  • Mystic Hot Springs/Pioneer Cabin was our first stop to unwind in Utah and I wouldn’t have done it any other way! A truly magical location to view the night sky! The cabin was great, very comfortable and very clean. We came to Utah for a wedding and ended up sending some day trippers your way after talking about how wonderful the experience was. Thank you for a great stay and memories!

This Grateful Dead inspired hippie bus has been restored with style! Built with hardwood floors and hand carved teak, this bus will soothe you in it's Queen Bed.
Mystic Hot Springs is not your typical hotel establishment and we are not for everyone. We are funky, but functional and not fancy. Our goal is to create an authentic environment which raises self-awareness by direct experience with nature, art and antiquities. We are deadhead hippies that have a different set of values than most people. Some people think our place is junky because of our collections, yet we love it just the way it is. If you are at all wary of a place that isn't perfectly groomed, than this probably isn't your place. That said, we do like to keep the accommodations, hot springs, and facilities clean and functional. Ever wanted to be a hippie for a night? Well, now is your chance! This recently renovated 1968 bus features a cozy queen sized bed and a built in counter and benches. This bus has been built using reclaimed solid teak and even has a back deck making it the ultimate groovy chill space. All of our buses on the "Shakedown Street" row are named after Grateful Dead songs. This one has been lovingly named "Ripple". This bus has electricity, a small electric heater, and a heated mattress pad. Consider this accommodation like posh camping. The easiest, most pleasant times to stay in the bus are Spring and Fall. The common bathroom and shower facility is a short walk away. The cabin is located at Mystic Hot Springs in Monroe, Utah. Our place is funky, but functional and not fancy. A real hippie paradise. We boast some of the most beautiful outdoor hot springs in the world, in our most humble opinion. Along with your accommodations you have 24 hour access to the hot springs. Our sky is dark and clear and star watching while soaking is a truly incredible experience. We also have concerts from time to time. You may get lucky and get to watch a nationally touring band in an intimate and unique setting, unlike anything you have ever experienced. We are located on 120 acres and have many hiking and outdoor opportunities either on the property or very nearby. There is wireless internet available in a limited area. We do not have any kitchen facilities for use but all of our accommodations have a fire pit or grill nearby. We are a great location that is close to all of the best National Parks in Utah. Arches, Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within a few hours drive. There is a fast food restaurant and a small grocery store in the town of Monroe. Richfield, a bigger town, is 8 miles away with most everything you would need. We are located just a few miles from I-70 and are a great midway point between Denver and LA. Parking is plentiful and we have plenty of room for RV's or longer buses. We also have a large grassy camping area for tents. Pets are welcome with a $10/pet per night fee plus a $100 refundable damage deposit paid at check in. We offer amazing Massage, Couples Massage, Hypnotherapy, and Personal Transformation sessions on-site. Treat yourself to a unique and profound relaxation experience unlike anything else you've felt before. By reservation only. Please note that $68/night is for 1 person. Each additional person is $34/person. Price includes hot springs access to the hot springs which is open 24 hours.
  • The mystic springs are an incredible experience in so many ways. The culture and aesthetic of those who lived to follow the Grateful Dead is in great abundance - it is a complete homage. The acceptance of imperfection as well as the willingness to reduce consumption through repurposing - it is everywhere in spectacular idiosyncrasy. Old school buses are rigged like gypsy caravan sleeping bunks and cast iron tubs cluster and dot the springs creating individual or group (as you like) soaking experiences. Additionally, there is a pageantry of animalia, both quotidian and exotic. The area is simply visually outstanding. I was up early as the sun rose and was able to see steam from the springs collect and freeze on spider webs. Peacocks haunted the rooftops of cabins. I am a black and white film photographer and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. There is some “roughing” it. The women’s showers are communal (can’t speak to the situation for the dudes), and the toilet was (in the middle of the night) a cold dark walk across a parking lot. Well worth it in my opinion.

  • I stayed in the Ripple Bus and it was super cozy. I had no idea there would be a mattress heating pad, so that was a plus. Plan to bring some extra blankets, however, and if you’re worried about your stuff bring a master lock to keep the bus shut when you’re not there. All that’s there otherwise to keep the door flying open is a belt clip/key ring. Otherwise had a great stay and loved soaking in the hot springs during sunrise. ❤️

    Anne2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Unique place to stay with amazing hot springs.

