This guest house is a completely private house without a host, and is recommended for those who want to relax with an emphasis on privacy (please feel free to contact the host ♩) The full renovation was completed in July 2024, and the air conditioner and washing machine are brand new and clean. There is a TV on each floor. The stairs leading to the bedroom on the 2nd floor are a little steep, but up to 2 people can sleep on the 1st floor if you have children or have trouble walking. (See photos of the living room for more details) The guest house is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Soji-ji, Ibaraki City, 12 minutes on foot to Hankyu Soji-ji Station and 14 minutes on foot to JR Soji-ji Station. It takes about 30 minutes from Hankyu Soji Station to Osaka Umeda and Kyoto Kawaramachi, and about 20 minutes from JR Soji Station to Osaka and Kyoto. Supermarkets (Lopia and Kansai Super), Don Quixote, Daiso, and convenience stores are within walking distance, so you can enjoy shopping. There is no parking lot on the premises, but there are many paid parking lots nearby. (Within 1 minute walk, 400-800 yen for 24 hours) ※ The neighborhood is a residential area, so parties, noise, music, etc. are prohibited.
