Very nice T2 of 30m2, refurbished and equipped, completely independent and adjoining our villa 5 minutes walk from the village center of Saint Drézéry (large park, shops, restaurant, tennis...). Ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and greenery, the accommodation is located 20 minutes from Montpellier, 15 minutes from Sommières, 45 minutes from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Nîmes. For swimming, the beaches are 30 minutes away (Carnon, Plalavas, Grande-Motte), the Gorges de l 'Hérault 45 minutes away and lakes are close by.

Small house surrounded by vineyards, in a quiet wine property, perfect for 4 people. Small garden with barbecue and shoots for delicious grills.