    Zachary2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • The most unique and quirky Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The bus was cozy and charming and the bed was impossibly soft. We didn't use the electric heater but still managed to keep pretty warm under the blankets and our multiple layers. We loved how the bathroom facilities were only steps away and the building was pleasantly heated. The amenities such as a coffeemaker and electric kettle were a huge bonus and a treat for when we needed to make hot drinks, which was often. We even built a fire in the pit outside the bus. The springs themselves were amazing and we sat in them for literally hours, watching the snow fall. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little different and off the beaten path. We will be back!

    Kaitlin2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great stay at Mystic Mike's. This place is exactly as advertised in the listing, the staff is super friendly, and the hot springs are undeniably a treat!

    Robert2019-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • This is a charming place to stop

    Amanda2019-12-10T00:00:00Z
  • You need to stay here! This was the coolest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Getting to lay in the springs at night with a sea of stars around you is a truly special experience.

    Michaelangelo2019-11-19T00:00:00Z
  • This place is unique, weird, and awesome! The main draw is the hot springs and being able to sit in a bathtub or hot pool full of natural hot water under the stars on the side of the mountain. Very cool. The bus was super cute, mega comfy bed, and had a little fire pit and grill outside. Really unique. The shared bathroom wasn’t the best, but you’re sleeping in a bus, what do you expect? Great stop if in Utah.

  • We had the best time at Julia's place. Super close to Mystic Hot Springs, but also close to some fun biking. It was the perfect spot for our family. We would for sure stay here again!

    Erin2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • This is probably my new favorite Airbnb I have stayed in. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip to Monroe. The house has been tastefully remodeled and updated while still maintaining the original charm. Such a great price for what you get, I couldn't recommend it more.

    Jessie2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • The space was very clean and charming, and was conveniently close to Mystic Hot Springs.

    Stephanie2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is a hidden gem that we highly recommend. Very clean, old fashion but w/ up to date amenities. We left with our expectations blown away. Thank you Julia.

  • Great place to stay! We did some fishing at Fish Lake and cooked the fish up at the house. Very clean and had everything we needed, and then some. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    Roland2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Julia's place is wonderful. The house was very well appointed and the kitchen had all the spices and equipment needed to make a luxious meal. We had an issue with the code lock (completely our fault) and Julia came over within minutes of emailing her to let us in. There is nice hiking in the area and we really enjoyed our visit to Mystic Hot springs. I would absolutely recommend Julia's place to anyone who is going to be in the area. We loved it!!

    Megan2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Julia's cottage is absolutely wonderful and so much larger than it looks in the listing! Everything is updated, comfortable and convenient. Lightning-fast internet and comfy beds. Plenty of room and absolutely silent at night. I loved watching the snow-covered mountains light up in the morning while I had my coffee (which was included, along with hot chocolate and snacks!). Great neighborhood for walking, too. Book with confidence and expect a lovely stay!

  • A great spot to visit and recharge. It was fun, refreshing and had unexpected special touches and eccentric pieces randomly lying around. I loved having a random cat hang out with us at the campfire and enjoyed seeing the other animals wander around. In October the heater inside the cabin kept us warm through the night and we still enjoyed the hot springs, even when it was chilly outside. I would for sure come here again.

  • Mystic Springs is more than a place to stay, it's a destination! Mike is a wonderful host, super easy to talk to with a great look on life. The cabin where we stayed was rustic and charming, and a short walk to the springs! The hot springs themselves were magic! There is nothing like soaking under the stars looking for constellations. Out of all the places we stayed on our honeymoon, this was our favorite! We would highly recommend to anyone ready for a rejuvenating experience and an open mind!

The cottage is located in the yellow house just north of the inn proper.

There are two local hot springs very close by, as well as hiking and ATV trails, and plenty of locations for fishing and outdoor recreation.

  • I loved my stay at Carrie & Mikes! It was a super cute set up. I liked that the tent was already heated and open for me to go straight inside without having to “check in” with anybody since I ended up getting there late at night. It was very clean and I was extremely warm inside! The bathroom was also very clean. The area was very quiet and my husband said that that was the best sleep he has gotten in while! Will definitely stay again if down in the area!

  • The glamping here is beautiful. You wake up to a lovely mountain view and go to sleep with a clear view of the stars. Carrie and Mike are also great hosts, Mike was especially helpful with starting a fire for me! Highly recommend.

