Wietske has one girlfriend and welcomed me with a cup of tea, chat and given a nice culinary tip. The bed is fine and we slept like a log. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast and we mudflats in Lauwersoog.

We slept only one night at Wietske's house but felt very welcome. The room is lovely, the bathroom modern and very nice, just as the rest of the house. Wietske and her family are very hospitable and obliging. Thanks for the great stay :)

Wietske and Jan are very sweet people who are very good hosts. Upon arriving quietly got a cup of coffee and friendly talk about the beautiful surroundings. The room was caring, get clean and warm during cold nights. Showering under the rain shower and then sit down to a delicious breakfast made our weekend complete.

It was the first show had airbnb experience.We know we are not there could be earlier than 22:00. We were warmly received and dived after a lovely shower in a fine bed / pillow / comforter only to awaken the next day at 09.00. Wietske had let us know that she is at 09.15 left and that we could draw close behind the door after a delicious breakfast. This would be in the west where we live are not done. The house was modern and nice. The room was just as in the picture and clean. Most important thing: we had a good night of sleep, because the bed was really comfortable and the room nice and quiet. Breakfast was very generous (we thought it felt like an Easter breakfast) and also Wietske and her family were very friendly. It felt like staying at a relatives house. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable night of sleep at a welcoming family. Thank you for having us Wietske!

Super friendly and welcoming hosts. They gave us a lot of useful recommandations for places to visit and they made our stay super comfortable. We definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Ingmar and Marjolein are really nice people with two cute little kids. The room, bathroom and the entire house are perfectly tidy. The communication was fast and uncomplicated and they were really helpful. The place is located in Leek, which is not far away from Groningen and a good and not too expensive alternative if you can't find a cheap place in the city centre. It is around 25min bus ride into town. It is no problem at all, to get to Groningen via Bus, and the bus stops are not far away. I can recommend downloading the app 9292 to check the times.

Ingmar and Marjolein welcomed us really warmly and made us feel like at home. Really more than we could have asked for. Highly reccomended to anyone looking for a place around Groningen.

I had related work needed a place to sleep in Roden, and I found the prize at Corja! I slept wonderfully in a very quiet, neat attic. Nice bed. It was only recently, but I felt immediately at ease. Highly recommended!

Ho soggiornato presso questo alloggio in occasione del Gran Premio TT ASSEN MOTOGP 2017. In 25/30 minuti si raggiungono facilmente la città di Assen ed il circuito. La signora è molto gentile e servizievole. A pochi minuti a piedi dall'abitazione sono presenti diversi ristoranti, bar ed un supermercato.

We could not recommend Paulien and her beautiful home highly enough. We have just spent a wonderful Christmas holiday with our two young children in her house. She met us upon arrival, was very kind and sweet with the children, showed us everything we needed and made herself available by phone incase we needed anything. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. My eldest daughter and I baked during our stay as this is something we do regularly, and Pauline's kitchen had exactly the utensils we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The garden is perfect for family gatherings, and the smart tv was ideal for the children when they wanted to catch something on Netflix. We will definitely come back again !!

Everything was quite good !! House is very spacious and quiet. The sauna in the garden and games room are nice extras. The contact with the owner was quick and easy.

Prima verblijf gehad in Roden. Fijne slaapplekken, ruime keuken en woonkamer. Kinderen hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van dartbord en tafelvoetbal. Fijn dat je bij de woning kon parkeren. Supermarkt en lunchroom om de hoek. Verder snelle en duidelijke communicatie. Kortom prima verhuurder.

Abbiamo strascorso una piacevole settimana nella casa di Paulien. A noi interessava una base per le nostre escursioni in bicicletta e la posizione si è dimostrata molto adatta. Nell'unico giorno di pioggia i bambini hanno apprezzato molto la sala dei giochi con il bigliardo e il calcetto e Paulien ci ha messo a disposizione anche i giochi dei suoi figli. C'era anche la sauna ma non l'abbiamo provata. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e c'è un supermercato a pochi passi dalla casa. La casa è ampia e confortevole, i letti comodi, la cucina è ben accessoriata e ordinata ed è stato facile trovare tutto quello che ci poteva servire. Paulien è stata molto gentile e puntuale nella comunicazione.

Prima kunnen overnachten in dit grote huis. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder Paulien, die zelf nog even langskwam om uitleg te geven. Ideaal dat er een supermarkt en speeltuintje op loopafstand is. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug!

