Very nice and well maintained apartment in a perfect city location with excellent accessibility. Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. Everything carefully lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylish and charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. A contact person is available at any time. Long-term bookings are also possible, prices by appointment.

Beautiful apartment with restaurant in the house

If you stay in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact very close. Whether by bike, foot or car, you can reach the Cospudener, Markkleeberger and Störmtaler See in a few minutes. The city center of Leipzig is best to take the SBahn, which you can reach 5 minutes on foot from your apartment. For Leisure Park Belantis, there is a bus or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

Fantastic guest / garden house

We have a lovingly renovated garden house on our property with a small kitchenette and beautiful bathroom. The garden house is nestled in our property and about 30m away from our house. Quiet surroundings, tram only 5 minutes by foot. If desired, the car can safely be in our driveway. Note: For short-term bookings (<1 day), the place may not be equally warm. We have underfloor heating, which the building has to heat up.
