June Lake, CA, United States

The Mono Lake House is centrally located in the most pristine region of California. We are about 20 minutes away from the East Entrance to Yosemite(ONLY OPEN IN SUMMER MONTHS), 30 minutes from Bodie State Park, and we are literally on the shore of Mono Lake. It is an incredible property with a huge lawn to read a book on or to just watch the afternoon thunderstorms roll in. Zac and Karey, your hosts, will give you all the info you need to have an amazing trip in the area.
The Mono Lake House is right on the shore of Mono Lake. This provides our visitors with an amazing view of afternoon thunderstorms, bird migrations, and colorful sunsets. Room 1 is comfortable, clean, and quiet. We use only organic cotton sheets and the room has a very relaxed feel to it. We do not have televisions in any rooms because we feel like there is a lot more to see out here. Room 2 shares a shower with Room 1, however there are two bathrooms to use amongst the two rooms.
Our backyard is the High Sierra. The High Sierra is two hundred miles of pristine wilderness that one can only dream of. The eastside of the Sierra Nevada is a high desert with vast views. Mono Lake is an incredibly important lake for bird migration across the world.
  • Zachary’s place was amazing and the location was incredible. Got a lot of tips on hikes and places to check out. Highly recommend staying here if you are exploring the beautiful eastern sierras!

  • Zachary's place is one of the nicest airbnb I've been to so far. It's very clean with a great view in the backyard. Very friendly host who provided a light breakfast. Met his friends and his dog. It was a good stay.

  • There was a server error occurred right after I made a reservation of Zachary’s place so that I couldn’t login Airbnb to contact Zachary. It was a long day driving and I didn’t know how long the APP can be available again so I had to stay at other place, but Zachary is so kind enough to refund us all the money. I highly recommend Zachary because his thoughtful!

  • The mono lake house is a unique place where the host - and his dog - will make you feel at home immediately. It is very clean and cosy and has a tremendous view on the lake. If it had not been for our road trip schedule we would definitely have added a couple of nights. We recommend.

  • My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Donna & Jeff’s home. Told them that my wife and I were celebrating a little time away from the kids and was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine waiting for us. Fireplace made the evenings very warm and relaxing. Short walk to the restaurants in center of Bridgeport, as well as easy drive to Travertine hot springs, Buckeye hot springs and Mono Lake. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

    June Lake, CA, United States

Welcome to Paradise Shores, we're happy you found us! Here at PS, we believe in reconnecting people to the simple pleasures of life in a no-frills, peaceful, camp like setting. Just steps away from the lake, Sierra Stream features queen size bed, fireplace, library and outdoor area with hammock. The camper doesn't have a private bathroom but offers an open layout, close proximity to water and epic views (plus our immaculate shared bathrooms short walk away).
We're a husband & wife team and this is our adopted home - a small RV Park & Campground located directly on the shores of Bridgeport Reservoir. We believe in campfires, starry nights, good laughs, exploration, a deep sleep and an early rise. The mountains are a place to get back to basics, a place to explore, to breathe. So turn off your phone and turn on your senses. When you arrive we won’t hand you a list of rules but we may invite you to join us for a campfire, remind you to conserve water, and to separate your trash so we can recycle it. That’s about it, oh yeah: relax, it’s your vacation. It's important to us that our guests don't feel they are renting a camper as much as they're immersing themselves into the outdoor experience. You may just want to lay in hammock and read for three days. For the more adventurous, there's a full slate of self-guided recreational activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, ATVing, rock climbing, biking, natural water slides, stand up paddle boards, bird watching, campfires & s'mores. We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet, however, we encourage our guests to “unplug" and immerse in the slow paced life instead. Note: Please read the entire listing description prior to booking. THE AIRSTREAM: Do you enjoy camping but secretly wish you had a real bed, air conditioning (or indoor fireplace on the cooler nights) and fully equipped kitchen on hand? If so, the Sierra Stream delivers that and so much more! This Airstream is the perfect setup for a relaxing getaway and has city slickers with newly found passion for the outdoors written all over it. You’ll be getting the best of both worlds: waking up to breathtaking views while having access to most of the conveniences of home. The Sierra Stream trailer, our latest seriously cool Airstream remodel, is designed for nature-loving couple, but could also accommodate a family with a baby sleeping in with the parents. Just steps away from the lake, the Sierra Stream features a queen size bed with scenic mountain backdrop painted by Veronika and woodwork created by our friend Peter. A full size farmhouse sink, fireplace, library, spectacular view of the mountains and the lake, induction stove, Chemex coffee maker, cozy seating/dining area and hammock are just a few of our favorite features. Fridge, microwave and toaster are also part of the rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, glasses, cups, plates, paper towels, soap, and all the typical kitchenware. You’ll also find there a breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk. An "oh so cozy" down comforter, cotton sheets, bath towels, and dish towels are all provided. Even though Sierra Stream offers many "luxuries", it does not have a toilet or shower. We wanted you to enjoy an open layout with tons of space and close proximity to the lake (this rental is located the closest to the shore). Including the shower/toilet would require hooking this camper up to septic, which wouldn't be possible at the current spot. We believe the location and the view you'll be getting are worth a little walk to our cute communal bathrooms (about 100 yards away). The camper has a wifi, cooling system, and an outside seating area with fire pit, barbecue and ultra cool camp stove. We also provide one-use supply of charcoal briquettes, to get you set up for your grilling and outdoor entertaining, and you can buy locally grown firewood at our office. So, all you really need to bring is some clothing and food. Pretty much everything else is covered. Our rate includes space rent, propane, wifi, a parking spot as well as 12% Mono County occupancy tax (TOT).
We hope Paradise Shores becomes your home as it is ours. It’s located in one of the most spectacular areas in the world. We’re surrounded on three sides by the high Sierra Nevada Mountains. Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows, Mono Lake, June Lake, Virginia Lakes, Twin Lakes, and the historic gold-mining town of Bodie are all within a short drive from here. Our camp is located 2 miles from the historic town of Bridgeport. Bridgeport is a cute little town with couple restaurants, sporting store, gift shops, bakery etc.
  • This was a super cute little airstream with beautiful little touches. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. It got really cold overnight, but we had plenty of blankets and a little space heater. There was a bathroom within short walking distance. It’s obvious that these hosts want to make sure that their guests are comfortable and cozy.

