Modern cabin with a view in Stølsheimen

The cabin is newly built in 2019 and is located in the wonderful mountain area Stølsheimen. You have to have a car to access the cabin. You have to walk up a hill from the parking lot. The view from the cabin is wonderful and we have a big terracewith outside furniture so you can enjoy a meal or a drink at sunset. The cabin is an all year round cabin where you can ski during winter. There is also a ski lift a few minutes drive from the cabin. It’s mostly open on the weekends and public holidays. All year the mountains in the area are a wonderful place to go hiking! You can swim, camp and go fishing in the lakes. We have different toys both for outside and inside use. The cabin is well equipped with 4 bedrooms, kitchen and seating for 8. We have wifi, Apple TV, loudspeakers that you can connect your phone to. The bathroom has a double sink, washing machine, bathtub and a separate shower. We have linen and towels. We appreciate if you can wash the linen end towels and leave it to dry when you leave. The cabin is in the mountains, so no cleaners around. We have seen northern lights in January-march.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Primitive small cabin with amazing natural areas. Here you can be on your own. The cabin is perfect for 2 people, but the sofa bed makes it possible for 4 people. It will be crowded. Located in a great natural area offgrid with little tourism. Great skiing and hiking opportunities. approx. 1000 m and walk from the road. Great opportunities for small game hunting. Without running water and electricity. Outdoor toilet. 700 meters above sea level There might be sheep or cows in periods during the summer around the cabin.

Modern cabin in beautiful surroundings. Spacious and comfortable, fully equipped. Peaceful place. Possible to hike directly from the cabin. By car there are countless trips. The cabin is heated and there is a modern fireplace that provides fantastic heat. We will be happy to help with trip suggestions, and other practical info. Stordalen is the north-western entrance to Stølsheimen landscape conservation area. Approximately 1.5 hours drive from Bergen. Grocery store in Ostereidet, and in Haugsvær. Mountain lodge with food service. Easy access, parking 100 meters.

Cabin nearby nature!

The cabin is located 450 meters above sea level. Close to nature, mountains and water. Here you can pick berries and mushrooms in the autumn, enjoy many nice trips, both in summer and winter. It is very family friendly and many animals you might greet! In summer, there are several nice swimming areas nearby. Cabin sleeps 10 people with 3 bedrooms, 4 double beds. Bed linen is mandatory, if you do not bring your own, it can be ordered at an additional cost of NOK 150 per piece. The hot tub costs 750 NOK in addition, and must be booked in advance. Welcome!

Small house from the 50s with a view. MOUNTAINS & FJORD

Small house from the 50s with views of mountains and large waterfalls. The house is located 200 meters from the sea, in the peaceful countryside of Eidsland. It takes 90 minutes to drive to Bergen. To Voss it takes 1 hour to drive. The place offers great nature and nice hiking trails in forests and mountains. By the sea you can fish or swim. Fishing licenses must be purchased when fishing in rivers or water. A kayak is at your disposal. Boat rental in the area. Linen and towels are included. Wi-Fi & Chromecast. Not TV channels.

Large Cottage/House in idyllic and rural surroundings

Cozy newly renovated farmhouse from the 1890s. The house is nicely located in a natural setting in the Eksingedalen. "Karistova" has private parking and private outdoor space. "Karistova" is the right of the Yksendalen farm, which is still operating today with both the sheep, horses, dogs, hens and ducks. Close by is the newly restored sturgeon path to Yksendal's stall. Up to the sturgeon is about 1 hour walk and the sturgeon houses are nicely located with several fishing lakes. 1 hour drive to Voss. 2 hours drive to the mountains.

For the active one who loves to explore wild and beautiful western nature. Or just enjoy the silence in a harmonious setting just by the river, surrounded by high mountains. It is about 8min drive to Mo i Modalen where there is the possibility of swimming both in the pool and beach. There is also a cafe/restaurant, bowling alley. There are Coop Xtra, charging stations and gas station pump. It is about 30min drive to Gullbrå, which is a popular ski area in the winter. It is 1h10min drive to Voss center and 1h30 to Bergen.

New cabin in the mountains with great views. Stordalen can be found in Vestland county about 1.5 hours north of Bergen and 40 min south of Oppedal. The road up to the cabin field is a bit steep. Stordalen is the gateway to Stølsheimen and has many great hiking opportunities. Peak trips up to 1000 meters nearby. All year round road from E39 Matre Stordalen ski center and prepared ski trails. Unique location between Førde and Bergen makes it easily accessible. Maybe the perfect meeting place for the family?

Cozy cabin in Modalen/Stølsheimen for rent. The cabin is nicely located by Moelven at Steinslandsvannet with a view of the mighty Stølsheimen. 3 minutes drive to the nearest shop. Newly made road all the way to the cabin with parking for 2 cars. Mini cabin in the middle of nature

Opplev det enkle og fredelige hyttelivet midt i nydelig vestlandsnatur. Omgitt av fjell, elver, vann og skog ligger denne lille hytten tibaketrukket til. Her får du virkelig følelsen av å være midt i naturen. Området byr på fine turmuligheter både mot Stølsheimen og Matrefjellene. For klatrere ligger det flotte feltet for buldring i Matre en 5 minutt kjøretur unna, og en flott storvegg er like ved hytten. Hytten har også sin helt egen buldrestein et par minutters rusletur unna.

Mellom skogen og fjorden finner du hytten "Stokkely" i Stokkevika rett før Modalen. Her kan man fiske, bade, grille eller rett og slett bare slappe av. Tomten er på 6 mål med parkering rett ovenfor. Merk at det inntil den nye veien ned til hytten er klar er masse trapper gjennom skogen. Det er totalt 80 trappetrinn. Vannet i hytten kommer fra en nærliggende elv og bør kokes. Northern lights or a beautiful starry sky are not uncommon, both can be enjoyed around the fire pit.
