In the North Frisian Addeüll, the newly renovated house is located in a secluded location, about 120 square meters of living space, with garage and various parking spaces as well as its own electric charging column. All around a beautiful garden with lots of love and several terraces in all directions. The new open kitchen with transition to the large living room leaves nothing to be desired. 2 modern full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms complete the holiday for all the senses. Unlimited WiFi and an equipped children's playroom are also available.

Outside thatched roof, inside unique design

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.

Living under thatch in a house from 1856, on a wharf in the unique North Frisian landscape, which is determined by endless dikes, green meadows, bright yellow rapeseed fields and thatched Frisian houses. The old settlement structure of this shipyard is well preserved and is considered a gem with its 14 houses in their original development. On one side the North Sea coast with its bowls and on the other the Stollberg with its forest and heathland area. The other half of the house is inhabited by 2 nice North Frisians, who are available in case of questions. Otherwise, 2 dogs, 5 horses and 6 sheep live on the property
