One-room apartment in a high-rise building with an elevator on the 1st floor. A view of the green squares. The apartment is warm, cozy, sunny, in an old-school style. The room has a double bed, desk, armchair, TV. Kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, cordless kettle, dishes) and a bathroom after a major overhaul - a cabin. The apartment has a very good location. Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m2 natural property. It can accommodate 7 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farm furniture and some design classics. Located on the foothills of a village in the Vorpommer's prairie not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back, plus garden. Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!
