Best location to explore Lisbon! Absolutely well-designed facility, but not for very, very tall people (beware of a head butt), but it was completely okay for us! We would book here again anytime!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very well placed and very clean.

The loft was beautiful and very clean. It was very close to anything we wanted to do, which made coordinating plans extremely simple. We got plenty of recommendations that were true to their worth. I would happily stay here again.

Pedro and team provide a very professional rental service and a great apartment and I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Lisbon for the first time.

We had a fantastic time in the apartment. It’s beautifully furnished and the roof top terrace is a nice add-on. Communication with Antonio and the team went really smooth. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation in Lisbon!

Amazing hospitality! Very friendly, quick with responses and helpful. Almost felt like staying at a hotel with robes to use and the nice comfy sheets blankets and pillows. Very nice location. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and only a short walk to the time our market which was a lot of fun. I would definitely stay again!!

My 3 friends and I loved staying here. It is super stylish and in a great location. The rooftop terrace made the flat feel bigger and the kitchen had all that we needed.

We stayed at this apartment for a week. Location was great, close to the metro, close to shops and the market. It is located on a street that becomes quite lively at night, but we didn't hear much from the apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is up a few flights of stairs though so not ideal for those who can't climb stairs well. Keeps you fit! The hosts were great, quick replies and also offered to clean our room mid week. Some thoughtful touches like fruit and wine for us. Would recommend

It’s a lovely apartment in the middle of Lisbon. Close to everything and all walkable distance. Very clean and well decorated. Pedro is very helpful and get back to me quickly with messages. The only thing is that it’s on the 4th floor and no elevator. So need to carry all luggage’s up by stairs.

What a wonderful place to call home while visiting Lisbon. The apartment is filled with wonderful amenities and the hosts are great. They have provided thoughtful touches within the apartment as well as details about the area including some suggestions for wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Make reservations and go! Just one note: There are a lot of stairs involved (inside and out).

This apartment exceeded my expectations. It’s gorgeous and in a perfect location. Close to nightlife but off the busy streets and high enough up being on the 4th floor that it wasn’t noisy. If I needed help with anything they responded very quickly. I really appreciated the portable WiFi, wine, and chocolates! The restaurant and bar recommendations were great too. Will definitely stay again next time I visit. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep for an elderly person though I will say. I had a great time in Lisbon in general for anyone looking to go. And I traveled solo! Everyone was nice and friendly and it was easy to meet people. Lots of things to do and great food that you burn off with all the hills. Thanks again!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for just under a week and we were both absolutely thrilled with the space. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos (bright, lots of natural light, spacious). Check-in was really smooth, with really sweet touches (bottle of wine and custard tarts on arrival). Communication was excellent, from check-in to when we encountered so minor problems with the apartment (these were fixed extremely quickly thanks to amazing communication). Location-wise you're very much in the middle of everything with great bars and the TimeOut market a stone's throw away. Easily one of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in. Thank you!

It is a nice space and well located. It would not be great for larger groups but for me (traveling solo) or for a couple, it would work well. It would not be good for someone with mobility issues, of course, but honestly neither would Lisbon. Ana & Vitor were quick to reply and their friend Amanda who handled the check-in was very helpful with tips and an overview of the neighborhood and city.

The hosts are great with on time communication, they cater to your needs and the space is super clean!

This charming apartment is located in an amazing neighborhood with excellent coffee houses, restaurants and nightlife within blocks of the front door. Ana & Vitor were consummate hosts, offering an early check-in that made our first day in Lisbon hassle free. The loft is cozy; the bed is super comfortable, the shower had great heat and pressure and the interior of the apartment was well-appointed and stylish. We couldn’t have asked for much more!

We loved staying at this beautiful loft. The personal host was a special touch to the experience—we’ve never been personally greeted by a host before. The neighborhood was amazing and close to many good eats. The walking tour by locals (a tour recommended by Ana and Victor) is a must-do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house is cozy and clean, an excellent location for the historic center. The hosts were kind and quick to respond and helpful in information about the city.

