This light and airy sunny room has its own entrance exclusively for our guests, via a pair of french doors off a patio, also exclusively for guests use. ensuite shower room and super king size bed. the room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa in super king size bed, or a evening beverage on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.

It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.
