no contact self check in & improved our already immaculate cleaning. Stay safe, travel safe.
We designed and built the apartment at Number Seven between August and December 2016. The accommodation exists as a self contained annex within my home, and part of the joy of designing bespoke lodging from the ground up is the freedom it gives you on focusing on it's prime purpose and then adding some desirable extras. The main room is 5 meters in length, the combination of lashings of natural light and well chosen fittings lending it a light and spacious feel. We added amenities we thought you would enjoy, such as 48" HD smart TV with all your catch up favourites, youtube and a selection of free movies that pivots for comfortable viewing be that from bed or seating area, USB charging sockets, soundproofing, thermal insulation, a fully equipped kitchen and an independent heating system meaning you can set the perfect temperature you enjoy be that for relaxing or sleep. I am not someone who believes rental accommodation should be laminate floors and melamine wardrobes, so you will find some very pleasant furnishings and fittings, a welcome king size bed with quality mattress and cotton rich bedding, tactile fabrics and floorings of tile, real slate and the finest Westex pure wool carpet. I am particularly proud of the lighting design - we placed all the main lights on dimmers and combined them with lamps and light features while adding a colour scheme and fittings that allow for the interplay of light leading to some lovely options for setting a homely mood for you to enjoy - we really do encourage you to have a good old play with your fun options. We even installed a Hollywood mirror, so no excuses for not looking and feeling your most glamorous on a night out :-) We provide breakfast on the first night of your stay with us, so if you are just with us briefly on leisure or business then you don't need to worry about gathering supplies for the morning, no matter what time you check in you know you can spend your evening relaxing knowing it's always nice waking up to a treat as breakfast is included. Tea, coffee and cooking condiments are also supplied along with towels and toiletries. We hope you enjoy our offering.
Two minutes walk from your accommodation you can choose either Princes Avenue or Newland Avenue with a myriad of independent bars, restaurants and retailers covering anything from Thai Fusion to Moroccan, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Fish and Jamaican through to Modern English. In summer it is THE place for alfresco drinking and dining. Pearson Park is opposite the house. Your access to the accommodation is via private road, which means it is both quiet, and offers excellent vehicle security.

Just off the main A63 road into Hull and a mile from the City Centre, 114 Coltman St is one of Hull’s most historic townhouses, featured on BBC2’s Restoration Home. Converted back into a grand town house from 5 derelict flats, the house offers comfortable rooms with ensuite facilities. Including breakfast (Eggs, toast, cereal, fruit juice, hot drinks) in the guest kitchen. Guests have the option of using the guest kitchen to cook evening meals though there are several takeaways nearby
The Twin Room is one of our four guest rooms and offers both a single and a king sized bed, as well as WiFi, ensuite shower & WC, TV and room fridge. Guests also have the use of a lounge and guest kitchen, as well as the gym, sauna & games room, with a pool table and darts
We are close to the town centre, have plenty of parking though off road parking will only fit medium and small cars, as the entrance to the car park was designed in 1850 for a horse and carriage
  • Perfect location, within walking distance to town center and train station. Sparkling clean room in a family home. One of the best AIRBNBs I stayed in. Highly recommended.

  • This has become a favourite Airbnb destination for work - great ensuite bedrooms, separate kitchen with everything you could need for breakfast, well located for the university and town centre, easy to park. Check in is always hospitable and straightforward, and it's always a pleasant stay and a good night's sleep. Easy to recommend.

  • The other reviews are accurate. I was traveling on business and arrived late after a long day. Very warm welcome and I appreciated there were the basics to have a late night snack and access to the well stocked guests' kitchen opposite my room. Owner shared the fascinating history of the building and the development work they had put into it . Room has a quirky layout to be expected and enjoyed in a historic house. Much more interesting than the Premier Inn box. Comfortable bed, good shower and peaceful. Heater provided if I got cold. Parked right outside on the street. Excellent value for money . Would stay again. Sorry I could not stay longer.

Situated 5 minutes from the centre of Hull, the house is an early Victorian terraced townhouse, built in 1842, with many original features. It has a pretty, secluded terrace garden, which has won awards in the "Hull in Bloom" competition. There is parking for a small car in front of the house. Guests have full use of the kitchen, their own fridge, and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. I speak some French, German, Dutch and Spanish.

