Beautiful vacation home with large garden in a direct water location on the canal with fantastic views of the East Frisian countryside. The house has been completely renovated and refurbished. It was important to us to maintain the original character and combine it with today's living comfort. Regionality, sustainability and individuality were our compass. On the edge of the historic village center in a quiet location, just a stone's throw from the dike, the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum.

They have a wonderful view over the harbor. In the SZ, a double bed is available (180x200). In the living & dining area, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. Parking spaces are free at the harbor place. Bicycles can be stored in the hallway. Renovation of the exterior facade from 8/17/22.

Our cottage is located in the old village of Petkum, near the ferry jetty to Ditzum.From here you can enjoy the vastness of East Frisia on both sides of the Ems - whether on foot or by bike or while fishing on one of the many canals (with guest card) or watching the wild geese. Emden also has plenty to offer culturally (Kunsthalle, Landesmuseum, ...).

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Fantastic apartment for up to 2 people directly in the beautiful fishing village of Ditzum. The tasteful furnishings in our apartment make for a feel-good holiday. Our upstairs apartment is in close proximity to the Fischerhafen. It is located with a balcony to the south, accessible by a spiral staircase. Enjoy delicious fish dishes in the nearby gastronomy and let your mind wander with a good glass of wine.

My place is close to the holiday home area with lots of recreational opportunities, inn with beer garden and public transport. You'll love my place because of the surroundings and the neighborhood.
