This guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibaraki City. There is a river running right next to it, so you can enjoy nature during your stay. There is a cafe with a hedgehog motif on the ground floor, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and baked goods. You can also take a bus from the bus stop, a 4-minute walk from the guest house, to JR and Hankyu stations, making transportation convenient. There are also delicious bakeries and convenience stores nearby, and a shopping mall is about a 20-minute walk away for you to enjoy shopping. The room has a full kitchen, washing machine, washroom, separate toilet and bathroom, making it suitable for long-term stays. The room is about 9 tatami mats, so it can accommodate up to 5 people. We give guests a welcome drink that can be used at the cafe on the ground floor! I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka, so it's easy to access a lot of popular and famous places! It takes 4 - 5 min walk from the station to the house. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! [Tabitabi Shinsen] is a traditional two-storey machiya , which was built in the Taisho era with more than one hundred years history. The name Shinsen comes from one of the oldest famous courtyard in Kyoto during Heian Period, "Shinsenen", which is located near our house.
