Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10 min walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The house is furnished with 2 rooms with double bed, 1 annex with double bed, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and living room with dining area and cozy wood-burning stove. There is a heat pump in the house. There are duvets and pillows in the house. Bed linens, towels, tea towels, etc. are brought by the tenant. The house is cleaned after using the tenant. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Lovely holiday home with everything you as a guest need. Large bright living room, ceiling for kip, large bathroom and a bright kitchen with bar. The large terrace of the house has a Finnish bath (not Spa), outdoor shower with hot water - a wonderful meeting point. Wifi and 2 TVs with Airplay. Only 350 m to fantastic swimming beach and 3 km to Marielyst square. The terraces have umbrellas, outdoor table for 8 people, sunbeds, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, sandbox and swing. Bookings are accepted from Saturdays to Saturdays.

Flot anneks i romantisk stil. Huset er på 36 kvm. Køkken, stue, spiseplads og soveværelse i én, derudover er der badeværelse med brus. Terrasse med havemøbler. Huset ligger i naturskønt område i den del, som kaldes "det gamle Marielyst" En af Danmarks bedste badestrande ligger kun 300 meter væk. Det tager 5 minutter at gå til Marielyst torv, hvor der er skønne butikker og gode spisesteder. El afregnes på stedet. I 2023 nye vinduer og døre samt varmepumpe. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and relax for a lovely sunset. Here are all the necessary amenities that you need. A really Nice and cozy House with a Nice large beautiful garden with trees and flowers. Outside chairs and tables. Close to Beach (500 m) and shopping of All kind (1-3 km). The Nature is so beautiful here and it is really Calm surroundings. The House is in 113 square meters.