  • We had such a nice stay at The Sierra Stream.. We would recommend it to all of our friends. The view is impressive and the airstream is just perfect!

  • We had a great two night stay as part of a long road trip. Brilliant location not far off the main road but super quiet and peaceful. We used it as a base to head out to Bodie Ghost town which was only a short drive away and well worth the visit. Also the perfect place to wind down and relax after a long time travelling. The Airstream was very clean and the heater was really efficient at warming the space up on a cold evening after you finish stargazing! Communal bathrooms were also very clean and well equipped. Would certainly recommend to others.

    Yann2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Loved my stay at Paradise Shores, it was super easy and clear to find and everything was so neat and tidy inside upon my arrival. I didn’t cook, but there certainly looked like there was everything you could possibly need to do so. It was nice to have the electric fire in there to warm me up on a crisp morning and evening. The view was amazing from my window!! I would recommend the Burger Barn in nearby Bridgeport for a mexi-bowl, amazing food for such great prices!

    Frances2019-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • A sweet getaway with many lovely and thoughtful touches. You won’t be disappointed! Waking to the beautiful lake views was a fabulous treat.

    Dianna2019-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • A little paradise in the middle of nowhere. The accommodation is very well decorated, clean and well equipped. The instructions are very accurate and the camp is very well maintained and it is not far from the entrance of Yosemite EST (40mns approx.). I recommend without hesitation.

    Chanaïze2019-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • The airstream is perfect! The space is very large and equipped with all comforts. The campsite provides you with free kayaks and paddles and you can take a tour of the nearby enchanting pond! The staff is available and responds immediately to any request. Clean bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, body creams, etc. I will be back very happy!

Welcome to Paradise Shores, we're happy you found us! Here at Paradise Shores, we believe in reconnecting people to the simple pleasures of life in a no-frills, peaceful, camp like setting. Our Baja camper is comfortable and fun. Inspired by our love for the Mexican culture, art, and hospitality, it carries Baja vibes in its vibrant colors and original details. It offers great lake and mountain views and is ideal for a couple, but can sleep up to three.

We hope you enjoy and appreciate some changes and finishing touches that may not have been captured in the photo gallery above. Note: Please read the entire listing description prior to booking. THE BAJA CAMPER: While spending some time in Baja during the winter of 2013, we fell in love with the Mexican culture, art and hospitality. We wanted to share this experience with our guests at Paradise Shores. So, we transformed the former Cascade trailer into Baja-themed camper. Make sure to bring some tequila to truly soak in the atmosphere! :-) Our Baja camper is comfortable, fun, and offers great views of the lake and the mountains. Even though this trailer doesn't have any slide outs, it's still pretty spacious and it carries Baja vibes in its vibrant colors and original finishing touches. It is ideal for a couple, but can sleep three people. The sleeping options consist of queen size bedroom and a pull out couch in the living area. Free WiFi internet, TV with a DVD player, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster are all provided. We left some board games at the camper for you and DVDs are available upon request at the office; we hope these will help make your evenings after the daily adventures and exploration fun and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, glasses, cups, plates, paper towels, soap, and all the typical kitchenware. You’ll also find there a breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk. Sheets, towels, and dish towels are ready for you. • This was our first experience "glamping". Kelli was a great hostess! The location on the reservoir was beautiful! The trailer was decorated creatively. We had all the pots and pans needed to prepare meals plus breakfast amenities. We were near Bodie Ghost Town and lots of beautiful hiking trails. Overall a great stay!

