Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from where the fireworks from July 14 and August 15 are drawn each year.

Apartment ideally placed on the first line at the Pointe de l 'Aiguillon close to the shops of the Aiguillon district. You will enjoy a lovely 85 m2 apartment refurbished, with a balcony for your lunches facing the Basin.
