It really was awesome! The house is so beautiful. It offers a lot of space to chill out, to have a great dinner at a big table, to cook together with a lot of people, to sit on the terrace or just to watch fire in a cozy corner. Greet offered informations for some activities around the countryside. We were there with 9 friends over New Years and we really enjoyed everything. The sleeping rooms are huge and you can choose between double oder single beds. The beds are very comfy by the way ;) Also Greet was very kind, open for all questions and the communication went very well. We will come back when the Sauna and the Swimming Lake will be finished and we are already very looking forward to that :) thanks again Greet. It really was awesome!

We had a fantastic stay at Greet's beautiful home in Belgium. There were six of us there for a weekend getaway and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The home is even more stunning than the pictures show -- spacious, open, airy, light, and comfortable. There were plenty of comfortable beds with lovely linens, modern bathrooms and kitchen, and lots of light. Greet was a wonderful host -- communication was easy leading up to the trip, and she met us upon arrival to show us around. She gave us great tips about what to do in the area and even arranged for a local B&B to deliver a delicious breakfast for us one morning. :) We hope to come back again next year!

Moreover, it is located between fields and between many hiking and biking trails. In fine weather, the garden, the lovely terrace and swimming pool certainly add value! We had a lovely weekend in Geetbets! Greets house is very comfortable and impeccably clean. The old family farmhouse has been renovated with great taste! We stayed there with six adults and three small children and therefore the bedrooms are perfect. Waking up to a view of the green, fantastic! Greet has also warmly welcomed us and made us happy all the information we needed. We are very happy to be back when the swimming pool is ready!

Our group of volleyball women have super enjoyed the nice, spacious house! Everything was taken care of perfectly. The swimming pool will surely come to mean a gain in the summer in the future! We will definitely come back! Justina and environs definitely has a lot to offer for hikers and cyclists.

With 10 friends, we spent a weekend in early November in the Borgerij. We had a top weekend. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Because of the nice weather we even enjoy the garden. A few kilometers in Geetbets is a good brasserie where you can eat delicious. All in all highly recommended!

The villa is comfortably furnished (nice balance Russians classic and modern) and overlooks the courtyard where you can enjoy peace and sun. On New Years Eve we had a very pleasant stay in the apartment. We were warmly welcomed by Peter and Petra. During the tour in the cottage, we were flooded with warmth. They really have an eye for detail: a candle, crackling fire and a nice gift for the holidays. The house was very clean, with all the comforts (great sleep) and everything necessary to cook yourself. When you set up the jacuzzi they had too cozy lit some candles, very fine! The breakfast was in perfect order, very fresh produce, delicious homemade jams, fruit salad, yogurt, fresh pastries and a large serving of fresh fruit juice. Highly recommended!

We have really enjoyed our family trip with 8 people at Bart in Halen. Cozy wide spaces to perfection clean rooms, here you just can not forget. In the kitchen, outdoor kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms is really all there what you need. The photos here give a good impression, but once there you get more than expected. In short, from the reception we felt right at home.

Bart is a wonderful host! he was very nice, provided us with all the essential info about the place (he even put together a website about the house and surroundings). The trip was a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and Bart even left for him a bottle of champagne as a birthday present, which is incredibly lovely! the house was amazing and exceed my expectations. all the essentials are provided, towels, toothpaste, even hair condtitioner, or toothbrushes. It's amazing how well Bart prepared the place for his guests. The rooms were very clean, spacious and modern. Sauna was great, and very easy to use. Sarah, we have communication via sms. She speaks French excellently! :) And is also very friendly and welcoming. You will arrive in a modern and cozy apartment, fairly clean. You will sleep in a large room with a box-spring bed and a mattress on which we slept with closed fists without suffering from whatever ailments whatsoever! You will wash you in a extra large shower Italian guy. You will have the company of a purring cat and very affectionate. Breakfast is indeed expected. All this in a very quiet area to sleep with the window open is just a pleasure. In short, we recommend Sarah, and if one day we returned, the room will be any chosen!