    Gloria2019-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • I admit, I'm not usually a bright color person, but Baja's decor works so much better than photos can convey! It was a cheerful, clean, warm space. Perfectly appointed for my nine-year-old son and I, as a home base for exploring nearby Bodie, Travertine Hot Springs, and the charming town of Bridgeport (make sure to check out Snap 'n Crackle candy on Main Street -- we're still enjoying the hand-cooked spoils of our visit). Washing dishes while enjoying views of snow-dusted peaks in the distance was a real treat. We especially loved the covered patio, complete with picnic table, chiminea, grill (and firewood and charcoal, and the means to light them). Our previous family camper experiences have been disappointing in the refrigerator department -- small, won't keep frozen goods frozen -- but no worries here: it's practically full-sized, and keeps things colder than our fancy model at home!

    Jennie2019-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • A very charming camper. I loved the decor. The view was great as well. I found the location to be a perfect starting point, very close to town, but you are still surrounded by nature.

    Nicole2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • What a place! My husband and I were looking for an experience to celebrate our 2nd anniversary and what better place than Paradise Shores! Veronica & Alan were great hosts and their property is beautiful! They had left detailed instructions and very useful recommendationa for visitors that came in handy! The camper was very nicely done and provides us with all the amenities that we could ask for. Waking up to the beauty of the Sierra was a plus. Even our pup had a blast running around on the beach. We will definitely be back!

    Garima2019-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • This was our second stay at Paradise Shores and in the Baja trailer, and it won't be the last. Bridgeport and the surrounding area have so much to offer and are stunningly beautiful (Twin Lakes, Virginia Lakes, Mono Lake, the White Mountains, Bodie, Travertine & Buckeye Hot Springs, etc.). The Baja trailer is one of a kind with it's Mexican decor and is super comfortable, while the grounds of Pacific Shores are filled with thoughtful touches to make all guests feel taken care of. We will be back!

    Anne2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Most wonderful hospitality ever ! They were so accommodating to our change in schedule and genuinely cared about our experience. Would love to stay here again!

    Lauren2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Paradise Shores is a true gem! Our expectations were blown from the ease of checking-in to amenities to cleanliness!! the Baja rv itself was super cute, super clean and had many really thoughtful touches. The towels were fluffy and yummy. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets for the cold Sierra nights. We used the heater which was wonderful. All the supplies were there that we needed for cooking out. The view was spectacular. It was quiet and peaceful. The communal bathroom was also super clean and had items like cotton balls and tampons. Hairdryers were provided there as well as in the rv. I’m a total glamper so this was important. Even the outdoor communal cooking area was super clean. They maintain the property extremely well. Veronika has great communication! Charlie and Kelly, the property management were very kind and helpful. These people care and it shows. The location is awesome for exploring hot springs, mountains and the near by ghost town of Bodie. I could keep going on how wonderful this place is! We’ll be visiting again for sure! Maybe next time in another awesome camper on the property.

Every one has been hand picked, and maintained to be its very best. The Denali came to us from couple of friends, Jim and Ellie, who used to visit this area for many years. They've thrown many parties on the front lawn and barbecue area. That's right, the camper has its own front yard, garden, and dedicated barbecue. Three slide outs, and a large living room area with a recliner and a pull out couch. It also has a huge 38” flat screen TV with a DVD player, surround sound, and at Jim's special request, a porcelain commode. Yup, this is one top notch trailer. This 35’ long beauty has it all: large kitchen/ living room area offers a dining table, comfortable pull out sofa, and fully equipped kitchen. Don’t worry about bringing any of your cookware as we have provided everything that you may possibly need. You’ll also find there a breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and also features a large wall to wall closet. If more sleeping space is needed, the living room sofa can be easily converted into an additional queen size bed. Sheets, towels, and dish towels are all provided. For your enjoyment, a private paved patio with barbecue, picnic table, lawn area, and plenty of flowers is located just outside of your door. • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bridgeport Paradise Shores. What a great location to have as a home base while exploring the Sierras. Everything was neat and tidy.

  • Great place to stay to enjoy a good bbq and fire. All the feel of camping but without the haste of tents etc. Resevoir was beautiful in morning. Camper is located in a standard rv park. This particular one is farthest from the lake right at the entrance but still ok location.