Lovely place in a perfect location - walking distance from lots of bars, cafes, transport hubs and tourist attractions. Small things to note are that the ceiling in the bedroom is low and there isn’t a lot of space to keep your clothes etc.

Pretty much exactly as you see in the pictures and description. A very nice space. We were expecting it to be a bit bigger but this was also our first time in Lisbon. Compared to what the rest of the city looks like. This was actually quite spacious!...gotta be careful on the stairs tho they were quite steep. :)

We had an amazing time in Lisbon, the location of the AirBnB was a massive contributor to the experience. Located a stone throw away from pretty much everything. Diana (who greeted us) took the time to show us around the apartment which was clean, spacious and characterful. Diana also stayed to provide us with some guidance to Lisbon, the “where to go’s” and “where to eat’s”. She made us feel very welcome and we cannot fault our stay. We just wished we could stay longer!

Fantastic apartment - it is even nicer than the photos! The place is really stylish and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hosts were really friendly and considerate (for example, we an early check in and they were very flexible when we ended up arriving later than planned) I would stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The apartment is lovely with a cute little courtyard. It rained while we were in Lisbon, but the courtyard let a lot of light into the apartment and made it feel open even though we didn’t sit outside. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom shower is large and has great water pressure. The closet made it easy for us to keep things organized during our stay. It’s all as pictured and described. We really appreciated the location. We felt like we were close to all the things we wanted to do as tourists, but just far enough away from the crowds. Going to the grocery store and the neighborhood restaurants gave us a little bit of a sense of what it might be like to live in Lisbon. Ricky met us when we arrived and took the time to mark up a map for us and give us good recommendations for restaurants, etc... We especially liked Sr. Lisboa, Zennith, Fabrica and Ramira. We were impressed by all the vegan and vegetarian restaurants in Lisbon. We really liked PSI and O Botanista. We also had a fun dinner at The Food Temple. We hope to be back one day!

The apartment was super comfortable, clean,and stylish. Diane was extremely helpful and a great communicator. She arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport and take me to the property, where she was waiting to get me settled. Diane took time to acquaint me with the neighborhood and provide information about noteworthy sights and how to get to them. The property's location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, metro stop, and sights. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in a fabulous location. The recommendations from Leda were spot on. All the places we visited were great, Povo Lisboa for good Fado and food, Santelmo which is just around the corner for great portuguese food and Time out market for drinks and nibbles. Plus we drove into Lisbon so the parking was a great addition and a worry off our mind.

Lisbon is a fabulous city and our stay at the Studio Tram made it that much better. From check in to check out Leda went above and beyond. She is thoughtful, kind, helpful, communicative...seriously... you’d be crazy not to stay in this gem of a space!!! It is clean, cute, extra gifts for the guests and in the best area to get to all the places you’ll want to be. We plan on coming back sometime and I will make sure I stay with Leda again. She is a wonderful host! 💖

Leda greeted us at the apartment and shared many helpful tips of the surrounding neighborhood as well as things to do while visiting Lisbon. She suggested an authentic Fado near the apartment. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is well stocked and had absolutely everything that we needed. We found some great local restaurants very close by. Of course, the well known 28 tram is directly across the street. Highly recommended!

You will be lucky to stay in this beautiful, stylish apartment. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and could not have been more delighted with the place. The only piece of advice we would give is that the apartment is at the bottom of Lisbon's hills so be prepared for a workout if you're heading upwards! Also be prepared for the very steep stairs up to the apartment. So delighted with this beautiful place and will definitely be back the next time we're in Lisbon.

The location was very good, we were able to walk everywhere in the city center. The apartment was clean, the sheets, towels, bathroom, kitchen were all spotless. They even included mosquito repellers, which is a nice touch. Our host was waiting for us at the property, he introduced us to the apartment and he gave us priceless tips about Lisbon. Being a classic Alfama apartment, it is somewhat small but it didn’t bother us much. Thanks for the hospitality.

