It's my second stay at Ben and Buzzy's place. Well located walking distance to tram, bus, cafe and Sunday Farmer's market. The house is very tranquil and cosy, lots of greens. The room is very clean and well equipped- particularly the highlight of nice tea. The hosts are warm and helpful, gave tips on public transport and local go to places.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay with Ben & Buzzy. The room had everything we needed--plenty of shelf space, outlets, garment rack, and a very comfy bed; it was all very thoughtfully put together. They live in a great spot too--an easy tram ride to the city center or the beach, and a short walk to a yummy breakfast/lunch spot. We also enjoyed their company, and the company of their playful pups.

Graham is a welcoming and exeptional host with a genuinley warm, friendly and accomodating personality. He interacts enthuiastically with his guests whilst maintaining a respectful level of privacy and freedom for them to enjoy his lovingly restored period home. The location is excellent being close to the city and with public transport right outside the door. The local shopping centre is just across the road.

Grahams place is awesome! well located, clean and spacious. Graham was very accomodating, we had a problem with our car and had to arrive in the middle of the night. He helped us by putting the keys under the doormat. Good breakfast was also included. Would 100% recommend!

Graham's house was easy to find, the comms were spot on and my room was superb. Graham is very hospitable and the whole experience was great.

It was a very nice quite and friendly place close to city on Anzac Highway with all you need to relax. Comfy beds, provided with breakfast in the morning. Graham is very accommodating and flexible with time for both check-in and check-out. Will definitely like to stay back again.

I could not have been happier with my experience staying with Michael and Kenneth. They have a beautiful home and are so hospitable and have plenty of suggestions for things to do in the area. I am sad I only had one night to spend in Adelaide, but if I ever come back I would be thrilled to stay here again!

I would like to start by saying that this was our first Air BnB experience and it didn't disappoint. We were extremely happy with Michael and Kenneth as they made us feel welcomed from the very point we booked the accommodation. Every question / query we had, was promptly answered. If you are looking for accommodation that is centrally located to everything (beautiful markets, buses, trams and heaps of restaurants), you cannot go past Michael and Kenneth's listing. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed exploring the city by foot. Michael and Kenneth have also put together a folder that gave us all the information about travel, places to see, suggestions about restaurants in the area and much more. They also organised a Metro Travel card (Similar to the Myki in VIC and OPAL in NSW) which they gave us to use. Michael and Kenneth's place was much more than the description on their profile. It's hard to explain but you need to be there to experience it. The two of them are extremely warm, have the biggest smiles and always happy to help. Nothing was ever an issue. Both Michael and Kenneth are avid gardeners (Landscape Artists) and were often found pottering around on their beautiful balconies. We would sit out on the balcony with them and have great conversations. As for their apartment, it was immaculate with an abundance of natural light and fantastic furnishings. The linen was clean, smelt nice and they also went as far as to iron the sheets and pillow cases. It's the little details like this that made our stay so delightful. Not forgetting the bed, it was super comfortable and we had a great nights' sleep. Their beautifully appointed bathroom boosts a double size shower, basic toiletries and clean bathroom linen. Lastly I would like to say that their kindness and hospitality was exceptional during our stay and we will definitely be back. THANK YOU MICHAEL AND KENNETH.

We had such a fantastic stay! Michael and Kenneth were such welcoming hosts and gave excellent advice for exploring the local area. They both really put in that extra effort to make us feel at home. Michael even ironed my partner's shirt for an event to save him from making a mess of it... not generally being an ironed shirt type of man! We greatly enjoyed the vibrancy and and warmth of our time staying there. We'll be back!