  • I loved the idea of sleeping in a RV all along but my fiancé wasn‘t so sure...at the end we loved every moment of our short stay and would do it all over again. The view in the Morning is Great and it‘s so close to so many things you can do.

Welcome to Paradise Shores, we're happy you found us! Here at Paradise Shores, we believe in reconnecting people to the simple pleasures of life in a no-frills, peaceful, camp like setting. With bright and spacious living area and two separate bedrooms, Tatra is a perfect family camper. It offers an outdoor kitchen with fridge, stove and a sink, readily available for your al fresco cookouts and entertaining. The camper comfortably sleeps four guests.
When you arrive we won't hand you a list of rules but we may invite you to join us for a campfire, remind you to conserve water, and to separate your trash so we can recycle it. That’s about it, oh yeah: relax, it’s your vacation. It's important to us that our guests don't feel they are renting a camper as much as they're immersing themselves into the outdoor experience. You may just want to lay in one of our hammocks and read for three days. For the more adventurous, there's a full slate of self-guided recreational activities, such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, ATVing, rock climbing, biking, natural water slides, stand up paddle boards, bird watching, campfires & s'mores. We do have modern conveniences such as wifi internet, however, we encourage our guests to “unplug" and immerse in the slow paced life instead. THE TATRA CAMPER: The Tatra is the newest addition to our camp and we couldn’t be more proud of it. The camper has been aptly named for the mountains, which helped shape Veronika’s youth. The High Tatras of Slovakia is the tallest mountain range in the Eastern Europe with 25 peaks above 8,000 feet. It is where Veronika’s passion for all things alpine was born and where she had her first serious mountaineering experiences. The Tatra Range is quite similar to the Eastern Sierra with its ultramarine mountain lakes, pristine snowfields, roaring waterfalls and shimmering alpine meadows. Indeed, if it wasn’t for the Tatras, we might have not see Veronika embrace the Sierra life now and Tatra camper will always be a dear reminder of that to us! We love it and hope you will, too. Tatra Camper features: * bright and spacious living & dining area with a large flat screen TV & DVD player, audio system, WiFi, comfortable sofa, dinette table and lots of storage (you’ll find some board games at the camper and are welcome to borrow DVDs at the office) * two separate bedrooms: queen bed up front and twin adult size bunk bed at the back (down comforters, bed sheets, extra blankets, towels provided) * fully equipped kitchen, with utensils, cookware, glasses, cups, plates, paper towels, soap, and all the typical kitchenware (including kids utensils, cups and bowls) * patio with seating area, fireplace and barbecue (one-use supply of charcoal provided, firewood available to purchase) * outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, stove and a sink for those al fresco meals and entertaining * breakfast selection: oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee and almond milk So, all you really need to bring is some clothing and food. Pretty much everything else is covered :-) Our rate includes space rent, propane, wifi, one parking spot as well as 12% Mono County occupancy tax (TOT). We can accommodate extra vehicle/s for a fee; please message us if you need the additional parking space at the time of requesting the booking.
  • Stayed for 10 days or so, while working on a mountain top telecom site, and it was so nice coming back to the park + camper. No doubt better then any motel in town.

  • Absolutely wonderful and cozy.

    Chris2019-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • We loved every moment of our 7-night stay in this RV. Immaculately clean and beautiful surroundings. Everything was as-pictured or better. The sunsets were magical and we could see the milky way from our doorstep. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed them, yet respected our privacy. Really kind people! The RV was comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was a great home base for our Eastern Sierra adventures. Would love to come back!

    Megan2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Paradise Shores was a great recommendation by friends of the Eastern Sierras. The trailer we rented (Tatra) was clean, well kept and spacious for three stinky fishermen. The RV camp itself was nice and modern. Owners Alan and Veronika have great tastes in their vision for relaxation and reconnecting with Eastern Sierras. Although the trailer had a restroom and showers, we mostly used the convenient common restrooms and FREE showers! The restrooms and showers were SPOTLESS! My thanks to Alan and Veronika for helping us re-charge our batteries and I can not recommend Paradise Shores enough!

  • This was an amazing place to stay. The hosts were so nice and helpful. They have a guidebook which was our bible for this trip. The camper had everything we needed to live comfortably. We appreciated them having us and would happily stay there again.

  • We came late and didn’t have much time to enjoy this RV, but the hosts were great, gave good and proper information. The location was awesome and we would have stayed longer if we could!

  • Beautiful camper and location.

  • Was traveling cross country with my dad and was looking for a place to stay. Found this spot and it was great. Beautiful views right off the highway. Nice campfire at night. Not too far from downtown. Awesome night in paradise.

