Very nice apartment with terrace+2 wheels+trailer

Completely new, cozy 2 room apartment in a sunny basement with private parking, flatscreen, WLAN, Wama&Troger as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels including children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular and with very nice shops packed Warendorfer street. The favourite nightlife area in the south city and the port are also easy to reach.

Cosy, quiet and bright attic studio in one of the most beautiful districts in Münster, very conveniently located between the city centre and the Dortmund-Ems Canal. The city centre is a 4-minute bike ride or 15-minute walk away. Two bicycles are available free of charge on request - please register when booking. Dogs for an extra charge. This separate non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor above our garages and can be reached via the terrace and a staircase. We live in a very quiet location in the popular spirit district. Bus connection, shopping, bakery incl. Cafe, pharmacy, pub, Italian restaurant, kiosk and Clemenshospital all within walking distance. Motorway connection is excellent. The train station can be reached by bus connection (lines 1,4,9). Street parking is available.

Herzlich Willkommen in der Haushälterinnenwohnung (Souterrain ) des ehemaligen Pfarrhauses . Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick über die eigene Terrasse auf den Garten. In 12 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Parkplatz.
