This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. This is an old house-style building located just off the Nikko Kaido. Close to Tobu Shim-Imaichi Station, you might even hear the steam whistle of the Taiki if you're lucky in the evening. 8-tatami Japanese-style room (bamboo room), 6-tatami Japanese-style room (temple style), 8-tatami living room (retro style) IH kitchen, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, gas dryer, etc. are fully equipped, so you can use this place as a base for sightseeing in Nikko, Kinugawa, Ashio, and Kuriyama. There is also a parking lot, making it ideal for touring with fellow bikers. Breakfast is a free loaf of freshly baked bread (home bakery). Mountain Biking, Calligraphy, Games, BBQ (The usage fee for charcoal is 2,000 yen per use. Dishes are available for rent, so please prepare your ingredients at a nearby supermarket.) Advance reservation is required. In the evening, I also run a tavern next door, so you can enjoy delicious food and drinks.

This is a private lakeside inn with a large garden located on the shore of Otsuka Pond, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki's top 100 sightseeing spots. This is a special building designed as an architect's home, and when you go up the stairs at the entrance, you will have an excellent view from the second floor. The 15-tatami living room, which connects to the dining kitchen and bedroom, is spacious and ideal for parties. The new room "KADO" has also been completed since spring 2024! You can enjoy the garden and Otsuka Pond more, and there is a semi-double bed. (Usage fee 7,000 yen, free for 10 or more people or for consecutive nights) We also have BBQ rental (5,000 yen), so please make use of the garden! Access to the city of Mito is also good.

This is a guest house on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Kasama Sightseeing Association Building. It is a beautiful environment that has just been renovated in 2019 with floors, wallpaper, toilets, etc. The living room is an atrium, so you can enjoy a spacious and comfortable time. There is a large wooden deck on the 4th floor where you can have a barbecue and observe the stars. Free parking for up to 2 cars in the garage on the 1st floor of the building. It is a good location, a 3-minute walk to Kasama Inari Shrine, which is counted as one of the three largest Inari shrines in Japan. Please use it as a base for sightseeing in Kasama.

It is a white, compact house facing the Pacific Ocean that can accommodate up to 5 people. From the ocean view bedroom, you can see the ocean and the sunrise in front of you. Easy access by car to Hitachi Seaside Park, Ajigafura Beach, Nakaminato Fish Market, Oarai Aquarium, etc. (* Note) We no longer offer BBQ service at this facility. Please also note that bringing in BBQs is prohibited to ensure safety based on requests from nearby residents. If you would like to have a BBQ, please consider using "RIVERBANK Hitachinaka".

Oarai entire house (24 hour for self check-in)

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
