This unique Art Nouveau apartment is set in a spacious house built in 1902. It's an excellent accommodation for up to 4 guests looking for comfort in historical surroundings. Geographically, the house Grava in Susch is an ideal location to explore the entire Engadin valley by car or train. St.Moritz in the Upper Engadin, Scuol in the Lower Engadin and Davos across the Flüela pass are 30 to 45 minutes away. A train journey to Zürich airport lasts less than 3 hours.

The Bahnwärterhaus is idyllically secluded in the middle of the forest and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is an original preserved railway guard house from 1913 and is located a few yards below the tracks of the Rhaetian Railway. The whole thing is practical and simple, the true luxury lies in nature and tranquility! There are 5 beds in the rooms, a double sofa bed and 2 mattresses for ideally 5 to a maximum of 9 guests.
