Spacious, modern and comfortable apartment recently renovated and fully equipped, decorated to detail; it offers an ideal space to spend a pleasant stay. Enjoy the comfort of a spacious contemporary apartment located in the heart of Seville. Its spacious and bright rooms create an elegant atmosphere. Located in pedestrian street, without noise, with balcony to Francos street through which pass numerous brotherhoods in Easter. Three minutes walk from the cathedral. Apartment located in a very quiet building, perfect to rest after a long day of sightseeing. First floor with elevator. It has a room with a 1.50 x 2.00 bed, large capacity built-in wardrobe, TV, cot availability if necessary. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (pans, pots, cutlery, etc.), complete tableware and all kinds of appliances (washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, glass-ceramic, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, automatic and Italian coffee maker, minipimer, blender, blender, iron, ironing board) all in perfect condition. Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. With the brightness of the exterior as its main quality, this cozy apartment decorated with original photographs, has been recently renovated and has everything your guests may need to feel at home in this beautiful city. The apartment is quite spacious, and has a very spacious living room with air conditioning, a room with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and Smart TV, and another room with two single beds that could be joined at the request of guests, also has a wardrobe and Smart TV. It has a folding bed that can be placed in any room or living room. The kitchen has all the basic electrical appliances and large kitchenware. The air conditioning is located in the living room and in the master bedroom. The internet is 60MB fiber optic wifi. Guests can use all rooms in the house. The apartment is located in a building with a large interior patio and underground garage. The garage can be accessed in the elevator without having to climb any stairs. It is close to all kinds of shops and bars in which to disconnect, as well as bus stops to move around the city and visit its main attractions. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to downtown by bus. By car about 15-20 minutes. The lines that best communicate with the center is 27 and 28. To go to the city center you need a transport, car or bus.
