Welcome to our cozy apartment in the threshing floor! Not far from the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here, you can reach the city centre within walking distance with many restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Alt Westerland with the beautiful village church can also be reached in a few minutes! Our apartment is located in a lovely frieze house, you will find it on the first floor. It goes over two levels, the upper sleeping area is accessible via a staircase ( due to the location in Spitzbden, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cozy décor invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car is available behind the house.

Rømø, Unesco area - newly renovated house with sauna

Newly renovated summer house - all new spring 2020. Lovely holiday home, quietly located in Kongsmark on Rømø. Large sunny terrace surrounds the house, which is everywhere lovely bright. The house contains 2 bedrooms, nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as well-equipped kitchen alroom and living room. Via the terrace there is access to the annex with additional sleeping for 2 persons, note!! In the winter months, the annexe is closed, which is why the house is only for 4 people in the period October to March.

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the edge of Westerland and who don't mind the "charm of a yellow-linker's residence" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest-facing balcony available. VACATION FROM THE ME Tinnum is centrally located in the center of the island and Sylt can be explored comfortably from here with the women's bike, which is included, in all directions. Every guest in Sylt is subject to tourist tax ! Please bring your own necessary covers and towels. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. The tourist tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt and is independent from Airbnb.

Studio apartment in the spa centre of Westerland. The apartment is located on the 6th floor with a view over Westerland and can be reached by elevator. The living space is about 33 sqm and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and the living room/bedroom. It is a short walk to the beach and about 1 minute from the city center. The separate kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine) and from the living room you have a great view over Westerland.

Quiet retreat for two who like each other! Central island on the border with Westerland. Car parking space, WiFi, bed linen, towels and tea towels included.
