Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

House by the sea just 4 km from Cefalù and 1 km from S. Ambrogio. The house is part of a complex of terraced villas located a short walk from the sea. The beach overlooking it is one of the most beautiful and pristine in the territory, characterized by stones and gravel. The bottom is almost entirely fine sand (but may change depending on the storm surges). Simply put, the real house on the sea!!! More than an apartment with the most beautiful terrace in Cefalù, I would define it as an "experience" to live. The experience of staying on the roof of Cefalù, with a breathtaking, unique, indescribable view where words alone do not do justice to this terrace. But to live this experience you must be prepared to do 4 floors .. all without a lift ... with ancient and steep steps and stairs. But the effort is always rewarded :)