  • I stayed with Carol for a month whilst on a placement at Hull Royal! Carol goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel at home! She is full of local knowledge and a woman of wisdom on many topics! Her dog Daisy is a dream and will always make you smile as she greets you each day. Her house is rather like a museum and every day I found myself noticing some new work of art on the walls or ceiling. Carol is very kind and if you're lucky you may even get to sample her fine baking skills. Experiences such as these is what make's Air BNB so special, crossing paths will people who you will remember forever! Thank you Carol you are one of a kind and I will certainly be recommending your place to all who visit Hull!

  • Had a very pleasant stay

    Daksha2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • What an absolute gem! From the setting itself which is so pretty and well maintained to entering into the apartment we were thrilled. We couldn't believe that we had so much space for the price. And not only that we were also able to take our little dog with us as well. It is really quirky with beautiful old tapestries and period furniture and we were welcomed into the living area with a blazing coal fire. The living area has a fridge and microwave which is very convenient for longer stays as you can really snug up in this beautiful retreat. The bedroom is a comfortable size and the bed was sumptuous. The bathroom had piping hot water which was plentiful for a nice relaxing bath. Christopher bought breakfast in the morning in an old fashioned hamper with fresh coffee which was like a little breakfast treasure chest :) all served on fine china with fine cutlery. There is a kettle with lots of complimentary tea and coffee (instant and ground). We were only staying for one night and it was in the early evening that we decided we wanted to return and booked our return visit straight away, taking advantage of the three for two nights offer which makes it a very reasonable and enjoyable getaway. Having never been to the area before, we were pleasantly surprised of what the area has to offer and took full advantage of beautiful beach walks, fish and chip supper and a visit to the nature reserve at Spurn Point. We would fully recomment this property and Christopher's kind hospitality and can't wait for our longer stay at the end of the month.

  • We had such a lovely time in the cottage! It’s old and quirky and the fire was lit ready for our arrival! That was a perfect touch after a long drive!! The cottage was a little bit chilly because it’s winter, but as soon as the fire is roaring, it’s perfect and cosy! The host was lovely and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this place!

    Esther2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed staying in these few rooms at the back of an amazing building. Interestingly furnished and in a lovely location. All aspects were made very easy for us in booking in and staying here.

    Edd2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at Christopher Marcus’s historic property enormously. Coming back to a real fire each evening was greatly appreciated. The Garden Suite did not disappoint. A lovely space to relax in.

  • Very nice

    Abdur-Rahmaan2019-12-24T00:00:00Z
  • As per the other reviews this place is amazing, a true find. Quirky and full of character a perfect escape. Half the price of a hotel room and ten times the character. Wonderful service from our host, fires lit, extra coal and amazing breakfasts.

    Martin2019-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely olde worlde place. Marcus was a great host. We arrived to an amazing roaring fire. The breakfast hamper was well worth it, some lovely touches and delivered to the door.

This is a small bedroom in our large Edwardian family house in the popular Avenues area of Hull. You have use of a shared bathroom with bath/shower and kitchen facilities. Please note that this is a mainly vegetarian household. Whilst we are happy for guests to eat cooked and pre-prepared meat products in the house, we would ask that raw meat is not cooked in the kitchen.
The house is located in the popular Avenues area of Hull, famed for its tree lined streets and beautiful individual Edwardian properties. Pearson Park is a 5 minute walk from the house and there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants located on the adjacent Princes Avenue and Newland Avenue, all within 10 minutes on foot. Both the city centre and university are short bus rides away.

  • Lovely place, had a really nice weekend away. Very clean, pretty space right in the town. Responses were very quick and location very convenient (near station and shops). Definitely recommend!

    Lisa2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Really quirky and compact accommodation. Loved the facilities, especially the roomy shower and smart TVs. Car parking was tight, due to the length of our car, however, the gentleman who parked his car opposite, opened his gate to allow more room and then parked the car for us, beat that for hospitality/friendliness. Can recommend the pizza place next door, so much choice and food was delicious. My only criticism is that their delivery driver constantly slammed the shop and car door, which did disturb my sleep. Scott was very responsive to messages. The check in and out process was simple. Beverley is such a lovely place, with such friendly people, definitely worth a visit.

    Carolyn2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Good central location for Beverley. Pleasant stylish place to stay with your own parking space!

    Emma2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • 2 minutes from the station, right in the middle of the town and a great night's sleep.

    Joe2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • On arrival I was pleasantly surprised by how accurate the photos were of the place and how lovely and cosy it was! It was clean and tidy, and Scott had provided a few complementary bits which I thought was a nice touch. Location was great and the bed was very comfortable. Scott was very attentive and responded within minutes if I had any queries. All round a great place! 100% would recommend.