  • Paradise shores was an amazing time. It is located right on the lake , and it is nearby a grocery store and restaurants. The RV was very clean and cozy, and prepared with towels and everything you’d need. If you want to camp comfortably, this is the place to be.

  • Great place, spacious and clean. Very frienfly staff who bend over backwards to please.

    Kc2018-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • The space is the cutest set up !! The hosts went above and beyond stocking the trailer and making everything just so perfect for a quick get away !! Considering I looked for a motel in the area, that were all higher in price, and far less in comfort, I was very very happy with my stay.

    Stacey2018-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing all American RV experience here on our route from Lake Tahoe to Yosemite. Luxurious RV with all amenities you need (including a tv that you can watch from the master bed) and a great lake view. When we arrived we received a lot of great tips and were also assisted with our fire making and marshmallow roasting!

Newly renovated cabin in heart of June Lake. Take in the views of Carson Peak and the village from front deck. Walking distance to all June Lake has to offer; across the street from general store, June Lake Brewing, Ohanas 395 and all village restaurants and shops as well as June and Gull lake marinas. Cabin is one of the original cabins built for the Forest Service in the mid 1920s, but recent remodel adds all the modern comforts for a great mountain cabin experience.
  • Great cozy and clean place to stay. Very close to June ski lift and also the General Store across the street.

  • We stayed here for Christmas and it was great! Right in the heart of town. You can walk everywhere. Perfect for our family.

  • We had a great stay. Amanda was great host. The place is clean with all necessary amenities. The location is great in a quiet town.

  • Great location right in June Lake. Even though it’s right on the highway, it wasn’t noisy at all. Part of a complex of cabins but still felt like a private space.

Welcome to our home away from home!!! We welcome skiers, travelers, fisherman, and hunters!! Perfectly situated 45 minutes to June mountain ski, 30 miles from Yosemite east portal road, ten minute walk to the town center of Bridgeport!! Cozy fireplace open concept kitchen and living room
This is a brand new home with a rustic touch, Weathered wood heated porcelain floors, All new stainless appliances, Washer and dryer. One Bedroom with King Bed and large leather sectional in living room that could sleep two if needed. Fast wifi throughout, 46in flat screen with Netflix, HBO, and Hulu included.
Views of the eastern sierras, back road to the historic ghost town of Bodie just out the back door! If you love fishing the East Walker River, Bridgeport Reservoir, and Twin Lakes are minutes away! If you love hot springs, both Buckeye and Travertine are a few miles away! In the winter months enjoy cross country skiing and snowmobiling locally. Mammoth Ski resort located 45 min South and June Lake Ski resort is a quick 30 min drive as well!
  • Jen's place is a six minute drive from the Travertine hot springs, and a 30 minute drive to the historic abandoned town, Bodie. We were here in late February and despite losing power in the middle of the night, were super warm from the fire and the very well insulated house (the bedroom also has a heated blanket). My partner and I slept on the sectional couch, and it was surprisingly comfortable – I don't sleep on couches a lot, but easily the most comfortable couch I've slept on in recent memory. We packed an air mattress just in case but didn't need to use it. I've now been to the hot springs in both late morning and late afternoon different winter months, and it was pretty busy both times. Grab a pool as soon as you see one – don't walk around looking for a better option because there probably won't be one. There was a minor cleaning issue upon arrival and Jen went above and beyond by fully refunding us to make up for it.

  • This place is well done with all new amenities and a modern well equipped kitchen. The fire place is gorgeous when you use it. If only it was facing the living room, it would be perfect. The place is in a great location with short drive to june lake and mammoth.

  • Nice quiet corner of Bridgeport. Real wood heat with ample fire wood. Fenced in chain link for pups. Coarse grade salt, sharp knives, numerous wooden cutting boards; felt like home. Everything in this flat is well thought out. We were going to stay for one night, within minutes of arrival, we booked a second night. Five stars.

  • James has been the best host we’ve had using AirBnb. He’s very kind, friendly and always helpful. He gave us many tips and treated us like family. His place is wonderful, very spacious and homey. The rooms were big enough to fit all eight us including our luggage. All the amenities were beyond expectations: the beds were comfy and cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped (coffee lover here). WiFi works great as well. Overall, we recommend and thank James for giving us the best experience in a great location!