Charming "pearl" in a really great area. Immediately on foot on the river, at the market hall, in the small streets with small bars, restaurants, cafes, on foot at the ferry ... it couldn't be better. Individual charm for globetrotters in a "real" resident house with a great view of the river. Despite the top location, it was very quiet as it was high up there. Walking up the stairs was a very good sport - if a bit steep - but that is part of the charm of the really cozy apartment. Those who want to explore this city will love the apartment. It was water, café, tea, bread, sweets, fruit etc. prepared for us and had a pleasant big city / old building flair. Gladly again. Recommendation!

We had a great stay in the apartment in Inês and António. The apartment is clean, charming and very well located in Lisbon. The description and photos of the advertisement are fully in line with what you will find on site. We will return with pleasure on a future stay.

We are so pleased, that we had the chance to stay in this comfortable flat in the centre of Lisbon. It´s perfectly located right in the heart of the city, so you can easily reach all interesting spots in the city by foot. Also the tranfer from the airport is perfect, because the aerobus stops close by. The apparment is beautyful and you have a great view and see the Tejo and the famous bridge from the window. When we arrive, there was a nice, little welcoming package and we felt really welcomed there. The communication with Ines and Antonia was quick and perfect. The town is fantastic with many individual shops, coffehouses and restaurants. It´s a vibrant city and really worth a visit. We will come back for shure and would be glad to stay in the appartment again.

This place is a gem. It is in the heart of the best part of Lisbon. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious and great for multiple people. The water was hot, water pressure is great. There is yummy coffee and milk for your morning coffee and fresh bread and apples. One thing to know is the apartment is on the fourth floor, great views, but be sure you are okay to walk up stairs. It will help offset all the pastries you will eat! Enjoy this lovely apartment.

What a beautiful apartment! The view was even more stunning in person. So absolutely enchanting. I loved the view from the bedroom and loved how I could open the doors there and the living room to enjoy. Plenty of space and how thoughtful for Maria to leave me some wine, water, juice and biscuits. After a long travel day, it was the perfect welcome. It’s easy to get to the city center by foot or an inexpensive taxi ride. I would love to return with some friends!!

Marias’s place is outstanding. It is close enough to the centre to walk but also far enough away that you feel like you are in a real Portuguese neighbourhood. Maria left a welcome gift that for us, after just leaving a mobile phone in the taxi from the airport, was very much appreciated. Maria even called several of the taxi companies for us to see if a phone was handed in. I would definitely recommend Maria’s.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Lisbon. An ideal base to explore all Lisbon has to offer. Close by are train and tram links to other areas; a well- stocked supermarket; restaurants and fantastic miradouros (view points).

The apartment is in an incredible location situated nicely between the old town and center. Even our tour guide commented on all of the great restaurants and shops on our street! It was the perfect size for two with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately we ended up staying two nights instead of three, but Hugo was so accommodating and gave us a full refund for the night we missed. Note that the apartment is only accessible by foot including lots of stairs, which we didn’t mind but could be a possible issue for others.

Hugo is a good host. Very clean apartment located in a good old quarter. And minutes from metro Rossio and major train station. A great apartment for two people with what you need.

This was a great and convenient place to explore Lisbon as a solo traveler. The bed was super comfortable!

If you're alone, you're fine. If you want to avoid crowded tourist spots, you'll be fine. Towels are changed into hand towel body towels one night Give me all the amenities I tend to clean it.

Lisbon was a great discovery. Under the sun and the friendliness of the locals. Not to mention the welcome given by Joâo and Alfiya !!! When we arrived Joâo took us around the neighborhood and we were able to visit him with a few nuggets of Lisbon. He gave us advice on where to eat. Myself and 2 friends spent 4 days exploring Lisbon, sightseeing, eating and drinking. Located right in the heart of Bairro Alto, stay here during carnival and you will be sure to have a great time. Alfiya and Joao are excellent hosts and went out of their way to help us feel at home. From showing us around the area when we first arrived to minding our bags for a few hours after checking out. Really nice to experience temperatures of 20 - 23 degrees in february when we are used to rain and snow at this time back in Ireland. Go raibh mile maith agaibh Enda, Barry & David.

