This is our 5th year hosting on Neahkahnie Mtn among giant spruce and breathtaking ocean views. This may also be our last (sorry, beloved regulars!) before this becomes a long-term rental. Come experience the place while you can! Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a quiet neighborhood. Work remotely (desk provided). Both Manzanita and Nehalem as well as the beaches are minutes away. Dogs are welcome for a $35 fee per pet/per stay.

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.
