Are you planning a break in the Allgäu? With our cozy apartment, this is possible. The 50m² apartment is on the first floor of our old house (former butcher's shop from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and renovate in parts), has a bedroom with double bed, as well as a living room with comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, as well as a terrace. We are 3 minutes from the train station, but ideally accessible by public transport without disturbing train noise.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. The small former laundry house of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites everyone who loves the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller bike path is just a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden cottage can accommodate 1-2 persons. It consists of a kl. Bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a bedroom Kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating.
