A beautiful former watermill that dates back to the 1750's. Large private pool with sun loungers and various places for relaxation and outdoor dining throughout the extensive gardens. The period property has recently been fully renovated throughout. Tranquil but not isolated, the house is situated 1km from the village with a shop for essentials and cafe/bar. The bastide town of Lalinde is 4km away with its market square, cafes and restaurants. Bergerac airport is 20 mins, Bordeux is 1 hour.
