Nice studio flush with water with a beautiful view of Morcote. Brusino Arsizio is located at the foot of Monte San Giorgio (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It is 25 km from Lugano, 12 km from Mendrisio where there is the famous Factory Stores Foxtown, 26 km from Como, 73 km from Milan and finally it is convenient for those who have to leave or arrive from Milan Malpensa airport (58 km). If you want to visit Monte Generose, the train station is 9 km away. The apartment is not ideal for those who do not have a means of transport.

In one of the most beautiful places on Lake Lugano, this apartment is located in a very quiet holiday apartment complex, on the slope of Monte Arbostora, 50-100 m from the lake with a fantastic panorama. It offers an unobstructed view of the lake and mountains from the balcony, living room and bedroom. The complex includes an outdoor pool ( not heated) idyllically located on the rock with a sunbathing lawn. The location for excursions is ideally located between Melide and Morcote and only 8 km from Lugano.