Michael and Kenneth were perfect hosts. Why? First their apartment it's fantastic. Clean, tidy, very well decorated, comfortable. It is a five stars place. We had a bathroom only for us and they supplied with everything: shampoo, soap, cream, tissue... Perfect. Second, they are super friendly, organized and they are available to help you every time. They every single place in Adelaide and their tips about cafes, restaurants, beaches, markets are 100% good. We followed some and we just loved it. Third, the apartment its very well located. You can do everything walk, by tram, bus or train and it takes 5 minutrs to get in one if the stations. So, guys thanks again. We never been treated so good in my life. Very good job!!! We couldn’t have chosen a better place while relocating to Adelaide. It's a lovely house at a prime location where everything is within walking distance, be it offices or malls or cafes. The area is upmarket, really safe and quiet, good for family. The house is vibrant, beautiful & clean and our room was cozy & thoughtfully done. Michael & Kenneth are wonderful hosts - very welcoming who went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Information on Adelaide was available verbally as well as a comprehensive folder with info on services, where to go and what to do. In addition to the local knowledge, they helped us settling in by recommending appropriate location, shopping for furnishings, inviting us to meet their friends and accommodating early check in and late checkout. It is just amazing how they are …so much care and warmth, it felt like meeting long lost friends. We stayed with them like family and continue to cherish this beautiful relationship. Enjoyed the special lunch and dinners treats as well! Most of all, they provided everything we need to ensure the comfy along. We felt as if it is our home for the last 16 days. Will definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Jenny's cottage is in the perfect location, only a 10 minute walk to the center of town and very close to the Central Market. Perfect airbnb in Adelaide! It really is a home away from home where you can feel comfortable and welcomed. The host is so kind, she always answered our questions really quickly and she cared for us. Our new life in Australia started with 30 nights stay in her beautiful unit with a lovely backyard and nice and relaxing neighbourhood.Mary-Anne is such sweetheart thats makes her the best host we have ever seen so far. We had a memorable night out with her and her freindly partner which was really fun. The unit is located in walking distance close to tram and train and bus station and supermarket. To make this long story short, Mary-Anne has become on of our beloved Australian friends considering our 30 nights perfect stay in her unit, we would definately recommend it to all. Mary-Anne has taken real care to make the room comfortable, and included alot of considerate touches that I did appreciate. Unfortunately the room is at most 10 metres away from a train line (ie right next to the line). Many times they went fast enough to make the room shake and frequently blasted their horns (apparently depends on how fast the driver is going- Thurs and Fri were worst with Sat ok). With really busy days and paying almost $100 a night (with airbnb fees), I would appreciated forewarning as to its proximity to the train line. I've stayed all over the world, and am usually very accommodating, but I've never experienced anything like this. As mentioned, aside from the train, the room was nice, but I was a little incredulous at train proximity. Could be good if you are a really heavy sleeper, or have nothing on the next day so don't mind waking etc.

Mary-Anne is an excellent host to talk to and share with. She is one of the best persons I have ever met in Australia. Her flat is an ideal place to stay, as it is very comfortable, clean and close to shops, tram as well as train stations.

Mary-Anne is a great host. This was a super spot based in a lovely garden with chickens. I liked the room especially because it was separate from the main house and had its own bathroom. I accessed it through a secure side gate. I was working in Adelaide for a month and was able to walk, tram or train easily. After reading some reviews about train noise I was a bit concerned but it was surprising how quickly I grew accustomed to them and I actually slept really well.

Mary-Anne's self contained private room was absolutely perfect for our 2 days in Adelaide. Although we never met, she made sure we had everything we needed and communicated promptly to ensure there were no problems. The private entrance and own ensuite in the detached room gave us privacy from the main house, however we met one of her housemates in passing who was also extremely helpful. The room was exactly how it is stated in the description and photos. We would happily stay here again, thanks Mary-Anne!

I had a lovely stay at Mary Ann's and enjoyed my time there very much. I am very happy to recommend staying at Mary Ann's in a quiet suburban area of Adelaide. The room was very suitable for a single traveller; both bedroom and bathroom are very clean, comfy bed, fluffy towels, drinking water from a dispenser, toaster, kettle, fridge, enough space to hang clothes and store things. The room is in it's own little building, separate from the main house in a garden. The evening of my arrival, Mary Ann welcomed me and she walked through the neighbourhood with me for orientation and to explain all the public transport options. There was fresh milk, toast, honey and muesli as well as tea and coffee ready for my first breakfast. I found that Mary Ann equiped the room with eye for detail and everything a traveller might need. If I come back to Adelaide This is were I would want to stay again.

Really enjoyed the room and location. It was very private and the highlight was reading a book in the quiet rooftop hammock. Tony was an extremely gracious host and always had my comfort as his first priority (along with my yummy morning muffins). Would love to stay again.

As well as being a fabulous place to stay, I just had the most fun at Tony's place! He's a warm, welcoming and helpful host, and he has a great sense of humour. Who wouldn't love a host who heads off early in the morning to his kitchen in the gallery he runs, to bake you breakfast muffins! And such delicious ones too. It's a great apartment, set up really well for guests. The rooftop garden is a great place to hang out and check out the Adelaide view. Really appreciated the en-suite bathroom, the art work and the generous sharing of kitchen facilities. There's a great cafe next door, at ground level and the free city loop tram stops a couple of blocks away in King William Street. I found the short walk to the tram therapeutic, though at night I always took a taxi (it's not far from the city centre and doesn't cost much at all) or caught a ride from a friend. Thanks Tony, you made my Adelaide visit extra special.

