Quiet house 25 min from Paris

Independence in a Family Home. An 8-minute walk from Gare de Melun: possibility to be in Paris Gare de Lyon with a direct train in 25 minutes. Close to Fontainebleau, Barbizon, Bois-le-Roi, Vaux-le-Vicomte Palace. 40-minute drive from Disney. Having a dog ourselves, we don't accept pets. ⚠️ We have 2 young children, they sometimes make a little noise even if we do our best to avoid it.