Sehr geräumiges neues Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Schönes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, geräumige Schlafzimmer. "recreatiekamer'met Dartscheibe, Pool und im Garten eine Sauna: auf der Oberseite und so entspannt! Wir waren sechs und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Kommunikation mit Paulien lief sehr gut, sie ist jederzeit zugänglich und gab uns, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen abouts kam als sehr entspannte Gastgeberin zu haben. Leider können wir nicht persönlich kennen sie. Wunderschöne Umgebung, 20 Min. Von Groningen.Bedankt Paulien!

Mooi groot huis hebben er met 8 volwassenen geslapen grote diversiteit aan bedden maar 1 tweepersoons maar was geen probleem. Prettige keuken met alles aanwezig. Rustige buurt. Bijzonder om in bewoont huis van een ander te slapen geeft wel apart gevoel!

De communicatie met Kirsten was prima, we hebben erg genoten van het huis en de tuin van het huis.

We had some wonderful days in the far north. The cottage is exactly like the pictures and is in a perfect location for a day Groningen. Communication with Annemiek went smoothly. All in all a must.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful place, very close to the beautiful city of Groningen! Price / quality is OK and Annemiek is a friendly, open girl. Pity the beautiful view is from the back. But you have dry weather, tight fewer problems ;-) Haart Stove is very romantic. We love to come back someday.

How hot can be a welcome .... a sign with "Welcome Lidy, Lambert and Hans :)", a ticket for a free serving of meatballs and 3 bottles chilled in the fridge !! Beds made (for a very good price (compliment) and towels down. REALLY TOP. The cabin had everything needed and because no state TV, we played good gerummikubt and boggle. Candle to, drink with it ... delicious. The rear seat is wonderfully quiet and offers a beautiful view. We enjoyed the frogs croaking aND the environment. Beautiful bike trails! delicious eaten in Roden and Lake view pavilion has a lovely terrace Leekstermeer. in short ... we remember the address!

Annemiek was a quick communicator- and well organized with the welcoming (with a Groninger Koek, welcome message and some tips!). As promised, we totally enjoyed the outdoors among a lake and green pastures, while just a short drive away from Groningen. The little house has all we (family of 4) needed for a few days. We loved to sit outside for our breakfast among a green environment and taking a leisure stroll around the area. Happy to recommend, and we would book it again if we would re-visit the area. Thanks to Anemiek for making her vacation home available!

What a nice house! Frogs and overlooking a pasture. A Groninger cake which was very tasty. Annemiek that shows very enthoisiast the cottage. You're really so in the city but also have the nature around you. Highly recommended!

We have had a very nice reception, everything was ready for us, even a packet of coffee, tea and a typical Dutch pie we got. We recovered very well and they enjoyed silence. In bad weather, we went out by car, parking daily rate Parking Garage 10 Euro. Groningen is close by and a very beautiful city. The holiday was very nice.

Annemiek was very quick with communication, and answered all of my questions. Her boyfriend gave us a ride to/from the house, which we really appreciated. We were also so thankful to be able to rent bikes with a bike seat for our toddler. We were really glad that there was a highchair and kid plates/utensils for her to use. The house was nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, and just a very relaxing setting. One small thing was that the wireless internet did not work in the house on our phones (but it did work on our laptop). To get it on our phones, we had to walk a little ways and stand outside.

A very cozy atmosphere, and very nice house to stay in. Wonderfully quiet, but Groningen as searching. Walking may be near, and the bikes you can a little further example look beautiful forests. And at night it's really quite dark ...

Great house to be. Quiet, nice and clean, nice furnishings and fine amenities, including a comfortable bed. (Not insignificant) and a good Internet connection. The area is also great. Quaint villages, beautiful diverse walks. We walked on sand dunes, heath, forest and of course the Wadden Sea. In addition, the city of Groningen is just around the corner. We had a very nice time here.

The house is super comfortable, so we immediately felt comfortable. The two hosts Henriet and Erik are really very friendly and helpful. The arrangements were also excellent. The surrounding area is very quiet and invites you to relax. A thoroughly successful stay. We would, if it is in any case, come again.

He ontbreekt niets in het huisje en het is within van en buiten erg goed en netjes verzorgd. In de omgeving kun je genieten van natuur en heerlijke interesting little Dorpjes. We komen zeker weer terug en thank HENRIET en Jaap Erik voor alles. We stayed for two months in this wonderful cottage and thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere and the hospitality of Henriet and Erik Jaap. We can highly recommend the cottage for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, but be so close to the city center of Groningen (15 mins by car). You'll find everything you need in the cottage and the inside and outside are looked after very well. In the area you can enjoy wonderful natural surroundings and interesting little villages. Henriet's place is pleasant, private and comfortable, in a delightful rural setting, and a great base for exploring the Hunebed area.