Tony's place was great because that was centrally located and easy to get around, clean, friendly, and felt very safe. The apartment itself was lovely and I felt as though I had privacy without being completely alone. Tony was a gracious host he was available and welcoming and helpful without being in my face.

What a fantastic urban retreat! I loved staying with Tony, and it wasn't just for the daily morning muffins, which were delicious. He's a very caring host who gives you all the space you need and help or advice on the city should you need it. The apartment itself is grand & you have pretty much the whole place to yourself, the roof top I spent every day on. The room was large with plenty of storage space and the ensuite is clean and modern with amenities. I was so thankful I found this little gem and I will be coming back to stay again when I am here for work. His Art Gallery downstairs is inspiring, loved the pieces. Perfect for me and can't recommend highly enough.

Tony has a beautiful and spacious apartment in a fantastic location - in close proximity to (free) public transport, and in easy walking distance of the CBD and all it has to offer. It's an ideal location for anyone wanting to get out and explore Adelaide, or even just visiting the city for work. All the while being far enough removed to be quiet and peaceful. Equally, the apartment's private rooftop terrace offers great views of the city, and is the perfect spot for an evening drink or to simply relax in the hammock with a book. Tony is a great host - warm, friendly and accomodating. His freshly baked muffins in the morning were a delicious surprise. I definitely hope to stay with Tony again next time I'm in Adelaide.

Lovely modern, very spacious and peaceful apartment - the bedroom has a very comfortable bed and good shower in the en suite. Tony couldn't be more friendly and helpful and his legendary muffins didn't disappoint! The bus stop to town (with free buses!) is just over the road but the centre is walkable. Tony was a cheerful and caring gentleman who provided great assistance and support after the hard time we had suffered at our previous host's nearby. He responded instantly to our last minute request to stay at his place and couldn't be more welcoming. Tony was readily available when we arrived and gave us a detailed tour around his nice place, which is spacious and includes an awesome rooftop overlooking the landscape of the CBD. He gave us as much privacy and time as we needed yet was always around to help us out on basically everything. What's more remarkable is the muffins he bakes fresh in the morning for our breakfast, native lime for our first morning and pear and cinnamon for the second. I couldn't be happier to have received his kind hospitality and look forward to meeting him again in the future.

Only 300m to train station, very easy access to north terrace where writers festival is held. Good cafe across the road for breakfast. About 1Km to the Goodwood Hotel for a very good pub dinner.

We had a pleasent stay.. the whole unit was very comfy and well equipped. We hardly could hear a train sounds in the unit. And eventhough we didn't met Denby, she was very responsive over the phone.

Denby's place was great. The description was accurate. Cosy for 6, but that was expected. We were out most of the visit so that worked well. There is traffic noise as described in Denby's information. We were not disturbed by it. It is an easy walk to Goodwood Road shops, we could pick up our daily picnic requirements and a great coffee. The farmers markets across the railway line were fabulous, not to be missed if you are there on Sunday morning. Unley is an easy 20 minute walk and has great restaurants. The coffee shop just across the street from the unit was excellent. We would love to stay again sometime.

This is a great unit, very close to all shops, variety of restaurants. EXCELLENT Coffee shop across the road...Within 10 min taxi ride to the city...Everything we needed. Our only minor complaint was the bed was a little to hard.

Philippa is a lovely host. She made us feel welcome and very comfortable in her beautiful home. There were 6 in our group and it was a big spacious place for all of us. The neighbourhood is gorgeous and central to everything we wanted to see in Adelaide. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Whilst the house itself was very comfortable and the nourishment provided by Philippa was terrific. We certainly experienced a home away from home feel. In say that, a home away from home isn't always wonderful. We experienced a lot of road/traffic noise and whilst we were asked to be mindful to be quiet late at night because their children were sleeping, we were woken very very early by their children running around the upstairs on wooden flooring. That's the part we didn't like ourselves. If you wear ear plugs to bed, then you will adore Philippa's accommodation. It's very well provided for and well kept. The kids will grow!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very pleasant with a window seat and rose garden outside. Bathroom impeccably clean. Wonderful host with lots of amenities and even some lovely light breakfast items. This is a really nice place.