THE HAVEN is located in the Village of June Lake, California, walking distance from restaurants, shops, market, June Lake and Gull Lake marinas, and a two minute drive to June Mountain Ski Area. Studio 6 is a motel room with kitchen and fireplace (wood is not provided).
THE HAVEN provides quaint studios with kitchens. The rustic two bedroom cottages(about 650 square feet) have living rooms, full kitchens, wifi, 32" TVs, and DVD player. Woodstoves are available in some rooms (wood not provided). Charcoal and propane BBQ's available.
  • Such a lovely lil place. Perfectly located in the center of town and very walkable to pubs and restaurants. Just a short drive to hit the mountain as well. There’s a brilliant indoor hot tub on the property as well, which will feel amazing after along day of outdoor adventures. There is a wall heater but the fire place at the foot of the bed was a wonderful thing on a cold winter’s night. Definitely added to that mountain feel. I’d for sure stay here again.

  • We had a wonderful 4 day stay at The Haven. Tonya was very responsive. They had a notebook with information about local businesses, activities and menus for local restaurants. The location worked out perfectly. We spent one day at Convict Lake/ Mammoth Lakes, one day hiking in the Tuolomne Meadows area of Yosemite and one day at the Black Point Fissures/Old Marina/Panum Crater/South Tufa areas around Mono Lake. The suite was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the water was hot (unlike Harrah's in Reno last night) and the bed was comfortable. After dinner we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. The wifi was slow but that's a function of the area. We would definitely stay there again.

  • This place is really charming and June Lake is terrific itself and also a great jumping off point for Mono Lake, Mammoth, and many other wonderful places (way too many for us to do in a few short days). Enjoyed the stay very much and Tonya's place is a perfect location in June Lake - 2 minute stroll to town but no traffic around. Very nice to have a little kitchen and lovely patio.

Newly renovated cabin in heart of the June Lake Village.
  • We were in one cabin and had family and friends in 4 other cabins next door and had a wonderful time. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Great view of the mountains from the bed when we woke up! Centrally located in the charming little town. We will be back next year!

    Jake2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy and comfortable. Dog friendly. Clean and simple space. Would frontier return

    Denise2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Amanda, Lauren and Aaron all went above and beyond to support our family as we undertook ambitious travel logistics to be with friends on their wedding day with a one and a half year old. Their generosity and warm hospitality, as well as the beautiful cabin, made our trip a joy! We can’t recommend a stay at June Lake Pines highly enough.

    Anna2019-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • June lake is a gem. Mammoth can be crazy this time of year so it’s nice to have a little oasis away from the mayhem and this charming cabin definitely made our stay that much better! It’s cozy but it’s just right for two people. We will definitely stay here again!

    Leah2019-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy cabin! Great host! The cabin was warmed/heated prior to arrival.

    Jason2019-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • Amanda had prompt and courteous communication, and the cabin was all we expected and more. Everything ran smoothly, from check in to check out. Fresh towels, games, and reading material were well stocked in the laundry room. There is everything you'd need to cook with in the cabin including pots, pans, and dinnerware. There was even a microwave and coffee maker! Just bring your ingredients, cooking oil, and spices. Would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

    Suzanne2018-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • Look no further! This is a delightful place. The cabins are a delightful mix of old history and new modern charm. Modern vintage feel very appealing. We did not want for anything! Very comfortable cabin for dog and family. Pull out bed is great and kitchen is fully equipped. Can't beat the location with walking distance to Gull Lake and minutes drive to ski resort. Loved the outdoor fire pit and overall feel the staff create. Will certainly book again. Made for a magical and delightful stay. Thank you Amanda for putting this special place in the world for us to enjoy.

Lundy House is close to Yosemite, June Mountain, Bodie, Mono Lake. It's a custom home in very hikeable Lundy Canyon, which features old goldmines, waterfalls, beaver ponds, etc. Mill Creek runs thru backyard. Absolutely ground central for fishing - Lundy Lake, June Lake, Saddlebag, Ellery Lake, Twin Lakes Bridgeport, Virginia Lakes all within 1/2 hour drive. Total privacy, no neighbors, only stars to light up the night . . .
June Mountain closeby for great family ski trips, Mammoth accessible. Snowplow comes every morning as needed. You can't reach Yosemite once Tioga Pass closes for the Winter.
  • Great place, close to mammoth but away from the commotion.

    Kelly2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • This place was absolutely beautiful and therapeutic to stay at. It was a true retreat and we loved everything about it, especially the sun room with the view of the creek!

    Nirav2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • The Lundy House is so much more amazing than the photos suggest. The lower floor master suite is large and very comfortable. It has the large whirlpool tub but also a large shower. It's many windows (and window seat) look out on the beautiful Mill Creek and you can fall asleep to the sound of the water. The living room also fronts Mill Creek and has access to both a sunroom and a deck. The two upper floor bedrooms and very nicely appointed with queen-sized waterbeds. The kitchen has everything you need; a laundry room is conveniently next to it. We had an extremely relaxing and comfortable time.

