COZY ⛰️ STUDIO for 4 people LE PRAZ-DE-LYS ⛰️ I am a 20 m2 studio that can accommodate 4 people, located at the entrance to Praz-de-Lys in a family-friendly and dynamic resort, PERFECT for your 4-season vacation. My residence, Les Terrasses du Mont Blanc, is quiet and I am located about 1 km from the center of the resort and its shops. I offer access to the ski slopes on foot and a heated pool in summer I am ideally located about 1 hour from Annecy, Chamonix or Lake Geneva (Thonon).

Studio 2/4 people Taninges (Praz-de-lys).

Nice studio, with forest views, located in the Les Terrasses du Mont Blanc residence, in the municipality of PRAZ-DE-LYS, 74440 TANINGES. Quiet residence, about 1 km from the center of the resort. Winter: located 50 m from the cross-country and alpine ski slopes (ski departure possible from the residence). A free shuttle bus provides a rotation with the center of the village and the main ski lifts. Summer: Exclusive outdoor swimming pool at the residence from 06/15 to 09/15.

Charming and very functional studio in a very clean and very well located residence in the heart of the resort. Slopes accessible on skis. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Located close to shops (ESF, ski rentals, tobacco-souvenirs, restaurants...) In winter the resort offers a beautiful alpine ski area as well as a popular cross-country ski area, all overlooking Mont-Blanc. In summer, Praz de Lys offers a multitude of activities (hiking, walks.)

Cozy ski-in/out apartment

This family accommodation is located at the foot of the cross-country and downhill ski slopes, there are all the amenities around. It is well equipped, we prepare it with care, it is a really good place to stay. The wood and stone residence, from 2012, is quiet, charming and well maintained. A closed garage and heated ski storage are included in the rental and are inside the residence. Beds are made upon arrival, you will enjoy a warm and caring atmosphere.

Charming studio in the mountains - Le-Le Praz de Lys

Fully equipped studio in Praz de Lys. It has a sofa bed and a folding bed for possibly a 3rd person (child). Guests can take advantage of the large, very quiet balcony to admire the view of the nearby mountains. The apartment is located close to shops (restaurants, shops, ski school...) and the tourist office which can advise you on the many activities offered (hiking, cycling... summer and ski resort in winter). Beautiful apartment built by us, south facing with large terrace, shared outdoor space and unobstructed view of the mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

Nice studio, comfortable, ideal for a couple. Located in Praz de Lys at 1500 meters above sea level, the resort offers a remarkable site for all outdoor activities, facing the Mont Blanc range. Another asset of the resort: its generally abundant snow. Its hilly massifs make it a popular alpine ski area and its snowy forests, a magical setting for cross-country skiing, not to mention the groomed pedestrian trails for non-skiers.

On the 2nd floor of the Les Pralyssimes residence (elevator), this apartment in the heart of the resort offers a 13 m² balcony overlooking Mont Blanc. 100 m from the village square and 200 m from Chevaly, the resort is 1500 m above sea level. Activities offered: biathlon, hiking, treasure hunts. 15 min from Les Gets, 20 min from Samoëns, and 1 hour from Lake Annecy and Lake Geneva. Cleaning MUST be done before departure.

You will appreciate the cozy side of the accommodation, the surrounding nature and the possibility to fully enjoy the outdoor activities around the chalet with family or friends. You will also have private access to the Nordic bath (optional for short stays of less than a week).
