Wake up with a magnificent view of the Mosel

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Daily breakfast possible in our café/bistro. We also serve lunch and dinner on opening days.

Cozy apartment on the beautiful Hunsruck

Hoxel is close to Hahn Airport (26 km), Trier (46 km), Wittlich (40 km), Bernkastel-Kues (25 km), Idar-Oberstein (22 km), Erbeskopf (10 km). In Hoxel there is a restaurant and small fresh produce market. In Morbach (5.7km) you will find a number of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. A wide range of leisure activities: hiking, cycling and Nordic walking routes, swimming, golf, tennis, toboggan runs in summer and ski slopes in winter at the "Erbeskopf" recreation area.

Remise of a historic watermill in the Hunsrück

The Schülersmühle is hidden in the Rhineland-Palatinate part of the Hunsrück in the romantic Dhrontal, a side valley of the Moselle, not far from Bernkastel-Kues, the Erbeskopf as the highest elevation in Rhineland-Palatinate and directly under the castle of Hunolstein near Morbach. In the former stable and hayloft of the Schülers Mühle is today the restored cottage of 90 square meters, which provides between 2 and 5 people a decent hostel.
