Charming 42 m2 completely refurbished accommodation located on the ground floor of our house close to the city center. It includes an entrance corridor, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a large living room with equipped kitchen dining area and living room all with exposed beams, as well as a large bedroom. The accommodation is located, on foot, 3 minutes from a supermarket, 5 minutes from the city center, and 5 minutes from Sainte Bernadette hunting. Free parking in front of the property.

Bel immeuble refait en 2023 - L'appartement quant à lui est situé au 1er étage d'une petite copropriété. L'appartement est lumineux et décoré avec goût (nous espérons que cela vous plaira . Il est situé en cœur de ville, c'est donc très pratique au quotidien pour pouvoir tout faire à pied. La vie Nivernaise peut parfois être riche événements qui se déroule au centre ville. L'appartement fait 40 m2, 20 m² pour le salon / cuisine, 5 m² pour la SDB et 15 m² pour la chambre.
