Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Das A-Frame Haus bietet viel Privacy, der Garten ist umzäunt, sodass Hunde freien Lauf haben aber nicht abhauen können. Das Haus am See verfügt über ein helles Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer. Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

While we're already hearing the owls, we'll see a deer carefully crossing the field.” A nice place outside between Dinxperlo and Aalten. The apartment is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The University of Applied Sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car ( B67 in the vicinity). A bus stop is very close. Bakers and butchers, as well as grocery store are about 1000 m away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac, public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.

Our holiday home built in Saxon style was completely renovated in 2019, everything is new and tastefully decorated and equipped with a lot of luxury. The holiday home is located on a small quiet holiday park, this park is located in a wooded area with many hiking and cycling routes. The property has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fire pit and pizza oven. Our home borders directly on the forest. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!