Alfiya and Joaos place is great and very well located. We arrived late in Lisbon, but checking in was really easy and we got lot’s of good tips from Joao. He also helped us storing our bags beyond our checkout time. Great host and we had a very good time in Lisbon!

I live in a single room. The room is very beautiful, just like the photos, and the environment is very clean. The public areas are also cleaned very clean ~ Vitor is friendly and explains the facilities in the room in detail. I stayed here for five days. It was a bit cold at night but they provided electric heaters. The location was close to the city and it was close to the MRT station. The roommates got along well. The room is on the third floor. If you have a suitcase, you need to be mentally prepared to move it up. In addition, if a girl lives, try not to return at night.

You could easily access the beautiful old city and locals thanks to its location. It might be real experience to make us feel that we live there. And Mr Victor does keep the whole space clean and that made me feel comfortable.

Fernando's apartment was exactly as represented. Very comfortable beds, and quite a roomy apartment for the price. Had no problem with hot water for two people. We were only there for three nights and didn't cook, but the kitchen looks properly equipped. The only downsides here are the ones that were mentioned in previous reviews: nighttime noise and the stairs. There is a music venue directly underneath on the ground floor, and it remains lively until the wee hours of the morning. I'm a sound sleeper and wasn't too bothered, but my traveling companion did lose some sleep. The stairs - oh my. They are quite steep and there are a lot of them, so if you mind climbing stairs or plan to bring heavy stuff, this might not be your place. Keep in mind though that there are stairs all over Lisbon! The location of the apartment is great, just a couple of blocks away from the Cais do Sodre train station and the wonderful Time Out Market, as well as many bars and restaurants. It's also quite easily walkable to the Alfama and Bairro Alto districts.

Just like the photo: Wonderful view. Fernando was wonderful host, he was always on contact + willing to help. Room was very clean, and everything you need to cook is all prepared. Time-out market is very close. You can have LATE dinner with WINE everyday. It is VERY close to Cais do Sodre station. Everywhere is easily reachable; including Cascais. But room was quite cold in winter. Just like other rooms in Portugal (may be).

Amazing location. Great communication and accommodating host. Only minor issues were the house was a bit cold and bathroom/shower could be better. And there’s a lot of stairs to climb, but no worse than what you find on the streets on Lisbon. Overall, considering the price and location, can’t really fault it. Would recommend.

Fernando's flat is amazing. Close to train station, city center. In neighborhood great places to eat (breakfast at Cafe Janis!, Time Out market), bars (Tabacaria), supermarket, trams. Really great. Flat itself is big enough for 2-3 people, you can find there many good equipment (functional kitchen, bathroom with shampoo etc). Only "downside" can be 4th floor for somebody, but it was nothing terrible, just few stairs and you are there :-).

Very good location, Fernando is kind and friendly! We can make dinner in the room and everythings are enough! :)

This apartment is perfect for a weekend in Lisbon. Super clean, 3 minutes from the Metro, and larger than the pictures make it look. Ricardo was great at communication/check-in process and for the price, it's a perfect choice.

Airbnb at the top! Nickel, modern apartment, cocooning! Nickel for a couple. Close to metro, center, historic districts. Ricardo is reactive to messages. We made our stay in Lisbon almost everything on foot. Plan on BASKETS! Steps, height, which makes the charm of Lisbon. I recommend !