We had access to a large and welcoming student-apartment, with a well equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, ...). The property is very well located in a quiet area and is a perfect base to discover the beautiful Hageland!

Sarah is een zeer gastvrije verhuurder. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prima verblijf, en is gelegen in een rustige buurt. De haan van de buren vonden we iets minder. Waren we niet gewend, en we sliepen met het raam open. We vonden de woning zeer gezellig en netjes en verzorgd, met een parkeerplek voor de deur. Door de trappen is het, als je iets minder goed ter been bent, lastig je bagage in de slaapkamer te krijgen. Diest vonden we zeer gezellig met een prachtig centrum, aanrader! We kwamen naar deze regio on te geocachen. We zouden, als de gelegenheid zich voordoet, zeker hier terugkomen.

We were welcomed by the mother of the landlord, parking space and necessary supplies were present. Considering we had a wedding in the area, this was a better solution than a hotel, where we would miss breakfast!

I spent a good night at Gus. What I found is that he has done fine effort that I could pick up the key somewhere, so I could at the time I arrived at the apartment. Later in the evening, when he was at home, he still came by to see if everything was in order. The apartment is fully furnished. I thought it was very nice to have such a place for myself. The photos show how good it looks.

Stijn provided excellent communication and was a helpful host. The apartment had everything we needed. Great position as not far from the highway and close enough to walk into Diest.

I had a business meeting in Diest and could not find a plane back home the same day. My options were either a hotel in Brussels (they are all very expensive) or Stijn appartment, wich I chose. It is the perfect place to stay for the night or even several days and I think it can accomodate up to 4 people. Stijn is a lovely person, he immediately responded to all my requests and even came to pick me up from where I stopped, being lost. Highly recommended!!!

I was made to feel very welcome by my hosts, with coffee on arrival, which was welcome after a long journey. The room was nice and cool (it was a very hot period) and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room and the ensuite was well designed and kept spotless. The shower works well and there are plenty of towels. Breakfast was lovely and again, my hosts treated me with a friendly welcome - there were cereals, breads, cheese and jams. Overal my stay was very pleasant and I could not have asked for kinder hosts.

Chris was such a lovely, friendly and welcoming host. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was very large and comfortable and we had everything we could have wanted. We really enjoyed staying in her home.

Chris and Johan did everything they could to make us feel welcome in their lovely home. (Made us hot tea and coffee upon arrival, put on a fabulous Sunday breakfast and lent us a bucket to clean our bikes.) The room is cosy and clean, and decorated with some of Johan's homemade ceramics. Diest has lots of historic buildings and was a great place to visit over night. I would love to stay here again.

Worth a second time!! Within five minutes I was on the highway at destination. I could park close to the house. it had to get a parking ticket from the machine but it was free in the evening and night until 9:15 am the next morning. I was received very kindly and immediately felt familiar. It feels good if you want to be open for a chat or directly on yourself and everything will be respected. The bed was fine with a good mattress. Little ambient noise at night all you would expect otherwise in the very center. In the morning delicious showered and can dry with comfortable towels. Despite rush out just as quickly the city when I came in. All in all a perfect place for me as I am 'transit'. Mr and Mrs Elshout; Thanks!

The town of Diest is a beautiful city and the accommodation is super well placed. We were very well received and the room is big, the bathroom and toilet are separated (on the same floor). We had to spend two nights at home (Sunday and Friday) but had to cancel on Friday after health concern for a family member, they were very understanding. It was a perfect stage for us before our trip to Center Parcs.

We enjoyed our stay in central Diest. The apartment is located on a quiet side street just steps from shops restaurants etc. the apartment is lovely and is very airy, there is a nice view from the living room - kitchen of the garden behind the house. We found it to be quiet and comfortable. We travelled with our young son, so the narrow stairs were a bit of a challenge, but nothing that couldn't be overcome. Check in was easy and Achille gave us a little overview of the area which was kind. We would stay here again and have recommended it to our friends.