    Karen2019-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • The home is perfect for families of all ages. There is a creek that runs in the backyard is absolutely perfect. Martin, the host, was very helpful and answered our questions promptly. The home has everything you need!

  • Another great trip to Lundy! We always come back so rejuvenated.

    Lindsay2019-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Lundy house is an amazing place. The house is right in front of a creek. The place is very cozy and perfect for a nature retreat. Strongly recommend this place.

  • Wonderful home. We had a great, family Christmas. This place is isolated and private and surrounded by beautiful nature. The house design is great! Views from every room. We will definitely be back!

  • We had such a wonderful family trip at Marty’s Lee Vining House! Absolutely spectacularly located near fishing, hiking, and some great sites (Yosemite, June Lake, Bridgeport, Mono Lake, and Bodie). We enjoyed returning to the house after long hikes- it was very relaxing overall with beautiful high ceilings, natural light, and very privately situated. The moon and stars at night are a must see from this location! Marty was a great host- incredibly responsive and provided some great tips. Hope to return next year!!! Thank you Marty for sharing this space!

  • This place was great! Right in the middle of town and easy to walk to everything. Perfect for a ski weekend for two couples. We love June Lake and visit at least a few times a year - we’ll definitely try to stay here for all future winter trips! The kitchen is small but very well stocked for the basic cooking we did - including a June Lake Brewing growler was such a nice touch! Can’t wait to come back!

  • Perfect location to walk, shop, and eat

    June2020-01-07T00:00:00Z
  • These cabins are cozy and adorable - they remind me of nostalgic vacation spots with my family when I was a kid. The location was great; we were right across from a grocery store and easy walking distance to several restaurants. I really liked the 158 loop with all the creeks and lakes. We drove north 15 minutes to Mono Lake one morning, and then we drove south 20 minutes to Mammoth Lakes for dinner that night. It was a great trip!

    Sasha2019-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great little gem! Wonderful and relaxing! Amanda was super responsive and helpful when needed. I plan to come back in the future.

    Jessica2019-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is a charming set of cottages in the heart of June Lake’s business district. The cabins are very comfortable, but the best amenity may be the thoughtful outdoor spaces: a gas fire pit, propane barbecues and a lot of seating. Not for you if you want a more isolated setting, but there’s very little traffic or street noise after about 9 p.m. we enjoyed relaxing there after our daily hikes in and around Yosemite.

    Karen2019-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Cabin 5 was the best! Centrally located to everything. We walked to the brewery, marina, shops, and restaurant. It was clean and the washer and dryer in the common area was perfect:

  • A great cozy place right next to the water. Great value. It fit the 8 of us very comfortably.

    Dave2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • We highly reccomend this condo. Everything was exactly as advertised. It was super comfy, large and with all the little things you need like dish soap, bar soap toilet paper etc. It was also super clean. We enjoyed the board games. It has a great view of the lake. Check in and out is super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

    Julia2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • This place was a great fit for two family of 4. If you think there is no kitchen table, like us, well your wrong. Everything is there. Super comfy. Living room was stocked with movies and games. Kitchen has the essentials but couple things missing like dishwasher soaps. But that’s easy to miss. Maybe a big knife if you like to cook. But that’s really just nick picking because it has everything. (Coffee filters, extra toilet papers and ....). We recommend this space. We absolutely loved that extra ski storage room at the entrance. If your going for a ski trip. This is the best value for what it offers. Book it. You won’t find better

    Julie2020-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • Pictures don't do this place justice. It is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with supplies. We were able to cook in daily. The sleeping arrangements (2 master bedrooms and loft ) worked out very well for 2 families with kids. The patio looks out to the lake. It was very serene and peaceful.

    Wendy2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Place was great. It was much more spacious in person then in the pictures. Perfect location close to the brewery and bars/few restaurants, easy self check-in, and the best part was it was like a 3 min. drive to June Mountain which was nice for skiing. Will definitely be staying here again.

    Steph2020-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place is great! So close to all of the restaurants in town and only about a 5 minute drive to June Mountain ski resort. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make our family trip enjoyable. We had 2 adult and 3 kids and everyone had plenty of space. Also, Jamie was easy to get a hold of and answered questions right away. We will be back!

    Mandy2020-01-30T00:00:00Z

  • The cabin is charming — cozy and warm and was the perfect fit for our family of three for a long weekend. The views from the back and side porches are beautiful and we appreciated the open space next door to the house for sledding. The house is a block from the small downtown that has everything we needed, and a five minute drive to the mountain. We can't wait to return.

  • What a brilliant lil cabin, perfectly located in the heart of June. It’s walking distance to great places to eat or grab some groceries. The mountain is a bout a 5 min truck ride to get your ski or snowboarding on. The cabin is spacious and my family of 3 plus our 12yr old black Lab were very comfortable. Especially after full days of snowboarding and coming back to build then sit by the fire. Communication was clear and responses were quick. Looking forward to a return visit.