This was such a convenient and pleasant stay. Literally 4-5minute walk from the Metro Station and a 10 minute walk to the main city centre. Ricardo is such a considerate host not only was the place modern and spotless clean he also had a bottle of wine for us plus a box of cookies/biscuits as a welcome gift. My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Antonio’s apartment! The apartment is stylish and really tastefully decorated. The view really is beautiful! Mariana was outside to greet us on arrival, giving us a warm welcome and some great recommendations of places to visit and eat etc. The pastel de natas and wine were a lovely personal touch and much appreciated! The accommodation is on the 4th floor and the stairs are cramped, so it's hard to pick up the carrier. The accommodation is really clean and the view from the terrace is amazing. There is a radiator, but it's cold when you sleep, so please bring warm pajamas. Also, when Antonio checks in, it is the best to give kindly the surrounding information and restaurants and give a surprise. I want to go back

I had a great stay! The room was excellent and had a lovely balcony. Bed was comfortable, towels were provided, and the common space was nice. Shower water pressure was good, though the water never really stayed hot (just lukewarm). I would bring shower shoes next time. Location was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Vitor was excellent. He gave us precious advices for what concerned best Fado in the city, and answered immediately to any request we had. The place is very nice, luminous, clean and at 20 minutes by walk to any attraction. Highly recommended and always my first future choice.

Joao is a true definition of a super host! After making a stupid (tired) mistake of booking the apartment one day ahead of when I should've, I called him and without hesitation or thinking twice he told me he'd call me back within 10 mins to see if he could help. FIVE minutes later my phone rang and even tho he was delivering unfortunate news that he couldn't help, the fact that he tried so promptly meant everything. The place is clean, stylish, and so cozy with a beautiful little private courtyard to hang out. Very classic Portuguese style and it's also located right next to everything you need!

I can't fault Heloiza's apartment, everything from check in to location was fantastic. I was in Lisbon for a long weekend, and being close to the centre was great. Heloiza left some nice little touches like some wine and crisps (exactly what was needed when we rocked up at 11pm!) and because we were late and we didn't see her she sent a little check-in video which was really useful and personal. The shower in the apartment was also great, the bed was comfy and the blinds are great for blocking out light - all things to make a happy AirBnB stay! I'd definitely recommend (:

The apartment is as described and is in the perfect location to explore the city, the host is very responsive during your stay. Heloiza is just the loveliest person. I got sick with food poisoning in the morning of my check out I was so sick I had trouble walking. With new guests arriving in the flat and my flight not until late afternoon I did not know what to do or where to go. I thought my only options were the hospital or to spend $$$ checking into a hotel for a few hours. I was scared being so sick and in a foreign place. Heloiza out of the kindness of her heart allowed me to stay with her while she cleaned the apartment and took care of me the rest of the day. What a great person!

Perfectly in line with the announcement, the apartment is very cute and despite the central position in the city we were only slightly disturbed by the noise.

The location is perfect! Everything is very close by walk in a few minutes. The sea (you can see it from the bedroom), the bus, train, tram & underground. Many cosy and very good Restaurants, Bars, Shops and an amazing market with regional products are also very close. Heloiza answered very fast and gave us super recommends. The apartment was so cosy, very clean and had everything we needed. It was on the third floor, so you have a great fiew at the sea. The city has a lot of life and friendly people. We will come back for sure!

Perfect variant for two people for 3-4 nights. If you are arriving at midnight like we did, the host will still meet you. The communication was perfect. The only things is that the furniture on the picture looks a bit better than it is in fact. Overall I highly recommend it.

João's apartment is located in the Afama district, the most characteristic of Lisbon. Excellent cleanliness, convenient location for both exploring Lisbon on foot and taking public transportation. Leaving the house let yourself be guided by the steep and winding streets typical of Lisbon to discover the city!

Great place and perfect location ! The flat was very clean and had all amenities. João responded to all my questions quickly and was really helpful. The trams and buses were very close,but we haven't used it as everything was in walking distance. Highly recommend this apartment!

Absolutely loved my stay !! The host Bella was of the warmest heart. Always smiling and ready to help with plenty of suggestions “restaurants, buses, beaches” Super Host !! As for the view from the “living room, upstairs balcony and my bed room” Absolutely Stunning !! A 360 degree view of the city and port from the rooftop. You will not regret your stay !! Enjoy.