  • My friend and I came to Carrie and Mike’s place for a girls night this weekend and it’s was perfect. The tent was clean, warm, and had everything in it that we needed. We Bought fire supplies from them and when we returned home from the hot springs our fire was already stared which was so nice. Our favorite part was the animals! Tons of kitties roaming around and their dog Cody quickly became our best friend and spent a lot of time with us. We were sad to say goodbye to Cody and our tent this morning!!

    jenna2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Fun experience! If you are looking for something different this is for you. Don’t worry about possibly being cold, we were not cold in our tent. There is a heater inside that works great. We cooked hotdogs on our fire pit with the residence dog, looked up at the bright starry night and just took it all in.

    Kelli2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I used this Airbnb as a place to rest for the night, and I’m so glad we did. It was SUCH a unique experience. We came across many animals, including a neighbor’s roaming cow! It was so cool. The cats are extremely friendly and cuddly, and as an avid animal lover, I was over the moon with my interactions with the animals here. The tent was tidy, the bed was comfy, and it was warm and cozy; it even snowed a bit while we were there but we were never cold! Thanks so much for this experience. I highly recommend it!

33 Feet of real Hippie living! You will love this bus painted with Mother Nature and her creatures. Inside are 3 beds so you can bring along the whole family~ This bus features a queen and two a twin beds. Heated with electric heaters. Common Bathroom building a short walk away.
Sleeping in a bus at a hippie hot springs resort is pretty unique! This 33 foot bus has a comfortable Queen bed and two twin beds. Heated by electric heater. This bus is not available for rent in the colder months of the year. During the hot months, the bus will be warm during the day, but cools down nicely at night. The common bathroom and shower facility is a short walk away. Inside you will find clean facilities including hot showers, flushing toilets, and sinks with potable water. The cabin is located at Mystic Hot Springs in Monroe, Utah. Our place is funky, but functional and not fancy. A real hippie paradise. We boast some of the most beautiful outdoor hot springs in the world, in our most humble opinion. Along with your accommodation, each guest will have access to the hot springs area which is open 24 hours. Bring your own wood and charcoal. We are a great location that is close to all of the best National Parks in Utah. Arches, Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within a few hours drive. Thereis one fast food restaurant and a small market in the town of Monroe. Richfield, a bigger town, is 8 miles away with most everything you would need. We are located just a few miles from I-70 and are a great midway point between Denver and LA. Parking is plentiful and we have plenty of room for RV's or longer buses. We also have a large grassy camping area for tents. Pets are not allowed in this unit. Please see our other pet friendly options.
We are a great location that is close to all of the best National Parks in Utah. Arches, Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within a few hours drive.
  • SO MUCH FUN! My boyfriend, his mother and I stayed in the Nature Bus after three days of intense Utah hiking and adventuring. The beds were so comfortable, the bus was super cute and clean, and the hot springs were exactly what our bodies and minds needed to end the trip. Highly recommend!

  • Warm hospitality and a nice cool place to stay!

    Claire2019-11-27T00:00:00Z
  • A great place to come and get back to nature. Soaking in the spring is truly magical - especially at sunset and under the stars. We stayed in the Nature bus and were very cozy and toasty in the springs and in our heated bed even at 28 degrees. Stop here when you do your next cross country drive and unwind in the springs. Cool vibes 💕

    Killy2019-11-07T00:00:00Z
  • Surprised my niece with a night in the bus on our way to Moab. We did a little photo shoot at the hot springs and then settled in for the night. A cold front had moved in this week and although the bus has a heater it is not insulated so doesn’t hold the heat. We were thankful for the electric blankets and numerous covers to snuggle under. As long as you were under the covers you were warm. Fun memory to share and definitely would go back when it is a little warmer.

    Shelly2019-11-01T00:00:00Z

  • A fun place to stay for the adventurous road tripper! My sister and I enjoyed making memories here, taking a dip in the hot springs and writing on the bus walls. Note that you should pack plenty of food and that this place is not for people who expect crystal clean spaces or perfectly functioning showers — but would definitely recommend to travelers who want something a bit quirky, off the beaten path.

