In addition to the landlord's home, this newly renovated apartment with its own entrance and secluded terrace is located in a scenic residential area. 2 large rooms with double beds, and the possibility of bedding for 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. Toilet with shower and washing machine, and kitchen with everything including dishwasher. 150 meters walk to beach, and 350 meters to lovely meadow and cozy forest. Shopping option in walking distance, and 30 minutes drive to COPENHAGEN city center

"Hyllvang" in the countryside but close to the city

The " dwelling " is the entire 1st floor of the " main house" of a former tomato nursery. You will have entrance from cozy courtyard. A solid staircase with railing to the first floor. A room faces east and has its own exit to the balcony. The other faces south. Kitchen/living room to the west. The rooms are furnished with new beds, allergy-tested musk duvets. There are comfortable chairs if you want to relax with a book. Views of fields, horses, and gardens. A fairly large common room with a kitchenette, electric kettle and fridge.

Den ligger i et industri kvarter men tæt på sø. Lejligheden er ikke handicap venlig da du skal op på 2. etage, tag lejlighed og der er ingen elevator!!!!

Lovely townhouse 20 minutes from Copenhagen

I love home decor, coziness and plants, so you can sit back in one of my many cozy nooks and enjoy it all with a good book and a cup of coffee from my coffee machine that can make an exquisite cappuccino for example. If you want to enjoy nature, there is a lovely meadow just behind my house, where you can take a walk or sit on a bench, or it's less than 10 minutes walk to the beach just out of the way outside the house.

The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.