It was just world class. Achille and his wife are the courteous and take care of if something is missing. The apartment is great. Super stay and at any time.

We are a young coupple attending a festival in the neighborhood (Suikerrock). The B&B is located in a quiet village. We had a lovely, spacious room in an Africa-theme. The room even had the name 'Savanne'. The room was clean and had all the utilities needed (hair dryer, towels etc). Breakfast was all from local produce (cheese, jams, apple juice) and lovely bread and buns. Lode and Kris are great hosts and very approachable. We definitely would recommend this B&B and we would visit again if we needed a place to stay in the area.

Bij Lode en Chris verbleven wij nu voor de tweede maal voor een bezoek aan Suikerrock. Het is de ideale lokatie om even rustig bij te komen en binnen 10 min ben je met de auto op lokatie Suikerrock. We verbleven nu in kamer Magreb, helemaal in 'duizend en één nacht'-stijl. Je kunt zelfs de boeken nog lezen indien je dit zou willen. We werden weer gastvrij ontvangen. Ook het ontbijt was weer top: heerlijke kazen, vers fruit en bourgondisch brood. Wij komen waarschijnlijk volgend jaar weer! Aanrader!

Het was een gezellige kamer met een prima bed en leuke inrichting. De gemeenschappelijke ontbijt- en verblijfruimte werd in de ochtend, mede door de prettige belgische medegasten, een ruimte niet alleen om eten, maar ook om met elkaar te praten. De ruime tuin met hangmat onder de notenboom en een grote trap bij de kersenboom, zodat je bij de rijpe kersen kon komen. Het weer was mooi en we hebben er van genoten, voor herhaling vatbaar en een aanrader voor andere gasten.

Very cozy studio with all accommodation. The covered terrace was blissful. Very friendly owner. Diest is a wonderful city - especially now that they have laid open the back Demer ... On the big market all the terraces were full and there were performances. Conviviality. Lots of greenery in and around the town. Excellent base for cycling trips.

Ariane has given me feel welcome. How nice was that there was a plate with Monie welcome at the door. I saw that the next day since I arrived in the dark. The space corresponded to the pictures and was nicely decorated. You can see that Ariane ensure spends to make you feel at home. So there was tea and coffee sachets and soup. The garden was also very nice. It seems to me a wonderful room in the summer to sense when you can sit outside more.

Everything was taken in this cozy cottage, such as fleece blankets on the veranda. There was served us delicious, well-maintained breakfast. Ariane was very helpful to answer our questions or to search the Internet. Peter showed us his allotment and we went home with fresh radishes. It was as if we were visiting friends.

The apartment was really charming and interesting Comfortable beds and wonderful smells of fresh laundry :) The yard was beautiful and everything was wonderful I wish I'd stayed for more than one night highly recommend

Perfect house, perfect host, perfect stay This house is even much more than you expect. No matter if you travel alone on a business trip like me or with your partner/family. Located in a very quiet side street you will find a fully equipped household. Newly renovated last year and everything clean and tidy. The friendly host Tim provides all information you need. Though it was hot outside (about 30 degree C) it was very comfortable inside the house. Garden lovers will be pleased about the small garden in the back yard where you can pick some berries. Definitely one of the very recomended adresses!

Het was heerlijk vertoeven in het begijnhuisje van Jan en Julia! We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald door Julia en konden onze fietsen binnen stallen en opladen. We mochten de hele benedenverdieping gebruiken, ruimte genoeg. Alles was netjes, er lagen pantoffeltjes én een badjas klaar. En 's morgens konden we genieten van een heerlijk ontbijtpakket, wat eigenlijk niet voorzien was! Heel erg bedankt Julia en Jan!