Peacefully located in the star studded countryside. A great get-away for two adventurers to steal away and enjoy the holidays or professionals just passing through. Private kitchen and dining, separate cable/WiFi from main house, keypad entry, and hot tub access on non-windy nights. Or conveniently located near Mystic Hot Springs and 40 minutes from Meadow”s hot springs. Grocery store around the corner, ATV trails start at the back door. Everything one needs for staying in or going exploring.
The nostalgia of old barn wood, antique sinks, a pine-log canopy bed and handmade quilts wrap guests in the comfort of a by-gone era. Private access to a pool table and a firepole that is safely covered when not in use. Apple picking is available in the fall, as well as samples of our hand-pressed apple juice after the first frost. Guests can join in the fun. Fresh raspberries, boysenberries, and blackberries are also available in season. Pick from the summer garden a couple ears of corn, or tomatoes, Swiss chard, peas, beans and squash. This is a working mini farm available to any who want a taste of life in the country.

  • I would give this place 100 stars if i could. Me and my wife stayed over night for a quick trip and stephanie and her husband were so kind to us. They met us outside when we got there and told us all about the area, where would be good to eat and play around. They were very thoughtful hosts and even went as far as to provide us some orange juice, eggs and muffins for breakfast. We look forward to staying there again when we get a chance.

  • This was a gem! Definitely would stay here again if we pass by the area. A must stay at if you like quietness. Stephanie and Terry were awesome hosts!! Great communication, very quick responses to all questions, did not hesitate on anything. Loved this place!!

    Cindy2018-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place is it’s own very unique paradise! Extremely clean, stocked with all necessities, cozy, cute, and surrounded by such beautiful green grounds including gardens and an apple orchard. A great place for short or long term rental. Stephanie and Terry went above and beyond for making our stay so very pleasant and enjoyable!

    Amanda2018-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had the best time for or anniversary and really loved the unique location. Stephanie is a great host, we have never had such great communication with a host before. We ended up leaving earlier than anticipated due to an unexpected situation but we will be back!! Stephanie’s hospitality and little touches took this Airbnb to the top of our list!

    Kelli2018-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is an incredible place to stay. Very quite and amazing decor inside and out. The loft is complete with everything you need and VERY comfortable. The outside garden area is peaceful and beautiful. Stephanie is a perfect host and was very responsive and great at staying in touch and communicating. I look forward to staying here again.

    Rick2018-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! This place was awesome. Plenty of room in the loft, very comfortable bed and had everything you'd need for a short stay. The property really seals the deal, it's on a beautiful apple orchard / hobby farm. We were lucky enough to stay here during apple season and got to pick some really delicious, fresh apples. It was very relaxing with lots of places to sit back and enjoy the tranquil space. It's also less than a mile from some nice hot springs. I only wish we got to stay here longer. Very grateful to the hosts for being so helpful and sharing this wonderful place with us. I highly recommend staying here!

    Joey2018-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Truly a small piece of heaven in a great little town. The loft is comfortable, well thought out, and one of a kind. The host couple is extremely easy to work with, very thoughtful, and great to communicators. The loft is located on a beautiful property that is the product of lots of hard work and careful planning. Not only are the structures full of preserved history, but the gardens present a wide variety of plants that offer a great place to relax. After a day of exploring the nearby trails, sights, towns, and more, this property is a great way to wind down. Staying here will truly enhance any trip to the area whether your stay is brief or extended. I couldn't say enough positive things about this rental to do it justice, you will rarely find a more satisfying place to live or higher quality people to rent from.

This lovely room, with two queen beds, is located in our home next to the Inn. With a jetted tub and shower in the private bathroom and a large balcony with a mountain view overlooking our vegetable garden and chicken coop, this is a great place to relax and be creative. For larger parties, guests may add on the "Art Room Adjacent" for an extra bedroom with a private door. In such a case the bathroom will be shared.
The Art Room is located in the yellow house just north of the inn proper (340 N Main Street).
We are situated at a convenient crossroads between several national parks and attractions, including Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, Fremont Indian State Park, and more. There are two local hot springs very close by, as well as hiking and ATV trails, and plenty of locations for fishing and outdoor recreation.
  • We were fortunate enough to book the Art Room during our last minute trip to Mystic Hot Springs. I had reached out to the hosts day of and the room was ready for us as soon as we arrived into town. The location is perfect for visiting the hot springs, and the local tips from Keltin were a bonus. The space and amenities were perfect for us. We'd definitely stay here again! We'd highly recommend ordering breakfast- the eggs in purgatory were so damn good.

    Andy2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely recommend staying here. Plenty of space. Comfortable. The hosts added small touches to ensure that we were comfortable. We definitely recommend taking advantage of the optional the breakfast! Well worth the cost!

