Gefühlt ist man hier am Rand der Welt, ein Garten voller Bäume mit Weitblick in die Prärie Mecklenburgs. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und Gartenteil. 4 Schafe und 5 Katzen bewohnen den großen Garten. Ein 3er Paddelboot und 2 E-Bikes können gemietet werden. Holzofensauna&Hotpott sind mit eine Gebühr verfügbar. Das Dorf Barlin ist mit Pferden und Spielplatz ein sehr schöner Ort zum urlauben. Wald und Seen sind nah. Wir ehemaligen Berliner wohnen als Familie nebenan.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, loving and specially decorated with clay plastered walls, hand-painted tiles on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It is adjacent to the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided courtyard. There are no direct neighbours, lots of nature and you can make beautiful trips in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large roof terrace on the third floor with rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbour, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. It is a non-smoking pet home. Our farm is located between the towns of Greifswald (40 km), Neubrandenburg (40 km) and Demmin (20 km) on the northern edge of the Tollensetal. We are in the process of renovating the house. The 1-room apartment is located in the already renovated part of the house. You can take long walks, bike rides (including ice age route) and paddle tours (Tollense). A swimming option for swimmers is available on the Tollense within about 500m distance.

The Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, to unwind, to relax. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen an advantage.
