Historic home with European charm. Guest House.

An old fig garden colonial house, with mature landscaping and a large pool. The guest house has a kitchen and bathroom. The family have pets and enjoy meeting people. Steve is American and Beverly is English, so there are lots of fun and lively conversations around the pool or fire pit! Within 90 minutes you can be at Kings Canyon National Park, Yosemite or Sequoia National Park. We accept guests from outside of Fresno who are wish to enjoy an older affluent neighborhood.

Mid Century Ranch near Old Fig. Great area of Fresno with many restaurants and shops within a mile. Home is full of character (mostly original from the 1950's) with a large yard with mature landscaping including several fruit trees. There is a detached carriage house in the back yard that is a separate Airbnb (https://www.airbnb.com/h/moderncarriage) The back yard is shared with these guests, and they have a separate patio space so each group has their own outdoor area.
