Welcome to Scout's Den! A cozy retreat walkable to all of Black Mountain's amazing restaurants and shopping. This adorable garden studio is separate from the main house and has a carport with space for one vehicle. This is truly an escape! With no internet we encourage our guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains and our small town charm. We do have a TV with a Super Nintendo and DVD player if you feel like staying in. We live on the property full time with our sweet dog and family.

Cabin in the Clouds is a beautiful, one bedroom vacation home in a secluded, private community that's very quiet and has been renovated in 2023. The bathroom was completely remodeled, new living room furniture, new marble top dining room table, refurbished bedroom and new floors. There's a beautiful view from our porch that has deck furniture and propane grill. Inside is an open layout with open beam ceiling and pine paneling. Black Mountain is a quaint vacation town, you will love this place.

Your private home features sleeping for six. This three bedroom 1 & a half baths feels very spacious for a manufactured home. Trendy breweries, restaurants, hiking, shops all a few minutes away. Asheville is only a 15 minute drive. When you come home at the end of your day, enjoy the gas fire pit on the back deck.

The rental is a finished basement apartment below our main living space.
