Located near the city center, 1 minutes from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist region to discover summer and winter. The accommodation : The apartment consists of a living area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two bedrooms with double beds one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and linens are provided. This 40 m2 house is located in Eygliers village, perfect for skiing in Risoul/Vars/Puy St. Vincent/Ceillac within 30min drive. There is plenty of walking and biking paths around and a little lake just 15min walk away. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car. Whether you come to ski in the winter, or hike in the summer, you will have a perfect base to explore the beautiful south Alps!

You will therefore have nearby ( between 100 and 500 meters ) , the post office, bakeries, supermarket , bars/ tobacco etc... Pavillon du Garde de la Porte d 'Embrun

Former Warden's Pavilion, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008 at the entrance to the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to the Lac de Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts such as Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent dwellings, the listing concerns the top one, the bottom one is not rented. The pavilion was completely renovated in 2020, alone in the middle of a century-old tree plantation.