Esther's place is a fabulous location. It is immaculate and perfectly appointed. The garden is sizeable and our children (10 & 8) had great fun exploring and playing (particularly hide and seek). We had great adventures in the local area. I cannot recommend Esther's property or the area enough. A holiday we will never forget

We were able to relax in the beautiful, comfortable and cozy house of Esther. On arrival was the hearth all and we were warmly welcomed by Esther we felt right at home. The immediate area around the house was beautiful with all the fall colors. For us a good base to visit the North. Recommended!

Tjeetje, what a great house with a garden for the guests! Breakfast on request. The hostess gives you tips for visiting the area, good eateries etc.

The landlady gave us a very welcoming feel. We could not even stay in her absence in her home. She loved mean time to contact us. That gave confidence. She also gave us information about where in the neighborhood, where after an exhausting journey could still eat something delicious.

It's a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights but the food isn't worth what the host charges for. Unfortunately the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom are part of the private part of the place.

Well, what can I say? The host, Jo, and her lovely son, Arthur, made myself my partner and our 5!!!!! children feel extremely welcome and at ease. After only a few hours of chatting we felt like we were staying with long lost family. This is a house particularly appropriate for people with children - although I'm sure a couple or a single person would still very much enjoy Jo's approach to her visitors. Jo was funny and clever and interesting AND she runs a fabulous puppet theatre too. I had the pleasure of enjoying a Christmas show with the children at the house and it was really cool! Very interactive.

The painted house is cozy and homey cozy. I was here with two colleagues for a business night, but it was like we were home. Johanneke was very welcoming and kept another appetizer even though we arrived very late in the evening. The fact that we had to cozy tolerated by her in the early hours. Thank you!

De woonboerderij van Lijan is prachtig! Groot, netjes, sfeervol en ingericht met smaakvolle meubels. De aangrenzende, enorme tuin met grote overkapping maakt dat je eigenlijk niet weg hoeft. Zelfs niet bij slecht weer, want je kunt dan heerlijk buiten zitten bij de houtkachel. De keuken is fantastisch en goed uitgerust. Je hoeft echt niets mee te nemen! Op de bovenverdieping zijn de slaapkamers (3 stuks) met de badkamer. De bedden waren hier en daar wat stug. Een tweede badkamer zou erg fijn zijn. De omgeving biedt veel als je houdt van de Drentse dorpjes en mooie natuur. Supermarkten zijn op korte afstand (Roden) te vinden en voor een gezellig drankje op een terras kun je zelfs aan de overkant bij de lokale kroeg terecht. Het contact met Lijan was prettig en snel. Iedere vraag werd snel beantwoord. Kortom, een absolute aanrader!!!

Nice, small and cosy room. Everything was very clean, convenient and hosts was very helpful from beginning. Town is small and peaceful, but with nice restaurants and cafes close by, so there's everything you need for quiet stay and good meals in evening.

The Dam family were everything, and more, that I had hoped for when booking to stay with a Dutch family. They were helpful, advising and guiding with my quest to follow my family roots. Their home is warm and comfortable, really like a 'home away from home'. A spoiling of fresh home-made 'apple' pie baked by their son, was a treat! A short walk to the bus stop means easy access to anywhere. The Peize residential area is the perfect suburb for quiet, calm living and offers lovely walks along with all the necessity stores. A highly recommended stay for all!

We had an amazing stay in Pieze! Bas and Dorien are friendly and welcoming and their home is beautiful. The location is very near to Groningen by bus, but is far enough to be away from the bustle of city life. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a very nice and cosy place! I really liked to stay there. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The room has a low ceiling but it is clean and cosy. There is a bus to Groningen each 15 minutes. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to Groningen train station by bus. I will definitely recommend this place to others!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a really good time. The room was small but very comfortable and we had everything we need. While Peize is a small town with not a lot going on, the public transportation to Groningen just takes 15-20 minutes, so getting around is quite easy. The Dam's we're really nice people and helped us out in every way they could. Simply perfect.

The lakeside location is unique and highly recommended for relaxing, a wonderful silence round the whole thing off! There is a modern, new bathroom and a comfortable box spring. Unfortunately, the sauna is not recommended because the heater does not on the floor, special fee the beds is mounted so that no sauna feeling may occur. We still like to come back and hope for one or the other modernizing the house or change in the sauna, as the holiday was overall very relaxing and enjoyable. The check- in with Hermann was very informative, he also had many interesting tips for us and was very accommodating!

