Close to the city center: 6 min drive. 1 hour from Ibitipoca Park and 15 min from Autódromo Potenza. Total privacy and not visible from the road. The house is not inside land with other houses. Our house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed (pocketed spring mattress), 1 suite. Sofa bed in the living room for two. Comfortably accommodates 6 people. Our deck has a beautiful view with a jacuzzi right on the edge of it (heating and hydro). Quiet place and very well located. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender and many other utensils. We have an eco-friendly fireplace and barbecue.
