Welcome to our cozy apartment in the threshing floor! Not far from the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here, you can reach the city centre within walking distance with many restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Alt Westerland with the beautiful village church can also be reached in a few minutes! Our apartment is located in a lovely frieze house, you will find it on the first floor. It goes over two levels, the upper sleeping area is accessible via a staircase ( due to the location in Spitzbden, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cozy décor invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car is available behind the house.

Every guest in Sylt is subject to tourist tax ! Please bring your own necessary covers and towels. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. The tourist tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt and is independent from Airbnb.

Our apartment "Reetnest 78" is located in Keitum, probably the most beautiful village on the island, a few minutes from the Keitum train station. The 3-room apartment on the 1st floor is fresh renovated and fully equipped. Bright and friendly, and well-cut. Ideal for 2 Adults and 1 child. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and another bedroom with a luxury sofa bed (160x200 cm) incl. Ton pocket spring core mattress for 2 people.
