Each lodge has its own private hot tub, balcony & barbecue area set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in Highland Perthshire. Parking for 2-3 vehicles We welcome well behaved dogs ( max2) by arrangement only ,we ask that you keep them on a lead when out and about ,they are not permitted on the furniture. Furnished with vintage Ercol furniture and luxurious Breanish Tweed handwoven in the Outer Hebrides. Comfy, light filled and airy with floor to ceiling windows. The Hayloft has its own private entrance, deck and garden area. (Please note we used to be a B&B- you will see reference to breakfast on our reviews however, since renovating we are no longer serving breakfast.)

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It is set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks straight from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the bothy has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons this may not be the place for you!

The Bothy is a self-contained wooden cabin on the edge of our own woodland at West Cottage and Stables, nestling in the heart of Glen Lyon and at the beginning of many excellent walks and cycle rides. There's a double bed, extra bed, luxury bathroom, and wood burning stove. There's a hob, fridge, and everything you need to cook with, but no oven. We can put something in the oven for you up at the house if you need us to.