  • Excellent place to stay in Hull! I stayed there for a month, and I could just say good things about Jermaine. The house is nice, in a good and quiet area which is 20 minutes by bus to the center of the town. The room is small, but the furniture is really tasteful and there is a lot of space to keep your things and clothes. I would stay there again. I highly recommend it :)

    María2020-03-01T00:00:00Z

Jermaine is a wonderful person, she is open, friendly and helps you in case of need. We had a lot of lovely chats! My stay at Hull wouldn't have been the same without her. And Prince, her little dog, is really cute and calm!

  • From the very first moment that Ann opened the door, I knew I had made the right decision to stay at her house. She is very welcoming and her house is lovely, which is situated in a nice quiet road and neighborhood. Got a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed, had a lovely shower in morning and when I got downstairs, I had a nice surprise waiting for me, which was a tasty breakfast. If I'm ever in the area again, Ann's place will be the first I will look to be staying at again.

  • My wife and I have just left this idyllic location. We found it charming, quiet and well cared for including the guests! We had always desired to stay in a historic house that had not been despoiled by modernism and Halsham House hit the spot! Our host was certainly genial and welcoming, only too readily keen to make our stay welcome. We would certainly recommend staying, do it!! Richenda and Bruce Robinson

My place is close to Hull University. 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Also cafes and bars of Newland Avenue and Princess Avenue where you will find an array of cafe bars and shops. We are in a conservation area and though it is in the city, it is an oasis of calm. We are surrounded by beautiful trees so waking up to the birds singing in the summer is lovely. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We provide a continental breakfast.
We charge 25.00 per night and 30.00 Fri Sat nights. Double bed. Fibre optic super fast wi fi. Desk and chair in the room. Tea and coffee in the room.
Our neighbourhood is a conservation area. Larkin the poet once lived here and his house has a blue plaque. It is very quiet as it is not a through road so has very little passing traffic, though the students use our street to park during the day. We however have plenty of off-road parking.
  • It seems to me that Ron and Karen are the kind of hosts Airbnb are all about. From the first communication to stepping out of the door the experience was brilliant. You could not ask for better hosts, value, or location. If you’re visiting Hull or its environs, for a short stay this is the kind of place you should be looking for.

Welcome to Studio 1869. My snug, centrally located mezzanine apartment is hidden away in Hull's Old Town, but just minutes away from the beating heart of the city centre. Boasting high ceilings and wooden floors, the entirely private property is equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Whether you are here on holiday, visiting nearby friends or family, or in the area for business, this 150-year-old converted Victorian studio offers the ideal base to spend your days in Hull.
Lounge/Kitchen Open plan, wooden flooring, high ceilings, two windows, integrated kitchen appliances including a hob, fridge, kettle and microwave. Light wood furniture, sofa, a fold out table and chairs and mounted heater. There's also a modern, comfortable sofa bed which offers another sleeping option. Great also for guests who would prefer not to climb stairs. An additional chair bed pulls out into a single bed for higher occupancy bookings or families. Bedroom Mezzanine area has wooden flooring, a king-sized bed, bedside table, lamp and large wardrobe. Shower Room Partially tiled with white suite comprising:- panelled bath with electric shower over bath, pedestal wash hand basin, low level wc, vinyl floor covering and flush style door. We provide guests with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and other essential toiletries. We supply bath towels and hand towels to all guests.
Hull’s Old Town is a hidden treasure where you will discover Hull’s collection of free museums including Streetlife Museum of Transport and Hull and East Riding Museum of Archaeology. It is also home to Hepworth Arcade where Mr Marks and Mr Spencer had one of their first penny bazaars. There is also a strong link between Hull Old Town and the English Civil War with the alleged plotting parlour a stone's throw away at Ye Olde White Harte. Just around the corner from the studio you can also find the world’s smallest window at the George Hotel.

  • Me, my partner and my dog loved the place. Was a little hard at first to find but host was happy to help. Very clean, bright and cosy. Private spaces with great cooking facilities and utilities. Toiletries are available also clean towels. Really Comfy bed as well as two more spare beds in the other room to use if needed. Nice open space with a pool table which was a bonus, the french doors in the room also leads out to a small garden area which was loverly. The main reason we booked this place was because it was dog friendly which is great for us travelling with a dog. The communication with the host was fast also they we’re very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very easy gave us the keys and should us around and asked if we needed anything such as milk, towel for dog etc... electric gates easy to get in and out of and secure spot. Parking spaces available, really nice and quite. Overall really enjoyable, would definitely recommend. Thank you!
