Swanyay is a little nest of heaven tucked away just minutes from the famed NC Outer Banks beaches and attractions. On the property there is ample parking, even for a boat if you want to bring yours. Swanyay is a stand alone home next to ours that is full of Coastal Farmhouse charm thru-out. Outside is 2 huge decks for you to enjoy, 1 that is full sun and 1 that is under huge trees for ample shade and a swinging hammock that overlooks nature. We have a 43" smart TV, wifi, games and cards.

Small one bedroom apartment. 380 sf. apartment. 160 private deck with dog gate. See floor plan in fotos. Comfortable for two people and one dog. Up one flight stairs. Gravel path from the base of your stairs leading directly into Nags Head Woods. Very private.The only thing you see from your windows and deck is the woods. Quiet upscale neighborhood on a dead end street terminating at Jockey's Ridge. No pet fee.