  • This is a great little spot right near downtown June Lake. Walkable to June Lake and Gull Lake, all the restaurants in the area, etc... Tons of firewood, warm heaters, a quaint kitchen with a view. It's perfect for a getaway!

  • I’m the type of person to search around and look through a ton of listings before booking, and I’m so glad we decided on this one. If you’re the same, look no further—book! This place is wonderful and was perfect for a quiet getaway in the mountains. Our pup thought so too! The place is located in a very walkable little town. We walked to the general store a few times and were able to cook every meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Brewery, restaurants, and the lake are just a few min walk away. Loved all the decor and the views from inside the home. Thank you for opening up your home to us, it was a trip we won’t forget!

  • My family had a great stay here over Christmas. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc. The best part of the place is definitely the beautiful window looking out into nature. The lack of wifi was a bit inconvenient, and we couldn't get the cable TV to work, though it was snowing so I'm not sure if that affected the situation at all. I had asked if there was a DVD player beforehand, to which I received a reply of "no", although there seems to be one for use there. All small things though, overall we had a great stay and didn't seem to lack anything during our stay!

    Stella2019-12-27T00:00:00Z

  • What a fantastic house! We so enjoyed our stay, and wish we could go back tomorrow! The house is spotlessly clean and spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The gas fireplace was cozy on the cold fall nights. We loved the magnificent view of Carson Peak through the stunningly beautiful window in the great room. The hosts were prompt in their responses and very obliging and friendly. We heartily recommend this lovely place!

  • Great location. Stayed one night in order to ski. Place is cozy, feels like a real house. Make sure you call ahead for late Check-in accommodations, the instructions are not very clear.

  • Like a grandfather's grandmother's house, it was very warm; our trip was to go to Death Valley National Park and drive to Patricia's June Lake homestay. The next day, it was very convenient to go to Mono Lake. When Patricia sent a message to check in, he touched it. There is no signal on the place, and even the google map offline map can not be used, driving nearly 6 hours to reach, but fortunately all goes well, there are very cheap gas stations nearby.

  • The space was nice- perfect for getting ready for and crashing after a wedding. We got some good tips on places to eat when we checked in. Note that there is one queen(?) bed in the bedroom, and two twin trundle beds in the open room off the kitchen. We weren't sure what the bed situation was going in, but we made it work for one night.

  • We had an amazing stay at Van and Dawn's place. The size was perfect for us as a couple. They keep it super clean, and the location is perfect. It was a 5 min walk to dinner each night and a 5 min drive to June Mtn resort. Finally, Van, Dawn and Cyrus (their adorable puppy) are great hosts who are super accommodating and committed to ensuring their guests have a great stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

  • Van & Dawn were so friendly on check-in and made us feel welcome from the outset. They have a beautiful house in a great location just a short walk from the lake and the local shops. There's lots of information available in the house on the surrounding area which was a real help for us.

June Lake Beautiful Family Friendly 2 bedrooms & loft, 2 bath. Spacious and open concept.
Wonderful floorplan with a newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Open concept and a true family space. Eat, converse and watch sports all together.
Close to June Lake and Gull Lake. Quick walk to the village , restaurants and shopping.
  • Condo is perfectly situated in town, as it is walking distance to the restaurants, store, brewery and only a short 3 min drive to June Mountain. It’s been remodeled, has a spacious living space with large table counter for group eating, and the kitchen is stocked well with all the needed utensils, pots, pans, etc... we also liked that the kitchen had an open refrigerator and empty shelves where we could store our food. Too many times we’ve stayed at places where the owners leave so much of their personal food items that there’s no open storage. The rooms are situated well for large families or multiple families with each bedroom having its own bathroom. There is plenty of TP, towels and a nice starter of soaps and shampoos. Our only wish was a softer mattress as the beds were a bit more firmer than were used to. Overall, we’d stay there again and hope it’s available in 2020.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Patricia's. The room was sparkling clean and spacious! Even the sofa bed was comfy (we were 3 people). The location is quite convenient as a staring point to visit yosemite. Thanks for having us!

  • It's a funny story how we ended up staying at Patricia's place, after we were on our way home. Our car broke down at June lake junction, and we were getting a new rental only on the following day. Patricia was super fast in responding to my request. We were inside the house within an hour. The place is cozy, good for 4 people as listed. It is more like a studio space, there's no separate room. We cooked all meals during our stay, the kitchen has pretty much everything you could ask for. It is conveniently located, closer to June Lake town and walking distance from the lake.
