A bright, comfortable studio with high ceilings, and a full sized kitchen which includes a butcher block counter seating area for working or dining. Gas stove, Fiestaware dishes, Revere ware pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, and refrigerator. Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Family neighborhood, close to 101, 10min drive to downtown SB and Goleta, beaches, hiking areas, dog parks, great restaurants. All pets are welcomed; no additional fees. Pet sitting & rental car available. Looking for low-key guests as the studio is attached to our main house where we live with our three cats. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. We offer a bright, simple, Scandinavian inspired, 2 level, attached studio including; a spacious living area with kitchenette, a private bathroom with tub, and stairs ascending to a cozy full height loft sleeping space with a European queen size bed. There is a private parking space available and from there the entrance to the Studio is through a private gate, down a few steps and through a garden area. There is patio seating and an outdoor shower to rinse after a day at the beach or a hike.