We had a wonderful time in Adelaide and would love to go back, we would definitely want to stay again with Duncan and Julie.

I stayed in Julie& Duncan's house for two nights in June. It's shame I haven't had a chance to meet them during my stay. However they prepared every detail thing for me before they left. Their house is so lovely and the private room which I stayed is also comfortable. Thank you for the sweets and notes : ) Julie & Duncan's house definitely will be my choice if I am back to Adelaide .

Very quiet area, easy to find out. Very close to china town , so I can easy to eat dumpling twice, haha. Duncan & Julie are very kind people. Gave me so many help. And they know many China things. And Duncan had done long trip in China , he have many nice trip experience. I felt very comfortable for stay there.

We stayed with Duncan and Julie recently for 6 nights, it was our first time using airbnb and was a fantastic experience!. They were so welcoming and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. The bedroom is very well set up, the bed very comfortable, modern bathroom with great shower and the lay out of the cottage rooms perfect for privacy as well. Lovely breakfast every morning with fresh made bread and coffee! What else could we ask for! The details like fresh water/tours tips/biscuits and quick wifi were also very handy. As hosts go, you couldn't get any better :o) The location couldn't be better, walking distance everywhere in the city and great for tour pick ups. What a fantastic stay! we were sad to leave and will definitely recommend to anyone.

Michelles place has everything you need for a shor or long stay. It is newly renovated and furnished with all new appliances. The apartment is located close to the light rail station and the train station.

Beautiful, well kept apartment a couple of minutes from the tram. Contained everything we could possibly need for a three night stay with new kitchen, bathroom and amazingly comfortable bedrooms. Netflix greatly appreciated as was the balcony. In a small block of units so quiet with easy off street parking. Hosts took great care to ensure we had a lovely stay.

Our stay at Michelle & Anna place for 5 nites has been absolutely Fabulous and marvelous stay . 100% recommended to everyone. Everything is perfect & beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much for this incredible experience!

Nice little apartment! Well-appointed, stylish, and comfortable. Well located - tram line right out front and walking distance to the fabulous Adelaide Farmers Market, Goodwood Road, and Goodwood train station. Hosts were pleasant and communicative.

We had such a great time here! After a few weeks travelling my mum and I were looking for somewhere quiet we could chill out and Michelle's place was perfect! Everything was new, clean and just as it looks in the pictures. Lots of natural light and beautiful styling. We vegged out on Netflix and take out for nearby Goodwood road (walking distance and with heaps of cafe / restaurant / op shop options). Great location for when we wanted to venture out - right by the tram to head to the city or to Glenelg, a must for any Adelaide visitor!

Michelle was very welcoming and we felt right at home.

Modern apartment in an older complex. Close to Unley St which is full of independent shops and restaurants. Self check in and out so very felixable.

Very enjoyable! We will recommend it to friends who plans to have a trip in Adelaide.

Ippei has a delightful little 1 bedroom Unit & so very central to where we needed to go e.g. restaurants etc but the Unit is a 'little tired' & needs lots doing to it although the comfort is there with Panasonic TV, good firm Queen bed & large size refrigerator. The 'clanging' of the Residents upstairs Units when departing their Unit & flying down the stairs banging the doors is a bit daunting but other than that it is a quiet Unit & one can get their sleep. Rose Terrace is busy with Workers parking their cars alongside street during week & the road can become busy too but overall I would stay again when in Adelaide as to me it is so convenient of 2kms to city & that suits just fine. Enjoy your stay as am sure you would enjoy as we did for the 5 days. Thank you Ippei!

Had a great stay at Ippei's place it was central for our needs and the bed was super comfy.

Ippei's place was well outfitted for travelers who want all the amenties of home. Very clean, close to all we needed it to be and Ippei went several extra miles with providing literature on festivals and markets in the area at the time and lots of extra information on the neighbour hood and adelaide that we found helpful. The place is just like the pictures - cosy and tastefully designed. Thanks Ippei!

Very comfortable and satisfied stay. All the things you need are prepared. The apartment is very close to city. The host is very friendly and responsible. Love this place. I will still choose this apartment if I come back to Adelaide. Such a enjoyable time.

Ippei was very helpful in organising check in and the place was easy to find. It was conveniently located close to the tram line on the south side of the city. The apartment was well furnished and had all necessary amenities.