The apartment is super clean and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the 10 days. The two terraces are really the highlight at the property. From the roof terrace you have the most beautiful view over Lisbon. Our host Lili was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Although the Cozy Room is the smallest room (and unlike the other rooms has a loft bed), the room has a small balcony and two large windows, which is really a plus. Really a great place to stay!

I had to check in pretty late and they were accommodating. Great from beginning to end. 😊

The location of the place is very good, it's very easy to reach the city center. The flat is very clean. The view from the balcony is astonishing. The room is a little bit small, it was great for a few days (for two persons), but also this is just a subjective opinion. Hosts were really kind and helpful.

Quite good location - only 30 mins from the airport by metro and exactly near the starting stop of 28 tram. Very enjoyable view from the balcony, you will see the old city without obstructions. And two lovely dogs will accompany you at home.

It's ok not far from Hoshio station! It's high, but it's not hard because there's an escalator. But there is no elevator in the building, so the carrier can be a little hard. Friendly hosts, cozy rooms and good bathrooms. I recommend it

As for the flat，it’s clean and cozy，very suitable for a solo traveler. Besides，the flat has the best view from two balconies and it is in a great location，easy to go to any tourists attractions. Miguel first picked up the carrier. It was really nice. The room was clean and the view was really good. The location is also good in 10 minutes on foot.

Miguel’s place was a wonderful place to stay while in Lisbon. High on top of a hill with a balcony that gives you a panoramic view of everything around you; the city on one side and the castle on the other. The bed and room is nice and spacious with also an amazing view from its windows. Miguel also provided wonderful recommendations for places to eat and go, as well as a cupboard full of toiletries and necessities if needed. Just a heads up that getting to his building and up to his apartment does involve a lot of stairs. But if you’re cool working out your glutes, the payoff is an amazing Airbnb experience. I will definitely want to stay there again when I come back to Lisbon.

The location was great and the carrier was really thankful for listening to me. The dogs were so cute and most of all, I was so impressed with Miguel's consideration.

It is great position. Especially there is for his apartment nearby 28E tram station and castelo de S. Jorge. The room is too cozy and nice viewpoint and he is so kind and funny. Highly recommend.

Great view of castle, convenient location to cable car and bus stations in 2-3mins walk, and walking distance to the tops of the castle mountain to see the whole view of Lisbon! And Miguel is super great host and fast response. I can’t thankful more for his help with carrying my luggage to 4th floor, really warm-hearted and made me feel home!!! And he welcomed me in person, showed me the room, gave location tips, and even tried to pick me up when I got lost in the city... I can’t find a better host!! I would definitely come back here and highly recommend this place.

Alexandres appartement is lovely! Highly recommend it, you will feel like home. Alexandres cousin greeted us and gave us a lot of tips for the area. We felt very welcomed instantly. Just one thing: be aware that the streets in Alfama are quite steep, therefore it's a little exercise to get to the appartement. We didn't mind at all though :)

I felt safe to walk alone near by the apartament at night. The location is in Alfama, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Lisbon. You will be at 24 minutes walking distance from the center or you can grab an uber for 3-4 euros to the center. The bed is super comfortable too! <3

Our flight got cancelled so we showed up the next day. Miguel moved things around to accommodate us. When we showed up, he had a bottle of champagne for us because we just got married! The apartment was perfect. It is in the best neighborhood and you can walk to everything. The train station is at the end of the street for adventures. Miguel’s place is just awesome. It is in the most unique (and oldest) neighborhood in Lisbon, has all of the modern amenities you could need, and Miguel as a host was great. He is very helpful in providing some local tips and suggestions on what to do, where to eat, etc. and is responsive for any questions you may have. I would recommend Miguel’s apartment to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon. It’s a short walk uphill to the castle and a few mirodouros, you can get “lost” in the sometimes confusing but very cool medieval streets while admiring the beautiful tile work on the old buildings and there are a ton of places to eat or drink in every direction. If we could have, we would have stayed longer. Lisbon is a great city and we will be back some day. Thanks again Miguel!!

