Modern flat close to the beach, village center

The house "El Nido di Marco" is located in the center of the quiet and delightful village of Le Grazie, a few steps from the sea and very close to the two beaches of the village. Le Grazie is about 15 minutes by car from the center of La Spezia and about 3 km from the charming village of Portovenere The bus stop is about 30 meters from the house. In the summer months there is a boat service that connects the village of Le Grazie to Portovenere (the departure of the boats for the 5 Terre) and to the wonderful island of Palmaria.

Cozy, bright apartment that overlooks two sides, the bathroom on the mountain side, the room on the sea side, where a pleasant breeze is created. Below the apartment there are all amenities, two beaches at 100m, supermarket at 50m, restaurants and pizzerias at 100m. In front of the door is the marina where you can take the boat that takes you to Isola Palmaria, Lerici and Portovenere and from there to 5 lands. Behind the house there is a 2km trekking route from Portovenere and other routes along the sea.
