Newly renovated apartment with outdoor seating to the courtyard right in the historic old town of Korbach - right on the town hall/ Obermarkt. Ideal place to relax, quiet work or as a starting point for many great recreational opportunities. Restaurants, pedestrian zone and the "Grüngürtel" or Stadtpark Korbachs can be reached within 2 -3 minutes on foot. The train station can be reached in 750 m on foot in about 15 minutes. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard.

Relax - in this quiet, stylish, new building. Completely newly equipped and built sustainably according to the latest technological standards. Approx. 20 minutes walk to the historic old town / main train station, 5 minutes to the bus stop / AST taxi. An office table and chair can be provided free of charge. Everything that is needed is available, please inquire if you would like something additional. Outside area and garden are not finished yet, but soon :-)

The hot tub is heated and is available all year round for your own use. There are no other guests.

Our modern apartment is located in Meineringhausen in a district of Korbach (5 minutes drive). The rural area invites you to hike, cycle and other sporting activities. If you are enthusiastic about cycling, you should definitely use the cycle path from Korbach to Lake Edersee, 200 m away. It takes 20-30 minutes by car to get to Lake Eder, Twiste or Diemelsee. The popular towns of Willingen/Winterberg can be reached in 30 and 40 minutes by car.