Exceptional stay. Alexey made everything easy and simple and provided excellent care throughout our time in Lisbon. The home was beautiful, very private and in a prime location.

Alexey was great at communicating throughout my stay. He will check up on you to see if there is anything you need via text, and gives you ideas of places to visit/restaurants to eat at while in Lisbon. His place is about a 25 min walk from most of the places we wanted to go, or a cheap <€10 Uber.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexey's place. The guesthouse is apart from the main apartment, so we had a lot of privacy. And it was thoughtfully put together for visitors, with snacks, coffee, and even wine. The patio is adorable and it was so nice waking up to the sound of chirping birds! The location is great and near a lot of public transportation. We were able to easily get back every night without ever having to use a taxi or Uber. When we arrived, Alexey also took time to walk us through a map of Lisbon and gave us recommendations for daily itineraries and places to visit, which was very helpful! Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Friends, this is a wonderful place! From the very first minute, as Lesha and I met at the door of the apartment, until the last day. They chatted together on the terrace, discussed their impressions and plans, drank wine - as if at home, with an old friend, and inside our guest house was a bunch of food for breakfast, all the necessary details of everyday life, warmth and comfort. Geographically, the place wins many other locations - you are 15 minutes from the center, but in your own quiet and chamber corner with birds singing on the veranda, greenery and the best host of Lisbon! Ernest's place is in a bustling neighborhood in Chiado, which was right where we needed it to be! While we were there we experienced a couple of issues but the team was extremely responsive and helpful. We were only there one night and I'm sure it all would have been addressed if we had a bit more time.

Ernest’s place was great. It’s a very nice apartment with a great kitchen. The location was also perfect. We had a little problem with the WiFi and they sent someone over to fix it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Just one thing to note, it does get a little loud on the weekends.

Great place in the middle of everything.

Communication was great in the run up to our trip. Steven, Isabel’s son came and let us into the apartment early and it was ready which was brilliant for us as I wasn’t feeling too well! The location of the apartment is great - right next to local cafes and shops but near the city centre and all the main sightseeing hotspots. The apartment itself is cosy but has everything you need - perfect for two people. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment, impeccable cleanliness, conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes from buses and trams. Small negative note, sometimes, given the wooden floors, it seems to find intruders in the house, nothing in particular. Isabel kind and helpful for advice, check in and suggestions

Very very very nice.

Eva and Tiago's house is very unique and welcoming. We stayed there for three months and we loved the experience. The location is perfect, the neighborhood super Portuguese and authentic. There is no noise as there are no cars, the Alfama neighborhood is restricted to pedestrians and a few residents' cars. The bus stop is 3 minutes away and the metro is a little further on, but you can easily reach the center of Lisbon on foot (10 minutes) mainly because the way there through Alfama is an attraction in itself. The two floors of the house are very convenient since the kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the living room are on the top floor and the master bedroom with the bathroom below. We had all the support of Tiago for the details that we had to solve and he was always available. I recommend it and would definitely go back!

Nice apartment located in the center. To Commerce Square 5 minutes on foot (7 leisurely steps). Nearby there are a lot of restaurants, souvenir shops, small grocery stores and two metro stations. Tiago met me and escorted me to the apartment, despite the fact that I arrived at around 23:00. Keep in mind that the steps are quite narrow and it may not be very convenient to climb up / down with a suitcase) The apartment has everything for cooking. It’s great to have breakfast in the mornings, sitting on the chest by the window :) Many thanks to the owners for all the tips and answers! Totally recommended! :)

Very nice duplex apartment in the heart of Alfamas. It's all there for a city break with up to four people. Kitchen is fully equipped (including Nespresso machine), beds are comfortable, the location can not be better. Clubs are not within earshot, so only the normal city "noise" can be heard. Parking at the harbor for 8 € daily is just 5 minutes walk away. The landlords are great, the welcome was warm and the guide through apartment and city optimally, we were at the parking in reception!