We chose a route on our own tomtom, but even that had trouble :). Their route is available and clear. A nice beach nearby, lots of horses and hiking and cycling trails. Possibly a bottle of wine upon arrival can be fun and delicious with a local biscuit / product or something with small welcome card & map of surroundings, nearest supermarket etc.

We had a very nice holiday at this beautiful place. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the whirlpool is lovely. We are already thinking about our next stay at this house.

Overall this listing was O.K. Just as any other listing, the pictures look one hundred times better than in person. When we arrived at the home, the host was very welcoming and nice. She gave us a tour of the house, however when they were showing it to us there were many bad things noted. The microwave did not work at all and the stove top did not work correctly - they informed us that there were electrical issues in the kitchen. They also did not tell us that they fridge did not work. Dishwasher was not working also. The T.V in the master bedroom did not work and then we were informed that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi or sauna, it would be 60 euro a piece per day (this is not included on the AIRBNB listing, we did not know we would be charged for usage). Then they went over the house rules, which included tasks that should be covered under the cleaning fee. If we are paying such a high cleaning fee, you should not have to take the trash out or wipe the shower down. Our stay was mediocre at best. If you are going to stay at this airbnb, understand that the listing is not completely accurate.

Magnificent detached house in a beautiful location, we were very kindly received by Hermann and Anita who gave us a little tour of the house. We felt right at home, it's very cozy and the kitchen is wonderfully spacious. The garden with the hot tub is a great plus, warm and great to sit in there in the open air. We loved and will be back!

Very warm welcome! Jolande is a very sweet woman, was not what I had asked for the wifi password, showed me the way, very fine. The beds sleep and a lovely shower! It was winter and I was far away in the daytime, so little seen from the garden or nearby unfortunately. I had to be in Groningen, which was easy to do.

The stay with Jolande and Marcel was great. They were very very very nice to us and they gave us all the help and information that we needed. The place is really nice and cosy and clean. In the house you can see that Jolande is an artist. I would recommend this place to friends and family because it is really great. I'm happy that I met them. I would choose this again :)

Great location. Beautiful old school building. The family lives in the same building, but since you have your own entrance and your own bathroom you do have your privacy. The family is warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was situated in a tranquil town with all the amenities. Our girls were delighted to stay in a home with goats, kittens, ducks and chickens along with the trampoline, playground and loft room. We were able to access the places we wished to visit along with areas that we wouldn't have known existed without the added informative brochures at the home. Def recommended!

Eine schöne ländliche Lage, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und nur wenige Gehminuten von Geschäften und Natur. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den Tieren kümmert sich sehr, sehr schön!

We were received very hartelijkst the neighbor communication with Els was fine and fast, but we have not seen her. The cottage is just the right mix between back-to-basics yet all convenience. No internet and self-firing your stove is delicious, but also that the kitchen has everything you need (for example, good pans and sharp knives, good cooker, coffee maker, microwave etc.) The pool is lovely, the shower and the water quickly warm . Delightful music system a top porch. The overall atmosphere of the lodge is also top. You can safely park in front, and everywhere around the house are nice seats, among others. to also sit out by the fire. The only point of improvement is that we shared one bed still find geelliger than two single beds.

This place is special. With a lot of forest for walks and still larger cities in the near distance, it has the best of both worlds. The house is in western style with a good eye for detail. It offers comfort but also luxury and enough space. Birds and squirrels also know where to find this cottage so if you love nature, this is the place to be. Els and Dick are warmhearted people that welcomed us with open arms. We would love to go back to this place and are looking forward to our next visit.

It was a warm and friendly welcome, you feel equally at ease in these nice people, and the explanation was fine though. And we enjoyed the cozy cottage, we thought we were in a bit of a western movie. and therefore have made very nice pictures, and movies. And we have so enjoyed the nature, woodpeckers, squirrels and all sorts of beautiful birds. Ben also equal to sing gone; Robin taps against the window tap tap tap. So nice to see. The welcome was warm and cordial. The accommodation was as it was mentioned, and yet another stukkie better. Many personal details. You could see that the property was lovingly created. Huge cozy. Anyone of a fire, tranquility and nature will find a home here.

What was a super nice house this! Truly a house to pull in great way by the fireplace - more than enough wood available for her every evening with crackling fire (you forget warm cardigan and slippers not). Cute CD collection with music equipment and well-equipped kitchen. Beds were made and smoking wonderfully fresh. We were given an extensive tour of the house and also the communication prior to our stay was smooth and very friendly. Nice restaurants in the area and also markets at weekends to stroll around. Lovely area for walking. Highly recommended!