Located just 4.5 miles off Interstate 70, Monroe, Utah is a quiet little town. We are near several National Parks part of the Mighty Five, and conveniently located between Capital Reef National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. Other recreation experience includes Blue Ribbon fisheries, over 1000 miles of world class ATV trails, hiking, and mountain biking. Our home has a private room, and shared living room and bathroom for your use. We are a working alpaca farm and fiber artists.
We are located just outside of town, on a quiet gravel road. There is ample parking and a great deck to enjoy the shade trees and to watch the alpacas, deer, hawks, and eagles. Our second listing includes a queen sized bed with additional twin beds for larger groups.
The neighborhood is agricultural based, with most homes sitting on 5 acres or more. We are outside of town, by a few hundred feet, making it quiet and secluded. Restaurants and groceries are generally located in Richfield (about 10 miles away). There is a burger place and grocery store in Monroe, and both are closed on Sundays.
  • Very comfortable beds, very clean and relaxing space. Great spot! Had a great stay!

  • Hospitable, quant, comfortable, and perfect for animal lovers Scott was kind enough to let us check in large and even greeted us at 2 am to make sure we got settled!! Thanks for the coffee and cool chats, Scott and Joelle

    Victor2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Scott and Joelle were very welcoming and kind. Their place is beautiful and their animals are a joy to be around. We only stayed for a short amount of time, but we were able to learn a lot about Alpacas from Scott and Joelle even made birthday cupcakes for my friend. I would recommend staying here to anyone traveling through the area.

    Kelly2019-12-24T00:00:00Z
  • Quite possibly the best Airbnb to stay if you love animals and nature! In addition to the alpacas, they have 2 well behaved dogs, and 4 or 5 outdoor cats. Their house is also a 10 minute drive to 2 hot springs in the area (Mystic Hot Springs and Red Hills Hot Springs). The host is a very warm and welcoming person. He has so much love for his animals and his art. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Happy holidays and wishing you and yours wife (and animals) all the best.

    Katherine2019-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • This place is absolutely fantastic. I really felt at home staying here, and was given tips on local places to check out. I enjoyed hanging out with their animals and the room was very comfy and clean. I highly recommend it.

    Andrew2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • This was such a fun experience. We were able to meet the Alpacas which was so fun. Joelle was very kind and showed us some projects she was working on. They were exceptionally welcoming to my dog which was so nice. We stayed in the room with twin beds and they were so comfortable! They are very thoughtful people and it shows in how they host. I would definitely recommend.

    Lauren2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely, cozy off the beaten path. Hosts warm and friendly and helpful. Their home is full of art, looms, fiber and beautiful, unique creations. Resident cats and dogs make it feel like home away from home. Very reasonable cost per night.

In addition, we really liked the layout of the cottage. We felt at peace and enjoyed the views of the snow “dusted” mountains. The small town of Richfield is a 5 minutes drive away and has everything. Would love to be able to go back!

  • Quaint, completely renovated small house. Beautifully done. Very comfortable king bed. As the listing mentions, the shower is small, difficult to shave my legs but It worked. Loved the outdoor space even though it was too cold to enjoy it.

  • It's so beautiful, has a very home like feeling. So uplifting and warm. Very clean. Really close to the mystic hotsprings had basic cooking dishware! And some cute furry friends who visited us, we seen a little bunny in the driveway and a cute neighborhood friendly cat then hung out while we were sitting on the porch, might I add was soooo beautiful at night! Would definitely go there again🤍

  • Sparkling clean and exactly like the photos & description! My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We HIGHLY recommend this place to any other couples looking for a romantic getaway. The bed and couch are super comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves a nice meal. The views from the porch were amazing and the kitty from down the street was a sweet visitor while we drank our coffee and watched the sun rise 😻 The only downside was the tiny shower. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

  • My husband and I stayed here for a Presidents Day Weekend trip, just to get away from the city and responsibilities. It was perfect. Cozy, clean, comfortable, cute. The porch alone, with rocking chairs and lights, would have made the stay worth it! We were able to watch the sunrise, drinking coffee from the Keurig, listening to the sounds of chickens wandering around the property. We were visited by a couple of friendly cats - they sat on our laps while we relaxed on the porch - and Jim let us invite one into the house for a little tour! We were able to cook a few meals with the pots, pans and such available - we did bring our own oil, but there was salt and pepper there for our use. The bed was very comfortable. Loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of a small town. Walking distance to the grocery store, which had everything we needed. Incredibly clean and lots of lovely little touches. I fell asleep on the couch in the living room - that was comfortable too! We would 100% stay here again.

