Tamar did us very welcome in this apartment located fifteen kilometers from Beirut. She organized our arrival from the airport and gave us useful advice for our stay. It proved always available and willing to make our lives easier and we make it enjoyable. And it succeeded!

My only negative comment: the internet is extra charge, which wasn't clear from the page when I first booked. This set aside, I highly recommend the place. Nice location, nice terrace with a sea view, very pleasant at night.

Quiet house with more than enough space. Perfect hosting, our contact was really good and you can always reach her when you actually need her. The neighborhood is peaceful, but it was good we had a car so that we could easily get around. When we arrived it wasn't the cleanliest place. Not to say it was overall dirty, but some hairs in the shower for example. Last thing to note, the kitchen is nice but there are not many kitchen utensils present. Good value for money and nice host!

We arrived late at night and we were warmly welcomed into our apartment with some foods left over for us which was super thoughtful since I had a child with me. We were constantly checked upon and given kind cooperation by our beautiful landlady Siham and her family member Maria and Marcele. When I had an personal emergency, Siham was quick to get help to us with genuine concern. They have made our stay peaceful, homely and full of their kind cooperation throughout. I felt at home and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort and privacy as well as direct access to the beauty of Beirut. We can't thank them enough for all they did to make our stay a fantastic one!!

Everything was great from beginning to end, quick on time communication and accurate details. The house itself is very nice, with everything you need in a very central location to many restaurants and within walking distance to the main highway. Very clean and spacious. Would definately stay again!

This was a last minute booking on new year's eve and Ludwig was very accommodating. Definitely great value for money. Simple and spacious with everything you need for a short stay. Most importantly, you do not get this view for this budget. My only comment is that "Garden Tower" is a hotel, which was not mentioned in the description. However, that meant that when there was a problem with the hot plate, they had another room to move us to! Recommended for its value for money, sea view, and for the nice people at reception.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Kelly was shockingly fast to reply to my messages. Since Kelly is not in the country you will be mostly dealing with Nayla who was extremely nice and hospitable. The apartment is specious, tasteful and extremely clean. Would definitely come back again.

logement parfait ,spacieux , propre , tout équipé , climatisation parfaite car il a fait chaud dans le pays. Tous les produits été fournis , savons serviettes etc...en grandes quantités. la location est très pratique pour se déplacer dans le pays , facile pour aller en ville ou vers la montagne. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir.

Nicolas was really friendly and gentlemen, the apartment is really good according to the price, maybe I found the cleaning cost is high , there's problem with the electricity not in the apartment but in whole the country, the location is amazing its in the middle of everything. Am happy that I spent my vacation there and planning to stay again there.

Excellent accommodation for luxury, comfort and convenience. Breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain from the comfort of your living room. I highly recommend it. This should be a standard platform for luxury accommodation.

Alice's appartement was clean and we had everything we needed. When we locked our self out, she did everything to help us out and in no time we had the keys back. She communicated clear and asked almost everyday if everything was alright and if we needed anything. Thank you so much for the nice stay...

Amazing host! The place is extremely spacious, much bigger in person and tons of space, duel balconies allow you to watch the sunset on one side and you can watch the sunrise on the other end. the apartment has three balconies total. The building has a concierges and security guy who is also extremely helpful for all matters. He doesn't speak any english but texting him in arabic using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate worked perfect. highly highly recommend this place, great value and Alice was amazingly helpful, even met us in town to help us find the place and gave us a tour and list of numbers for people to help us if we had any issues.

We loved our stay at the apartment. If something broke down (electricity/wifi) we contacted Alice and she imediately responded and made sure it was fixed within 15 minutes. The location is very conveniant, depending on traffic a 15 min drive to downtown and just five minutes away from the Citymall. Thanks Alice for having us, we had a wonderful time!

We stayed at Alice's brand new apartment for 2 weeks and it was an excellent choice. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished with everything you might need: 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6; 3 bathrooms - 2 with showers; kitchen equipped with all kinds of pots, pans, potato peeler, you name it; washing machine; AC in most rooms; wi-fi - which was not available in many rented apartments in Lebanon; and most importantly, a generator that switches on automatically when the power goes off - a must in Beirut. The apartment itself faces east and west with balconies, and was airy and cool for most of the day in July. The street is one with a few pharmacies and grocers nearby and is accessible, with taxis easy to find. The neighbourhood is about 15 minutes' drive from downtown Beirut but very close to ABC Dbayeh and Le Mall, with restaurants not too far away, so we basically had everything we need in the vicinity. Alice and her lovely family were very responsive and helped immediately with all our requests, for which I'd like to thank them very much. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We traveled as a group of friends attending a wedding and could not have been happier upon arriving to find the apartment exactly as described, spotless and full of natural light! Every bedroom has balcony access (a great view from each one), the building is safe and in a very pleasant, walk-able neighborhood. Alice and the doorman were wonderful about replying almost immediately to any questions we may have had. I'd recommend this listing to anyone wishing to stay in the area as fantastic value for a group or family.

Alice is a very nice and very accomodating. She helped matters and was available any time for any questions. The apartment is conveniently located in Beirut in a cool area 15 minutes from downtown and is very well equipped. The view is beautiful and a good breakfast in the morning on the balcony is very nice. The area is very well equipped. Everything can be bought on site. Residents of neighborhoods its kind and all is well. I am quite happy with this experience and would highly recommend Alice's apartment.

Of all the trips to Lebanon that we have made, Alice's place has to be one of the best in which we've stayed. Good neighborhood and location to use as a base to see the whole country. Communication was very good, as Alice set us up with her sister, who helped us address any question we had. All in all, clean, spacious, good communication, good location, and pretty views!