  • Great place! Comfortable and clean. Would recommend to others!

    Debi2019-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • This spacious house is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is better equipped than most we have stayed at - including a complimentary pineapple! Our grandson loved the playground across the street.

    Judy2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • The accommodations were better than I expected. There were cute touches all around that made this the perfect retreat for us. There's a park with picnic tables across the street for the kids play at and have a snack or meal. A very quiet area with very friendly people near by. When the host was informed our flight had delays and we would arrive after dark, she made sure that the porch lights were on making it easier to find and get in. We would definitely use this home again and encourage others to use it as well.

  • The house was just as described and more. The rooms were a perfect accommodation for our group. We all enjoyed ourselves. It felt like a home. We went for a rafting trip- checked in, settled in for a bit and then headed to the raft rental place. Afterwards we were able to buy some groceries from the Walmart, about 15 mins away. Cooked dinner and had a great meal together. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved that the table was big enough to accommodate us all. Then we went out and roasted some marshmallows on the fire pit. It was a beautiful night. At about 9:30 pm we headed in and played games around the table. The fire pit is a good size, with a great space for it. In one of the bedroom closets is a plethora game options, which was awesome! Only annoying thing was the flies, but that's not something the host has control over. In all, we really enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again!

    Diana2019-08-11T00:00:00Z

Nine of us including two toddlers were very comfortable in this cabin and it is a wonderful place to go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world, sit on the front porch swing and listen to the mountain breeze. The interior remodel is brand new and very well done! Our family highly recommends this cabin for your next family outing!! Thank you Rhet and Kim!!

Utah's Parker Homestead is nestled in central Utah's Sevier county. Listed as the Joseph William Parker farm in Utah and National historic registries, it has been in the family for 4 generations. It began as a Jersey dairy farm, and later they had quarter horses on the racing circuit. It's as welcoming now as it was when built over a hundred years ago. Come bring family or friends. Relax on the wrap around porch. Bring your ATVs, bikes, fishing poles, your sketch pad or just a good book.
The Parker Homestead has been a landmark on Sevier Highway (formerly part of old "Highway 89") for decades. In years past two rows of cottonwood trees planted by "Bill" Parker lined both sides of the road. On a hot summer day, many a travelers would picnic in the shade of the trees along the part of the road known as "Lover's Lane". Inside you can see the original craftsmanship but still enjoy modern amenities such as individual heating and cooling units in each bedroom. Wifi is available for guests to use as well as local or streaming TV. A washer is located in the downstairs bathroom. A dryer is in the shed (former ice house) directly behind the house.
Located in Sevier County 10 miles south of Richfield, Utah. Easy access from I-15 or I-70. Nestled in the valley you are only minutes from the mountains. Take your ATVs from the house and ride on the Paiute Trails that connect 9 neighboring towns. The Fremont Indian State Park is just minutes away west on Interstate 70. Plan a day trip to any of the "Big Five" National Parks - Arches, Capital Reef, Canyonlands, Bryce or Zion. This captivating part of Utah can be your fishing, hunting, horse back riding or hiking playground. Others have rock climbed or have been seen hanggliding from mountain peaks.
  • We loved everything about this old home from the the nostalgia to the modern amenities provided. It truly feels like you are visting your family home (grandparents) just very comfortable and homely feeling. The host were very quick to reply back with answers to any questions that we had. • Super cool “camping experience” went down just for one night and we’re completely warm all night and spend the evening at mystic hot springs near by would most definitely come back!

  • Firstly, the hosts we're super nice and friendly, making suggestions about local hotsprings and taking the time to get to know us a little and telling us about the property and the animals on the property and their plans for the future. They were always around by the main area so if we had any problem, which we didn't, I'm sure we could've asked them to help us with it. Secondly the place was so cute and very clean, it had all the camping amenities that you could need, plus indoor plumbing only a short walk away for all your bathroom needs. Thirdly and most importantly, the animals! I love animals and all the pets they have roaming the property was really a highlight for me. It really felt like a farm stay. We were just chilling in our tent when a cat, waltzed in and made himself at home, he was super sweet and friendly as well as the other two cats and dogs we encountered outside on the property. Apart from the Husky pup stealing a steak we were about to cook from next to the fireplace where we had it (our fault 😂) the stay was perfect!
